My watch gave out and the jeweler I had in mind to change out the battery was no longer in business. I remembered the battery store on the corner where I recycle my batteries and thought Id give it a try.They changed out the battery for less than $10, and were respectful and acted like they really enjoyed working there. Made me happy to be part of their day!They also have everything else you could imagine to do with batteries from grandpas tractor to the kids latest technology.

WOW. I really CANNOT say enough about these guys. Ill never go anywhere else for a battery. And you bet Ill be recommending them to ANYBODY wholl listen.My Dad had his mobility scooter towed here to have the battery bank replaced. They fixed it immediately, and Dad was going to take an Uber over to their shop to pick the scooter up and drive it home. THESE MAGNIFICENT GUYS happened to be going back towards where he lived, so they helped him get it back while they were on their lunch break. What an UNBELIEVABLE and totally unexpected level of customer service, you just dont see anything like it any more... its really nice to see businesses still caring about their customers. I work out of town, so little things like this I often cant help him with and Im just... so incredibly touched and grateful. Thanks a bunch you guys!

I have bought many automobile batteries from Interstate. Drive up, go in, tell them about the problem, and theyre on it right away. Soon youre driving away with the new battery you need. If one of theirs wears out early, theyre great about the warranty.I buy lots of other batteries there, too for key fobs, garage door remotes. I tend to buy more common AAs and AAAs elsewhere, by they have em and theyre good.Youll get a charge of of Interstate Batteries!

I purchased a car interstate battery for the warranty, however; interstate battery is low quality, poor warranty. after seven months the battery died. I asked if they have a loaner battery to hold me over until my battery is charged, he said NO! So I am SOL Til they can recharge the battery.I just feel that the Battery is junk their warranty does not cover anything as I am out of a vehicle for more than 24 hours Do not waste your money here.

Went in for a watch battery, they had it replaced and the watch reset in less than 5 minutes. The price ($9) was great and the employees are responsive and friendly! Thank you!

These guys are a RIP off! Bought a $300+ battery and it quit cranking my truck - but I could jump the truck just fine... I called them & was told bring it in and they will warranty it... I did (driving 100+ miles) and the kid behind the counter says, Oh... we sold you the wrong battery... and I ask how is that the customers fault? The kid then says well - we fired that manager! I said great - how does that help me??? When I ask the kid what was the name of the district manager - he refused to give me a name...So - if you want a battery with a REAL warranty - dont buy it here!!!

If it needs a battery this place has it. The odd ball size and voltage can be found. They will order it for you if they need to.

Went to the store on Corrales Road in Albuquerque and Robert handled us with a new battery and we were just really amazed & surprised how helpful he was. So, I recommend you people to come in and get a battery because it five year warranty and the best consumer warranty,so I was really happy because we were in a hurry and Im pleased with Robert so kudos to interstate batteries . 5 yr warranty!

Best car battery there is, but the guys up front at this location were arrogant and condescending. Walked out, went to Costco and bought an interstate there. Not the same battery as the CCAs were lower, but lower cost, and the salesman at Costco was awesome.

I called ahead to see if they had a specific battery for my baby monitor. I gave them the model number and they also confirmed the voltage. Then I drove 30 minutes across town only to find out they did not have the item they stated they had. The guy then said I guess I should have asked you more questions. Yeah I guess so.

Went to get a battery for Fob employee opened fob replaced battery then charged $4 for install fee never stating there was a fee. I couldve changed this out myself just needed to see the size. Will never recommend or do business here again.
