Had front brakes and rotors replaced. Dropped car off without appointment. Parts were ordered the same day. Parts were delivered the next day and work was done before noon. Very fast turn around. Also price was half that of Brake Masters. All in all a great experience. Chris was so helpful and very professional. Would definitely use Malloy service again.

I’m am currently 8 months pregnant and on maternity leave. My fiancé and I were needing something bigger and safer for our baby and we weren’t sure how to go about it. And Mel helped us out a lot and didn’t pressure us into anything we couldn’t afford or didn’t want. He was so patient and wanted to make sure to get us into something. When i was searching for a new car i was reluctant to leave Melloy Nissan because of 17+ years of AMAZING/ HONEST service that Mike and the service department had giving me. I eventually bought a fairly new but used Honda Civic from Melloy ... i love it. What i do not like is dealing with another service department that is not Nissan. The service department at the Honda dealership nowhere compares to the service that Melloy Nissan gives. I actually enjoy going to Nissan and trust Mike and his team 100% when they recommend something. As a woman they never make you feel silly or stupid for asking questions and i really appreciate how nice everyone is !!!! Thanks for always being so great.

Brand new Frontier. Headliner seemed a little loose, upon inspection the service manager ordered a replacement as well as a replacement window trim seal. Work to be completed upon receipt of parts. Very professional. Also had an oil change and carwash.

Worked here quite a few years ago. I was tasked to created fake email address for fake Google reviews. I do have the email address credentials and look to delete the review for all of them.There were others too that would create email address and would post fake reviews as well.I have heard of manipulating car deals about avoiding tax liensCorrection. The reviews were for new Nissan reviews and not Google.I would see Bruce creating fake emails in the office by the service dept.Ron Benson and Sean firing me was the best thing to happen. I would hear p***n coming from one of the Melloy brothers office.Nissan would send these questionnaires to the “customer” and with a certain amount of positive reviews Nissan would pay moneyCall me a coward but this isn’t my real name. The visit this time was by far superior than last time. The service department did the recall and checked on a monthly oil pressure alert. They also washed the exterior of our Titan XD. I was advised it would take four hours to complete the two services. I had my washed truck back in three hours. I was very pleased.

I had a great experience purchasing my Nissan Rouge. Leroy was an amazing salesman and he worked so hard to get me what I needed and wanted. Dealerships were never my thing as I had purchased a Jeep off of a bigger dealership and I had an awful experience with customer service and services, here at Melloy the customer service is phenomenal and they were not at all pushy to make a sale like most dealerships. After Friday 7/30 I will definitely be recommending Melloy and Leroy to everyone looking for a vehicle.

Service is horrible. You cannot make an appointment anymore and expect to get your car serviced at the appointed time. They just say that theyll do the best they can to get your car serviced sometime that day! The last time I went in with a 10:00 appt. for a 55,000 mile service and oil change and they kept me waiting for an hour before bringing my car in, then another hour and a half before bringing my car out WITHOUT the 55,000 service being done - just the oil change! SORRY, WE ARE AWFULLY BUSY was their answer. Funny, they used to be good and prompt. Not anymore. Something changed. Im never going back there.

I had been a repeat customer due to a previous positive experience with this dealership. However, my most recent transaction with this dealership was completely distasteful. I was extremely overcharged for my used vehicle, I experienced lies and double talk, and now I am stuck with car payments that are way above the actual value of the car. Yes, I am smart and I tried to negotiate. Yes, I pointed out the obvious sexism and over-pricing. In the end, I needed a reliable car, and this dealership took advantage of my needs. Perhaps I should have expected this, being a single woman, but exploitation is never OK in my book. Perhaps Melloy was a satisfactory car dealer in the past, but I say those days are over. If you are female and purchasing a car, look elsewhere. Look anywhere but here.

Hands and everything else down, best car buying experience I have ever had. (Even with all the experiences being with my parents buying) Went in for a promo prize competition and ended up leaving with a 2017 Nissan Versa. I have been trying to get a car for MONTHS now. Had to deal with a lot of shady people until I arrived at Melloy Nissan. Meet an associate by the name of Jason Taylor, such a down to earth guy! Made me feel comfortable buying a car and explained everything through and through. Definitely went above and beyond! When I went for a oil change the wait room was full, so I went to sit in the show room. There were several others in the room, I believe they inquiring about a car at the time. A homeless man walked in and it appeared that a sales man was speaking with him and handed in something . Although I am not sure what he was given he seemed to have been treated nicely. When the man left a woman went to the back and obtained Lysol and a spray bottle. She started spraying it all over the showroom and it was so strong I began to gasp for air. She then took the chair outside and told the lady sitting down that she was so sick of these people. I have never been so disturbed in my life. I am very hyper sensitive to smell and the only thing I smelt was lysol and bleach spray. I understand some people think that homes individuals are menaces but at the end of the day they are human beings dealt a bad hand. It was so unprofessional for employees of a large organization such as Nissan to act in that manner. I could only hope it is a teaching moment and something as horrific as this never occurs again.

Melanie and Pete were great. My rating is due to the vehicle I purchased not being ready the day I bought it, so I was provided a rental (which was extremely thoughtful), but the rental was filthy. When my car was ready I went to pick it up and the gas tank was on empty. Also, the vehicle didnt look clean on the inside. Overall it was disappointing, since its supposed to be a new car.

And my message to the service person was never returned to ask what other services were need on my truck. I would not take my truck back in for service because i can complete service myself the only reason is to maintain the lifetime warranty. I feel im getting robbed by sales and the service departments telling me conflicting information about the mechanical integrity my truck.

Hi, I bought Nissan Rogue SV premium yesterday 10/20/2021 from Melloy Nissan ABQ, Sales Associative Russell Keil handled all the interactions from start to end i admired his approach, he is very very soft spoken polite and the important thing is he knows very well about all the car features from end to end in detail, he explained all to me in very detail and even if i ask repeatedly he explained till i completely understood that features because Nissan Rogue SV premium has new features like smart breaking system, front side parking assist 360 degree camera, collision avoidance system at front and back, semi driver sassing auto pilot driving, blind spot indicator etc.When you want to go next time to Melloy Nissan please ask for him, he is superb nice down to earth young person, I went to dealership at ABQ like Jeep, Mazda, Toyota but I like the way Melloy Nissan associate approach, overall i rate my experience as 10 out of 10, Thank you.

I needed to renew my State vehicle registration. When I tried to do this online, the attempt was blocked because I needed a vehicle emissions certification. And I needed all of this by the NEXT day. I called Brian Dau at Melloy Nissan, and he told me to bring the vehicle in and they would take care of it. Not only did Melloy do the test, but they transmitted the results directly to the State Dept. of Motor Vehicles. All in just that day.

Worst customer service in the servicing area!!! I do not reccomend having any work done there. Do not buy a Nissan Sentra, the transmissions are worthless. Bought a used car last year, drove it for under 10,000 miles and transmission went out. Found out this is a recurrent issue with Nissan Sentras from other mechanics. Ive been a Nissan customer for over 20 years but this will be my last as they do not stand by thier products. Please be cautious if you are considering.

The whole deal took WAAAY too long. After 4 hours we finally met the finance guy to sign paperwork. But his antics of trying to sell my friend more stuff took over an hour. After all of this they still didnt clean the NEW car windows. And I dont think my friend got a good deal. This place did not change my opinion of used car salesmen. If anything I think less of them.

We hear great reviews and Nissan have great quality vehicles. When we arrived, our sales person Dominic was very pleasant, helpful and very respectful. I have been taking my car in for the same problem since I purchased the vehicle. The car broke down and left my family and I stranded 3-400 miles away. Had to pay over 1000 to have my vehicle towed to dealership. Dealership did NOT attempt to call me whatsoever after having my vehicle for over a week. After my personal follow up my car was ready over the weekend after I called. I show up the advisor gets paged to come help a customer and I witnessed the advisor stating I didn’t know customers were waiting for me. Was forced to pay another deductible after just paying one. Drove off the lot and car engine sounded like it blew up. Took car back to dealership within an hour of picking up. Have yet to receive any calls or updates or apologies about vehicle. I can’t believe this is allowed by a company if this catches anyone’s eye please help this is unacceptable. This company has left my family in an unsafe dangerous situation now multiple times and has yet to correct the problem or attempt to make things right. Have now called dealership 4 days in a row with no attempt to call back.

Apparently, they will keep your truck for 8 hours and not even have the part available. We waited 8 hours in Albuquerque because we live in Edgewood and were told our hitch would only take 3-4 hours to be installed. Absolutely ridiculous. No communication to the customer either.
