I wish i coulld give this place CREATIVE KUSTOMS No stars!!! We paid$145.00 for 3 shirts with our logo and name . he charged us $45 just to have our logo in his computer🤔 we bored our shirts on a Friday the owner said theyd be ready the coming Monday. We went for our shirts on Monday and he said that we had to go back the next day because he had the shirts with him and even mentioned that they came out nice! And wed like them... so we go back on Tuesday and he said well my machine broke on me I have to get it fixed . so we gave him 3 more days he never called. After waiting so long we finally went back to his shop and got our shirts 1 out of 3 of the shirts were a size to small and he didnt even do it the way we wanted them. Even after he put it all on paper to make sure he would give us what we want he did the opposite!! This place took our money dont trust them theyll burn you for your hard working money!!

Bobby had taken the order for a funeral and completely ruined the order by entering the wrong DoB, and selecting the kind of shirt that was requested. When we reminded him that we were willing to buying the shirts for the design he assured us by saying he had them. Except he didnt and then substituted it the next best thing instead of calling us back to verify if that was ok. Seeing that we were upset he never offered to fix, replace, discount or even gives us our money back for the shirts. He only offered store credit this was for a funeral its no consideration or sympathy nor any human decency. Not good store because youll pay for their mistakes literally. Try somewhere else instead you have better luck.

This was one of the worst experiences. Sept. 1st I went in to have 16 shirts done by Sept. 6th. I needed six shirts for girls and the rest regular. But I guess me saying Ill pay up front was still in his head because nothing was right. When I talked to them about the problem I was told We told you or You told us. The date was wrong, the seizes were wrong, the lettering was different then what we talked about, was given one quote and then two more. In the end they took no responsibility. I was told I could have a discount on any future merchandise I wanted. No thank you!

Got into a jam and this guy hooked me up big time need to letters on my truck late in the evening and he took care of it Im talking 9 oclock at night! thank you Bobby for the hook.

Very unprofessional! This place has no customer service and very rude! They don’t even try to fix their mistakes and instead of giving a discount on the wrong order they kept our money and offered a discount on a future purchase! I don’t recommend paying them cash or upfront. I’m losing my discount because I will never put another order in with this company!

Dident give us our money back when we asked and made the shirts all wrong and he never comes through on time. I highly recommend somewhere else at least you will get your shirts on time and right

This business and the staff are 100 % quality they had my shirts by the next day the engraving on my battery with a Versace medusa head n writing its was quick and they can literally customize anything

I order shirts here for my uncle’s funeral, this store sent me the wrong shirts, I asked for an exchange or refund to take my buissness elsewhere but they refused. These shirts for for a funeral! Not only did they lie about the type of shirts I asked for that they said they had, but to have the audacity to no even try to fix it is heartbreaking to me and my family.
