I usually do the drive up and have received great service. However, this past weekend I went inside and I can understand why this store is closing. I picked up some vitamins and went to the pharmacy to get my prescription and waited for the pharmacy person with long dark hair to finish reading her Facebook or whatever on her phone and send a couple texts before she noticed there was someone standing at the window. The store is bare, and there were maybe 2 other customers. The service was terrible. I wish my insurance allowed me to use Walgreens, they are so much better.

They have a mix of selections 2 choose from, easy 2 find items, and very wide aisles. 🙂

First I would like to start off by saying I have been to a lot of pharmacys in Albuquerque, Karen, Erica, Pamela this ladies at this pharmacy are amazing they get the job done. My claim is workers comp and I also have an issue every month but this pharmacist ladies know how to get it done were any where else it would just take forever....So i would like to say thanks and give them 5 stars 🌟 on what a great job they do....even when busy..also always very Professional..Sooooo adding to this after 4 years of wonderful service from wonderful people I found out that my pharmacy will be closing and I am going to miss 😢 getting me scripts here. Wherever you ladies go keep up the good coustmer service...😀😁❤🥳😎💯💯💯💯

The Pharmacist who helped me was wonderful and went above and beyond my expectations, she helped me with my paperwork and I received my Medication quite quickly on a extremely busy day of administrating Covid-19 Testing, Flu shots, phone calls and two drive up lanes. Im very pleased with my experience.

I love the store itself however, the Pharmacist are extremely rude. I called to find out the time they closed on 12/23 due to usually getting my prescriptions at the one on southern. She said 7 and hung up on me before I could ask my other question. I then got there to pick up my prescription and the girl helping me at the window was also very rude. This was very upsetting as I left Walgreens for the exact same reason!

Very helpful people reasonable wait time for picking up my prescription They are also the only ones who have a fip top medicine bottle which I really like. all the others pharmacist only have child proof medicine bottles, I just wish they were open later

Like any other pharmacy. Had great staff. Clean. Nice variety of products throughout the store. Great place for meeting your neighbors.

These women are very uncaring at times. Especially if you have complained before for being mistreated to corporate. I was willing to put that behind me and continue with this pharmacy... I was out of medication, it was for 3 days I was without it (over the weekend I realized I was out). My doctor is on top of sending in refills. These people refilled it on day 3. I didnt get a text or a call. I am set up for text messages and miraculously on this day, I didnt get a text. No apologies, nothing. Now, day 4, I called and they said it had been ready since yesterday (day 3)! These people handle our medications that we rely on and could have serious consequences if not taken as directed. Now I have to inconvenience myself by moving to another pharmacy. I would NEVER recommend this CVS pharmacy at this location to anybody! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Prices not compatible. Pharmacists arrogant and not friendly.

We moved here from VA. This is the SECOND CVS we have tried to use since moving to ABQ area. Im not trying a third. I am DONE with CVS. My daughter has a debilitating medical condition and by God these idiots are not making our lives even MORE DIFFICULT anymore. DONE.

They have now have done 3 different medication errors for meds I have been on fr several years. Very tired of having to triple check their work
