While this store can be a bit pricey they do have some really great kitchen stuff! The staff at this location are very nice and helpful, willing to help meet any of your kitchen needs or answer any questions you have. The store has a great atmosphere and they are usually offering samples of their seasonal products, such as apple cider and pumpkin bread in the fall. If you are looking for kitchen supplies or assistance with your kitchen or cooking needs this is a great place to go. Also the store is always well lit and clean!

This is such a beautiful store! There are so many neat items to look at for your home. A lot of great kitchen items for baking, cooking, and hosting parties and celebrations. I can spend a long time just looking at everything! They also carry some neat Harry Potter and Star Wars items, too! So much fun!

This store is really neat! Lots of great home goods that are very high-end and beautiful. The space is a little small and tight, so not optimal if you have young or busy kids, but its a nice place.

The staff was helpful when we needed but unobtrusive when not. It is so beautiful inside; like a magazine cover. Is easy to spend too much quickly.

I have had the worst experience with their credit card. You cant make payments at the store. You are forced use an app to make payments and they charge you a finance charge in the middle of payment cycle. You think youve paid off your balance but the finance charge never appears on your statement so, you get a late fee. Have to go through legal means to take of. Do not get their credit card its a trap.

I was shopping in Uptown strip mall last Sunday. Entered Williams-Sonoma and… walked out of the store right away!!! It smelled REALLY BAD inside of the store 🤢 like a mix of pickles with something rotten! A high-end chain store like WS should have a better ventilation system or use an air-freshener! Ask Pottery Barn next door to share their experience of keeping air fresh all the time!!

Needed a meat thermometer for Easter dinner. So many choices from as little as $20 to $89. The high-end one was Bluetooth capable. Think about that for a minute. You can connect your phone to the dinner in the oven. Even with all this technology, my grandma still made the perfect pot roast.

Bought the Harry Potter cookies not looking at the price first. $25 for some cookies...... they are each individually wrapped and in a plastic container with tape all around it. I was still not able to return them the next day. Clearly they had Not been tampered with! The manager said he can’t take back food products. So be warned!

This place is the professional Chefs and Home Cooks candy store. They have all the things that you wish youd have. Its not like the regular restaurant store, they have all the necessary trinkets and gadgets that you need in a professional kitchen or home kitchen but they have all the toys in the bells and whistles and everything else that you would possibly want. They even have food items that would make your dining experience beyond measure, but above all of that the one thing that stands out about Williams-Sonoma is that their customer service is impeccable. Now if youre looking for a gift for someone this is the place to go if money is no object to you however there are some items you cannot get elsewhere but the ambience, you cannot replace it. the only thing that keeps Williams-Sonoma from getting in five stars is this price points outside of that you cant beat it.

I went in for a good quality chefs knife, and even during coronavirus the dude was super helpful, gave me a few selections and let me hold the knives to get a feel for each one. (Wipes them down after ofc) Everyone seemed friendly and helpful, like as soon as I walked in. Ill be back for pots and pans next prolly

I was kind of intimidated by the high end nature of the brand. As someone who is not used to investing much in home goods I was afraid I wouldnt be welcome in a store that is designed around high value. This couldnt be further from the truth. The staff is so welcoming and warm and made me super comfortable as I browsed. If you dont think you belong with the Williams-Sonoma crowd, try going in and let these amazing people show you how wrong you are. Aside from the great staff, the products are amazing and well crafted. Well worth my time and money upgrading my cookware and small appliances. Highly recommended!

I love Williams-Sonoma. You love Williams-Sonoma. Everyone loves Williams-Sonoma. If youre into food or kitchen gadgets at all this is a lot like going to heaven. Come here and check out all the wonderful stuff and then try to find a place where you can purchase it without a new mortgage on your house. I regularly get smaller things here but large things are just way too expensive for no real reason. Good example, they have the Philips infrared smokeless indoor grill, they was $399 there. We just bought one at Costco a week before for $99. I believe the version at Williams-Sonoma had to grills with it, I could buy two full complete set up at Costco for half the price are the exact same thing. People were polite as usual.

Truly an awful shopping experience, no fault of the products (although the prices are outrageous but it is a luxury grocery store, but the way I was treated by staff was absolutely appalling, It was exactly the opposite of the old quote from the movie clerks Shopping here would have been great if werent for the staff

Make sure to remember that it takes 2 hours to get a simple order to pick up. Will never recommend this store to no one!!!!

WARNING...whatever you order may or may not arrive, and if its lost, you may or be notified. Item ordered 7/3/2020 never arrived. Called customer service to find out what happened to it. I was informed that UPS returned it to W-S because it was damaged. They didnt bother to resend item or notify us of return. When I asked that they resend the item, I was told they had issued a PARTIAL refund (which has yet to show up on card statement), and I would need to reorder and re-pay for the order. Riiiiight, like I want waste even more money. Then, they magnanimously offered to refund the shipping charges. Ill believe it when I see it!!!

The one item I was interested in had a 40% off sticker which said it was not 40% off the price but rather off some imaginary price. Then I asked for it anyway and they told me the one item they had on sale was not only out of stock but could not even be ordered. I asked about another knife set and it was a less expensive set for more money with no willingness to make a price change. I then asked them about the military discount they have on the door to pretend they care about those who have served, they told me that doesnt apply to the knives either. I decided to put everything else back and leave the store. I hope they go out of business or learn how to treat customers.

I’ve been going to Wm Sonoma in ABQ since it opened—first in Cottonwood then in ABQ Center, and have always found personnel helpful and knowledgeable. Just today, I was looking for a fine knife and spoke with 2 young people on the staff, both of whom knew about the knives and could explain differences among them

Janet is amazing! Helped my fiance and I for hours while we created our wedding registry -- let us have the store to ourselves an hour before it opened and gave us yummy coffee and cake! Couldnt have been a more pleasant experience.

Kristen and her team here are awesome - no one falters with their product knowledge and they give the perfect amount of attention. I don’t feel pestered, but I never have to wait too long to have an associate answer my questions! Love my Le Creuset cookware!

Attentive staff and some really great products. This really is a gem and worth a visit. These things cost a little bit more but clean beautifully and last really well, much better actual value. Would definitely recommend.

Obese store manager was very condescending when I questioned him regarding All Clad products. The girl at the counter had to be begged to get an item out of the back. She then disappeared leaving me to wait for 15 minutes until the back brought the item out. Then I had to wait in line again to check out. The larger girl at the front of the store was the only helpful and kind person.

I love the selection in this store but every time i come to this location they arent very friendly. No one greeted me or talked to me. I walked passed one associate who was texting and never even looked up at me. Very strange behaviors for this brand.

Tried to order on line but delivery just didnt happen do to delivery company. They wanted me to drive across town to FedEx to get item. If I had wanted to go anywhere to get item I would. Why have delivery? Had the item returned, all I got was a gift card for my charge. When I went to the store no luck. No cash refund. No credit to my card. I would have to use the card to get any benefit. I did not need any other item in store. Now WHAT ??

Greeted at the door with hot apple cider, sorry to say downhill from there. With few exceptions, staff is either poorly trained, disinterested, or overwhelmed. Somethings wrong. Too bad, such nice products😒.

Im appalled by the customer service at this location. I have been in there four times now, and NOT ONCE was I greeted. Plenty of workers were not with any customers and they just simply kept on what they were doing. On one occasion three of them were huddled around the register trying to figure something out. When my family and I walked by not a single one even looked up at us.Having worked retail since I was a teenager I was always taught that every customer should be greeted. I even worked for this company in NC before moving here, so I know very well how customers are supposed to be treated.I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but my fourth visit will be my last. Very unfortunate because this store does not align with the high standards Chuck Williams had for his company.

Horrible place. I went on a Saturday morning with my girls and we were being watched like hawks. I was looking around no one offered to help. My girls were not touching anything or even running around. They stayed very close to. It was a very unpleasant feeling when they is watching your ever move. Found some popsicle molds. Would have bought other stuff if someone would have helped but no one would even talk to me. On my way out after I bought something I was offered a shot of espresso when I had walked right past this lady when I first got in.

Great items but very expensive. Be prepared to drop serious money.

So rude and judgmental. Staff completely continued to have their own conversation and ignored us after I asked for assistance. Just wanted a new kitchen-aide mixer for my bday. Ill stick to Amazon.
