Hobby Lobby is a cool place. The two downsides are the lines are *always* long to pay and they no longer offer or take coupons which is a huge downside. We still shop here. We only get items on sale.

I dont think Ive ever had a bad time in a hobby lobby. It doesnt matter where I am, all hobby lobbys are the same. The workers are always friendly. The experience has always been a good one.

Several years ago, I worked at Hobby Lobby. It is an amazing company to work for. I still have tons of respect for them. Today was the first time I checked them out in their new location at Cottonwood mall. The new store is beautiful and I found everything I needed and more. I cant wait to go again!

We always find what we are looking for here, from hobby supplies, crafty toys to unique home decor. Prices are reasonable especially if you catch a sale. Its also just fun to wander and see all the cool stuff to get new ideas.

Hobby lobby has just about anything you need for your crafting needs. Prices are cheaper than other similar stores. Always have a great variety of kids holiday crafts.

I love hobby lobby but in general this is my least favorite location in Albuquerque. It really isnt the staffs fault. They are all very friendly and helpful. You can still find what you need here. I just enjoy shopping at this one less because the location feels cramped and there are always so many people at this one because of the mall locale. I often feel rushed because someone is always waiting for you to move so they can see things. Understandable but not comforting. Also, seems like there are frequent security announcements to scan areas etc. Again, probably necessary and not their fault but still makes it less enjoyable.Also, for Hobby Lobby in general Im very sad that they got rid of the weekly 40%coupon. They say without it there are more sales but that didnt seem to help me with things I had chosen.

Always have had a great experience with the exception of today. Went in purchased several items. Looked at my receipt & was charged extra. Manager came over to show me the items in question were priced incorrectly due to “customers moving things around”. Went to same register to get a refund. The cashier Regan was very impatient. Gave me the receipt & mumbled something, I could not understand what she said behind her mask & the plexiglass. I said “excuse me” she looked straight at me & replied “I said you are GOOD” in a very rude tone. I replied right back “thank you Regan” at that point she tossed down the stapler she was using to staple my receipts, turned to another associate & said “she is so rude”! I looked back & said “no, you are the rude employee who has no customer service skills” and walked out. I was with my young son who was really upset “the lady was so mean”. She could of simply repeated what she was saying without all the attitude.

Needed pillow forms and they had them. Not really exciting or a life changing experience, but it worked for a redecorating project.

Wonderful selection of items and good prices unfortunately they rarely have enough cashiers, preferring to make their customers wait in line for the one cashier on duty.

Staff was rude. One of the associates looked at me like I was an idiot for not knowing where the scrapbooks were. The main problem I have is how disgusting the floors are. It looks like no effort was made to clean. Weird brown spots throughout the aisles arent very inviting to walk down. Feels like that store has not changed in years. Which is fascinating and concerning.

Like every other Hobby Lobby. Big! Right now they have 40 and 50 percent off on home decor. Lots of parking. Easy to get to, I went to the Coors store at the end at Cottonwood Mall.

I love shopping hobby lobby however their registers are somewhat outdated. When there is a sale everyone is confused on what items to markdown and not. I feel like I was overcharged because the cashier had no idea what was on sale and what was not.

Always can find a bargain on something. Usually have what are supplies Im looking for. They have multiple options for sketchbooks, watercolor, alcohol markers. They have copic markers in a few of the sets and quite a bit of the singles.

Wife loves it here.

I was a invited to a Giving Home Health Care event to celebrate the gift of giving at Itsleta. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Giving Home Health has wonderful people working for this company and Itsleta was the perfect place to have this Fall event. Accommodations and employee s were great. The room was modern and the food was delicious. Home made hot green chili chicken enchiladas with beans and Spanish rice. Topped off with a great cheesecake. Many gifts were given away.

Good trip to hobby lobby today my stepdaughter is an artist so we randomly go through hobby lobbys at times and we found some really great deals on clearance and it was just a nice little surprise trip it was great

If i could give a lower rating i would. The service i received was belittling. I was in line waiting to check out, i approached Earls register and asked if he was checking out? He told me no- then proceeded to go to another line and grab a woman to cash her out. I was enraged. I spoke up and asked him, i thought you werent checking out? He ignored me, continued to cash out this woman. I felt humiliated and race profiled. The manager then came over and started laughing and walked away. That woman needs to be demoted as she is no where near management material. Another woman in line received extremely rude service as well! She asked the cashier how much an item was.. cashier stated WELL ITS 66%Off! Okay but how much is it? Ignored her.all around AWFUL customer experience. All employees need coaching!!! I love the items in this store but waiting in line to receive awful service is NOT for me!!!

Since moving I to the new space as part of the cottonwood mall I really things think ha e improved a lot. Selection seems to be quite a bit larger than before and the place is brighter and cleaner. Always Google for a hobby lobby coupon and you can usually find a 40% off 1 item.

Every single person in there was rude just because I was asking for them to scan for prices they were talking to me like I was dumb. Bad costumer service!They were refusing to scan stuff for me.I understand a lot of people are asking to scan but thats to bad its their job especially no need for the attitude and rudeness.

Manager wouldn’t let me return a pair of cabinets that were purchased there without the receipt. I had called ahead and the associate told me without receipt I would at least be able to get store credit. She wouldn’t even offer that. The other manager found the cabinet in the inventory so they obviously carry the product. Then I tried to tell her what I was told, and she flat out ignored me. I’m still a human being and a customer. I love the store but that service was awful and I won’t give them more of my money.

If it were possible, Id give NO stars. Very rude and unprofessional. Especially the manager, with her nasty attitude and the cashier. I love Hobby Lobby, but I will continue my business in the South Valley Estancias location.
