This is the most affordable and fastest phone repair shop I’ve been to. When I broke the back glass of my my iPhone 8+ I called around to a few phone repair places and this one dramatically beat them all in price. It was done in less than an an hour and it looked fantastic. Plus, they staff is so awesome! I called for a quote at 4:40 and The individual working said if I got there by 5 he’d get it done the same day. The store closed at 5. He stayed late to get my phone done the same day. Very kind and very appreciated. This is definitely my new go-to place. Highly recommend to all.

Great people and great prices, brought my Ipad in to repair crack screen, they had it in stock and replaced it within 2 hours, I highly recommend this place.

Took an old, very swollen phone in and -first thing- told them I didnt want to spend much on it because I use it only as an iPod. Guy assured me it was just the battery. So I get a new battery (which arent super cheap). However, now I have the same problem, so I took it back in saying Look, its more than the battery, how about a 50% refund. Guy is offering up all kinds of other excuses and then tries to look up order by phone number. I give him my phone number- same one Ive had for years. He then tells me Im not in the system so it must have been before Christmas (8 months ago). I say, no and leave upset, go home and check, and sure enough, it was 2 months ago. almost to the day. Too bad, I like supporting small local businesses.

Drove to Albuquerque and dropped off my phone for a new battery, was told to return at 12.00. When I returned at 12:15, I was told that it wasnt ready, to have a seat and it would be right out. After the clerk went to the back, a man came in and stood at the counter. Clerk came out, spoke with the man, spent some time on the phone, and then told the man he didnt have what he wanted. Then another man came in, clerk waited on that man, and finally returned to the back to work on my phone. At that time, I went back to the counter to stand in case anyone else came in, so that I could keep my place in line. Finally when the clerk came out with my phone and rang me up, I said that he should have told the two men who came in after me that he would be right with them and finished my phone before waiting on them. His response? He was an old guy. Well, Im an old woman and I dont appreciate being treated like Im less important than two men who walk in after me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Or maybe not if youre male....

This store is not trustworthy. They promote their item as though it is glass and when I realized that it was plastic I took it in for a refund and not only did they refuse, he was very rude and unwilling to try and make things right. See picture below.

Brilliant service. The kind of shop you hope you can find when you need help fast. I cracked my phone screen the day before a trip. Called ABQ Phone Repair and they got me in quickly and repaired it within an hour. The store owner also recommended upgrades to case and cover to prevent cracking again. After I left, there was a glitch, an annoying shimmer in the display, apparently due to a faulty replacement screen (the owner had warned me that maybe one out of ten screens sometimes have a problem). It was already late in the day and I thought Id have to bear with it while I was on travel, but the owner came back into the shop after hours to replace the screen on the spot, while I stood there waiting. Professional all the way. Give this shop your business.

Extremly happy with the service and the repair. Also was the best price I could find for a Samsung battery replacement in town. I would highly recommend based on my experience. He also gave peace of mind that if he damaged my phone during the repair he would fix it. Ill be back in a couple years when the next one dies.

ABQ Phone Repair replaced batteries in two iPhone 6 units in less than an hour and were MUCH cheaper than other quotes I received elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to seek their services should I require additional phone or iPad repairs.

Had an issue with a phone battery, they were the only store in the whole town that didnt have to order it and already had parts in stock. I went in right before close at like 5:50 and dropped the phone off it was fixed and ready for pick up by 11am the next day! Quick, convient, and not over priced!

Lets face it I do silly things. I screwed up the charging port on my phone. I took it in and they had me up and running in 30 minutes. While I was there I picked up a screen protector. They installed it with this little UV? light, this took a little while longer (maybe 20 minutes) and it is 5 stars squared. My screen is sharp, clear and very very responsive. I would recommend these guys anytime.

Adam was very pleasant to talk to, friendly, very good approach and quick to answer my questions on how long it would take to get my phone to be repaired and how much, he even helped me with some technical questions that i asked the phone store where i have my ph service with.and all i get is that my ph is too old and i need i new one (LG5 Stylo) and for all of that and the extra steps he took to take care of my phone needs, I also bought a screen protector, a phone case and a memory card, as well as repairing my phone. I called here because of the high Google rating, even though it was across town and I had a different shop much closer to my house. I was having a USB C problem with charging. They said they would clean it for free but I knew it wasnt that it was dirty! But just getting that service offer for free (when other places charge for that) sold me. They ordered the part for my phone and got it in and replaced it THE NEXT DAY! Took less than 30 min. Cost was much cheaper than I expected. Talk about great service. This is me and my familys place from now on.

I took my phone in today because I thought I had a faulty proximity sensor. Well, lo and behold, it was working fine — user error, and they didn’t charge me a penny. Went in to get my iPhone XS Max ear speaker (top speaker) replaced. Found that it was best to get the speakers cleaned first. While talking on the phone it sounded like the other person was very muffled and even under water. After the speakers were cleaned by ABQ phone repair the sound is flawless. I found that this is a common problem amongst iPhones and most people trade in their phone for a new one instead of getting the speakers cleaned first. Extremely satisfied with the results and business as a whole. I have several family members who will be going in for services now. Fair prices, fast services, and great quality results.

Go here first. I called two other repairs who wont answer their phone. I called ABQ Phone Repair 336-1907 receiving an immediate estimate with the needed part in stock. I arrived 30 minutes later. The phone was repaired in 40 minutes at the reasonable estimated charge. That is the best service ever.

So, without trying to be too winded, I just about shattered my iPad 7th gen 10.2in screen the morning before I was to leave to Dallas for an important meeting. I was super upset since I specifically needed my iPad for this trip as I do my creative work on it. First instinct was to go to The Apple Store where I’ve had an iPad in the past replaced on the spot no problem (except the whole 300bucks I had to pay-“convenience fee” is what I chalked it up to! It was my bad anyways so I couldn’t complain!), it really had been a seamless experience. Well long story short- Apple Uptown decided that this time around they were going to have to send it off and I would get it back fixed or replaced within 5-7days and 320some dollars later! So I walked out discouraged but decided to find someone in town to fix it! I ended up finding these guys right up the street from Uptown on Menaul and they fixed my iPad GOOD AS NEW for only $140, that you don’t pay until you pick it up later that day! I told them J had to leave town by 4pm and they said NO PROBLEM! They had it done with more than enough time to spare! Went in for a screen protector for my note 10plus, the one I had was scratched, peeling every where, just horrible, For$35 they put the new screen protector on in about 5 minutes, my phone looks like a new phone! I cant believe it, I dont think my screen ever looked this clear, doesnt look like anything is even on it.. Love it!, will return here for my next phone screen protector 😁

I called this facility when I dropped my iPhone 6s Plus and shattered the screen. Without seeing it, they quoted me $75. I showed up the next day and sure enough $75... even though I added an additional screen protector for $10 more. It was done in 30 minutes and looks great!!! Thanks!!!

I needed an iPad screen replaced and previously used uBreakIfix which was a horrible experience and required me to take my device back 3 times before they did it right! This place had great reviews so I decided to try it instead and I’m so glad I did. I sent a message via the website and heard back really fast with an estimate. My device was ready the next day and so far is working great. So satisfied that I took a second device to get fixed as well!

Replaced screen protector

The employees were very responsive and professional. They placed a new battery into my iPhone 8. Unfortunately, after I came home and proceeded to charge the phone, it would not charge. So, I will be taking my phone back for a refund of the battery (as they said I should if problems arise). So, this is not in any way a negative review. They were prompt and responsive.

They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced all things considered. Work done well without any silliness. Would definitely recommend, or return if I drop my phone again!

My iPhone SE stopped charging and after calling 5 other repair shops that did not have a replacement charging port I had success with ABQ Phone Repair. He replaced port and a new battery for 110.00 plus tax, a great deal and got it done same day In 1.5 hrs from call to fixed. ABQ will be my first call next time.
