Jaguar was wonderful in getting the rear passenger window replaced in my Rover. There were imperfections from the factory that produced holes in the tint. Ruben went above and beyond to insure the window was replaced. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Reuben was absolutely amazing and made sure I was taken care of even though he was the only one working in service reception area. My problem was whatever they did in the shop (came in for an oil change and they fixed an open recall as well) my car four separate times on the drive home came out of gear and I couldn’t accelerate or anything. It had never done that before until yesterday leaving the service department.

I needed a major repair of my vehicle and it was a seamless experience. They diagnosed the problem, set up the appointment and gave me a loaner vehicle to use while they repaired the vehicle. Every experience I’ve had here has been exceptional. I love the complimentary car washes, and great customer service. There are never any of the typical dealership hassles or headaches and they always take care of me and my vehicle the same day.
The people were very nice! Although, after buying the car I figured it would be detailed but car was really gross with splatters as well as crumbs and gunk hidden and had all the past car owners personal information as well as pictures of children still in the glove box.

I went in and inquired about a van that I saw. The sales agent went and brought it around to check out. Paperwork took a little longer than I thought but over all the transaction went very good.
I brought my LR Discovery in for service and warranty work. The staff from parts and service were fantastic, they kept me fully informed about my vehicle and helped me with all the questions I had. Overall it was a great experience.

We were on a road trip from Florida to Northern Utah when our 2020 Defender started to give us issues. The repair would take a few weeks and unfortunately, we did not have a few weeks to wait as we were trailering a Can-Am and couldn’t not find a rental equipped for towing.Sadly, we had to leave our Defender behind but Johnny (GSM) and Richard (GM) truly took care of us like family. They knew we were in a bind and instead of taking advantage of the situation, they made us a deal of a lifetime so we could go on our way to finish our cross country trip. I also work in the car industry and could not be more impressed with the customer service we received. Oddly as it might sound, we are very blessed to have broken down in New Mexico out of all places because it led us to JLR Albuquerque.

In July 2020 I purchased my Jaguar 2017, March 2021, my brakes started making a horrible sound when backing out. I took it in to be serviced, a few days later, I was told that my brakes were fine, they had more than 80% left of use. No further explanation was given. The next day the noise was back.Took the car back a few days later. I believe who was the service manager told me that if I wanted the brake noise to go away I would have to install new brake pads/rotors at a cost of $1000+. When I mentioned I had purchased the car only 7 months ago, he mentioned brakes/rotors are not covered under warranty.I am upset and disappointed that a high end dealership has a service department that wouldnt work on making things right. The attitude of the service department shows a lack of professionalism/attentiveness/make you feel like you are bothering them.Now when I back out and my brakes make that loud noise, it shows not to purchase a vehicle from that dealership. This could have all been avoided by simply making the situation correct.

We bought a pre-owned 2013 Jaguar FX. Jaguar Land Rover Albuquerque proved to be a great place to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Kudos go especially to Johnny Malaspina who went over and beyond to negotiate a good deal and make sure we were happy with the car. He made sure anything we found unacceptable from windshield nicks to fading paint was taken care of properly. He sent the salesman, Tyler Murray, to our home to complete the paperwork because my husband Patrick was feeling badly. He even lent us a loaner car while the Jaguar was being attended to and gassed up the car, which no used dealer in Albuquerque does. And we most appreciate that he patiently took all of Patrick’s calls.

This location was better than I expected. Typically when needing to maintenance my vehicle I choose every other option before I choose to go to the dealership because they’re known for charging an arm and a leg but having a luxury car also cost luxury prices, fortunately that didn’t happen during my visit. I originally just went in for an oil change and they told me it would take an hour and a half and they also included a complimentary car wash and full inspection of my Range Rover Evoque. I was pleased with how everyone was wearing masks and keeping distance. I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours so an hour over what they originally told me but the associate helping me discounted me quite a good amount for my patience! Definitely will be coming back again for any future maintenance or purchases.
Took my vehicle to have a flat tire changed at 8:40am on a Monday morning. My tire sensor turned on weeks prior so I took it into ABQ Land Rover to have them check out the tire that had the low sensor on it. They told me something was wrong with the sensor and simply turned it off, that I didn’t have a flat tire. I then found myself four hours away from ABQ Land Rover with the same low tire sensor on and a nail in my tire, the same nail that must have been in my tire when I took my car in the first time. I’m not sure that they even checked my tire at all.On Monday morning when the manager came to inform that my car was ready (tire changed & exterior wash), we walk outside to my vehicle to find that my car is still a mess from the snow storm. I then asked the manager if my vehicle had even been washed? He proceeds to tell me that the man who washes vehicles at this dealership doesn’t do a good job but yes, he did wash my vehicle. I laughed at his remark, thinking he was kidding and that of course, an employee at a luxury car dealership wouldn’t respond in such a way but would make it right and take it back to wash it again. Nope. He continued to ask me when I get this link emailed to me to review my services, please don’t leave one star because that will hurt them but to please just leave my feedback in the text box.I was definitely frustrated with this type of treatment, but not shocked from this dealership whatsoever. My family WERE long term customers at this dealership for no other reason than it simply being the closest dealership in New Mexico. Not for any other reason, such as workmanship or customer service because it just isn’t there. After gladly switching dealerships years ago because of ongoing treatment much like this, it is a reminder of why we only go there when there is no other option such as a specialized flat tire.
Yearly oil change/check-up today...always great service, professional and I trust their work- they were very kind to give me key chain today as well.Ill see you when my next service is due!

Today, I am amending my review. While the service is still quite good, I felt taken advantage of by the way I was billed. I was charged an extra $14.96 for Shop Charge for Repair Order. What in the world is that? My service advisor stumbled when I asked for an explanation. Basically, he finally said it is for equipment they use. For what? And isnt that a cost of doing business?Realistically, they were just doing an up-charge to add more profit. I will be talking with management, because this is a major reason that persons like myself quit going to dealerships. And I have patronized this dealership since they opened years ago.~~~~~I received excellent service today. JJ made is easy to make my appointment. Today, Reuben was my service advisor, and he couldnt have given better service. Very professional and knowledgeable! They took care of my issue (a software update, as it turned out) efficiently, gave my hot rod tender, loving care and a car wash, and returned it to me better than before. Thank you.

On the positive side: The dealership has always been supportive to diagnose mechanical defects and they provided a loaner vehicle for the most recent service. However, I am discontent with Jaguar service for the following reasons:- Replacement parts on my 2003 XJR fail early - in some cases soon after the warranty expires. Examples: new $$$ front CATS shocks failed after 2 years/20k miles, new $$ motor and transmission mounts failed after 5 years/50k miles, new $$ fuel sending unit failed after 6 years/60k miles- Jaguar customer service USA was not willing to support an accommodation- The annual repair cost of my 2003 XJR decreased only 20 % compared to my 1991 XJ6.Poor reliability remains an issue.Update 11/02/2021My appreciation improved, since the dealership diagnosed and repaired a bad MAF - PCM connector that has been misdiagnosed elsewhere.

My Range Rover Sport Autobiography needed to be serviced for a couple of months but since COVID, I wasn’t able to go anywhere, especially to a different state. So, I finally was able to take my car. I called and talked to a very nice lady that assured me that they would take good care of me, even tho I had purchased my car at another dealership.I was able to make an appointment for the next day which I was very thankful that i didn’t have to wait for a couple of weeks. One dealership in a different state had told me July 11 was first available.I took my car the next day (4 1/2 hour drive one way) to have it serviced and told them I would wait for it. I was there only 1 1/2 hours! I got there a little early and they took it right back and serviced it and got me back on the road to home in no time! Thank y’all so much for the great service! I will definitely come back!

Update for 12/1: Water pump slow leak found. Eventually handled sending a quote to the dealer that had replaced the pump prior to purchase. I’d have no issues with taking a bit of time given the circumstances but the work was far from the usual quality.Car was returned dirty with coolant hand prints all over the hood. Combination of dirt and coolant left some nice abrasions on the paint. It can be corrected but seems a bit insane to pay dealer prices for such a lack of care. I’ll find somewhere else to have my Jaguar serviced.Took the time to address my complaints and took the noises I was hearing seriously. After inspection discovered the supercharger snout and high pressure fuel pumps needed to be replaced.I dont look like a typical car guy but they were professionals and listened to what I thought. Probably helped I was right on the money!Thanks Jaguar! My F Type is making all the right noises again!

Good customer service, timely repair. How ever I’d pass on the complimentary Car wash. Land Rover ABQ uses harsh detergent based soaps that strips wax and other vehicle protectants off your vehicle.
I recently bought my 1918 Jaguar XE from Arizona and had it shipped to Rio Rancho New Mexico were we reside. The car had over 48,000 miles. The same day it was delivered the check engine light was on. I was devastated. I called the place I bought it from to see if they would make it right. They had me take to a mechanic shop near me and said dont take it to the Jaguar dealership, theyll overcharge you. Im 60 years old and have always used the dealership of the vehicle I owned, anyway. Cudos to the Jaguar Dealership in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They diagnosed my Jaguar and it had 3 things wrong i thought oh my goodness what is this going to cost me. Jaguar dealership fixed everything and did it under the remaining factory warranty. Im sold, Ill only use the dealership for any and all repairs and routine maintenance. Thank very much. The service department is phenomenal. We got there a little before opening and Jon was there to let us in. The issue was resolved in less than an hour and they had all the parts on hand to take care of my F-Pace. We live in Texas but I will be using this Jaguar ABQ for all my needs! The Finance Mgr Rama, was also very nice and didnt use aggressive tactics. My overall experiance was outstanding! The sales person, finance manager and General Manager were extremely nice and made things really easy to understand. The heater doesnt work in the car we bought. This was not disclosed to us before we bought it. It is an expensive repair.
