Bought a scale and was charged for the higher price model. Should have been 30 something was charged 40 something. Didnt notice until I got home to enter the receipt in my desk top. Other then that cool place to shop ill go back again forsure 👍🇺🇸

Very over priced I asked the price of torches he said he would work with me which one did I want I picked $20 asked if I could do $15 he said yes then charged me $20 everywhere else they are $10 all together they charged me double price compared to all other smoke shops I go to on items and double on tax and lied I would never go there again!!!! Unbelievable I should have paid $60 tax $6 I paid $75. $9 its not the money just the point of saying one thing and doing something else its shady and bad business!!!

I have gotten now several expensive devices there that turned out to be junk after much upselling from the overly eager staff. This place is overtly priced, filled with junk that’s probably counterfeit

There is a giant banner on the side of the building advertising such and such percent off different kinds of items. Even still, I paid full price for them, and when I went back inside to ask about it, I was not offered the discounted amount returned. Instead he shrugged, and said management hadnt mentioned the sign recently.The glass is nice, though has some defects. I bought a pipe, when I took it out of the bubble wrap at home I noticed a crack in it. No returns, means Im out 40$.

Would give a worse score. This place sucks. They don’t carry air freshener nor cartridges for hive. The younger staff is helpful but the older guy that was working today 3/2/18, has always been distracted on his headphones. I told him this place sucks cause of your attitude. Go to Denovo better!!!

If youre going to work retail customer service matters and knowledge of company policies....dont go its not worth anyones time...

Next day Google how to fill ecig thanks to youtube. MY COMPLAINE IS I WENT TO CHAGRE ECIG AND THE ROUND METAL PART CAME OUT. TOOK IT BACK ASKED IF HE COULD TAKE A LOOK AND THE CLERK HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I PULLED IT OUT!!! 1st of all WHY in hell would I pull the charger apart when clearly I want to use the ecig!! THEN HE POINTED WITH A RUDE COCKY VOICE THERE THERE YOU SEE SIGN NO RETURN NO EXCHANGERAYN SMOKE SHOP YOU SOLD ME A BROKEN PEICE OF EQUIPMENT YOU SHOULD BE LIABLE TO EXCHANEGE!!!! He says why didnt you call? 2nd you didnt have a phone number on the receipt 3rd it does not read Rayn smoke shop it has another name printed on the receipt.

Went in looking for a banger the one guy says if you need me call me when your ready. the next 5 minutes I hear the one in charge threatening the other guy working with him about some chick and that he was gonna go crazy on everyone and he dont know him so watch out. I thought to myself this is Albuquerque and they are 2 🚕🕌🚕 so asked about the price on the smallest banger and he said $25 so I left. Waste of 8 minutes.
