Loved the Coors ABQ Costco. 100% different than our Costcos in Houston. Wish we had the warm winter clothing selection.Loved the solar covered parking.

The COSTCO value proposition has been greatly reduced. The discount payback rate has been reduced. The membership fee has been increased, and since the pandemic the frequency, range and depth of special price deals have all gone down by about 1/3rd. I am spending less here and more at well-stocked Dollar Stores.

Went to Costco last week and your customer service AWESOME! Steven was such a big help with assisting me so I could get in and out as I was in a hurry. Y’all definitely know how to hire good people!

It seems you cant go in this place without spending more than $300 on a Handful of items. They have a great section of kids learning books and activities. Also cheapest gas in ABQ...

Always have what we need and the staff is friendly

Whats not to like about Costco? They have groceries, clothes, all of your home electronics needs, and hot dog soda combo for $1.50. The checkout always seems to be efficient and employees are friendly, but more importantly they know how to do their jobs well. I havent expected good customer service in retail stores for quite a few years but in the last few years stores have actually abandoned service altogether. Now retail employees are taught to push customers towards the website/app for almost everything from credit applications to tax exempt certificates Shopping is encouraged to be done online as well and avoid having customers come into the brick and mortar altogether. Costco is really the only way to have a good in person shopping experience.

Its great to let seniors in early Tuesday and Thursday. Well stocked for us and employees are great 👍

Costco is really lacking in customer service. Tried to purchase 2 packages of paper towels. Was told by the cashier only one was allowed, and very rudely I might add. There was no sign saying that. My two daughters also saw there was no sign.Guess I will start shopping more at Sams Club. I feel as though the company thinks they are untouchable, and that is no way to run a business.

Love Costco they always have what we need and also have great customer service.

Very happy to find a huge deal on a 5# bag of New Mexico Pinon coffee grounds! Since they took away the coffee grinders I havent bought coffee at Costco.

This Costco is always clean, well organized and well stocked when there isnt an insane rush on certain necessities. Im generally happy with prices. About the only issue I can raise, and it almost always happens, is that the check-out lines arent adequately staffed

The parking lot is easy to access. Easy in and easy out.The seating is spacious. The facilities are clean. Ive always had a great experience eating at Little Anitas. Good job guys!

I have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities and Costco has a lot of food I can eat. Tons of choices for organic fruits and vegetables and healthy snacks. Sorry I didnt take pictures of the food but heres a couple of my wish items. 😊

I will go here for bulk purchases of canned goods. And seasonally they have clothing its upclothing that fits me and is amazing. I have to mention that the staff is amazingly friendly and can be approached just about anything. I will return here and go here frequently.

Shelves were fully stocked, there were plenty of registers open so it didnt take too long to check out even though it was a fairly busy Saturday.

I lobe Costco. They have everything you need in bulk. If you dont like to go shopping every day this is the place to go. Plus a nice selection of electronics, housewares and furniture.

My disappointment in the way I was treated today, when checking out with my receipt, has never happened in any Costco previously. My basket was heavy with cases of food and water. I had 400.00 worth of food and products. Upon approaching the exit, a woman took extra time checking each item with the receipt. She said that I was not charged for the paper towels. That was an honest mistake on the cashiers part. I was treated as if I was trying to steel a 15.00 case of paper towels. I waited while the woman (the receipt checker) phoned and another person arrived. He asked me to follow him. I felt like I was in big trouble because I had to push my heavy cart myself back to his checkout counter. Granted, I am fit for a 75 year old woman, but the young man did not offer to help or even converse about the next steps. I gave him cash for the paper towels. He never said thank you or made any other comment to me. The rudeness and non communication may be a product of our times.I will not be going back to this Costco until they train their employees in common curtesy. I recommend that Costco trains their employees how to interact with customers. Doesnt the customers come first?

Had what we went for. A lot of new things. Quick in and out.

The service was excellent and the stab showed empathy towards our feelings were very happy with the service and we gladly use them again

I shop here for all our family and business needs. Seems when people get used to working at the same place for a number of years, they begin not to care, including costumer care. Costumers are who bring in their hard earned money so as an employee, you should appreciate that. That is your paycheck right there. Dont be selective, everyone should be welcomed no matter who they are.

The store it self and staff is awesome. The tire center however, the staff is consistently rude and act like youre disturbing them any time you go in there. They dont always take care of the vehicles and will scratch your wheels. Tire center management is not up to par with the quality of management inside the store.

Cashier Sid is the best Cashier and always so kind and always is is happy.He is a great worker. 👍

This is one of my necessary shopping jaunts. Although the parking lot can be an ordeal, I find the necessities are worth the trouble. Downsidea: Wish Albuquerque had more stores (only 3) & more lanes at the gas pumps.

Best gas prices in ABQ. Parking can be hard. They finally put in self check, but getting help while using it is almost impossible. Self check at Cafe is wonderful. Limited bakery and books here.

Costco is still well stocked. Workers are courteous and helpful. Lines at gas pumps are long but move along quickly.

Always clean and well stocked. The real inconvenience is that the self check out only allows card transactions. Its convenient when I have my card on me but thankfully they have cashiers that work quickly.

Costco is the herd shopping experience. That said, there are some real bargains - worth the membership, the bulk packaging, and the it was here last time! problem. Costco does not stock some popular items for more than a few months so do not expect to come back for 3 more rolls of grass you bought a month ago and find it. Every now and then you find an item that is shockingly good for a great price - a precooked roast we got last time out was the best we have ever had. Thats saying something at our age. Freshly cut meat is generally excellent. Clothing can be top brand and a bargain but you have to look. The Kirkland brand is usually serviceable at least. You must be careful, not everything is a bargain. Do your homework and avoid impulse buys. We just bought a coffee maker our last trip. $60 less than at Bed, Bath and Beyond - identical item. So. . .

Usually the Costco on Eubank has great employees, very kind and helpful. But this costco had the RUDEST employees! I was so disappointed..

Typically love shopping here but the mask thing is getting old. Youre a multi-billion dollar company, most people are sick of the masks, push back a little bit and stand up for your members.

I ordered a pizza at their self-ordering kiosk. My number was 332 the system said it would take time so I waited for my number to come up. After about 25 minutes they called up 335. This was a lady with two kids. They handed her a pizza and a couple of other items. I asked where 332 was and was told it would be about half an hour. I asked why 335 got her pizza before I did the employee said he didnt know why that happened since obviously I paid first. He said he just started his shift so he didnt know what happened. I waited an additional 10 minutes before my pizza came up. Very disappointed by the lack of order management and inability to make things right. It wasnt even very busy.

Always a great time at Costco. Except around the holidays. The parking lot is kind of difficult to get out of. There is usually a big line of cars at the gas station on property. Just be patient and you will get your turn. The pizza is great. Always a treat for the family to eat it. Our favorite is the rotisserie chicken. That with a salad is filling meal. Christmas is the best time for deals here. The toy sets are great and reasonably priced. They have great luggage also. I am still using mine I bought 4 years ago and it works great. The best time is all the food samples. Though it is hard not to impulse buy afterwards.

Coors bypass location is NOT selling fresh Christmas trees this year (2020). Renaissance location does have nice trees. If you go to buy only a tree you may bypass the long line and pay for it at the photo center. Be prepared for sticker shock!!!! $75!

Best choice to have switched from Sam’s to Costco. Our medications are less than a 3rd of the cost that we paid for. Very nice to not have to support a business that supports causes that we don’t agree with like Sam’s.

Purchased sunglasses at optic center. Antonio was very helpful. Didnt quite get the sunglasses I was looking for but was satisfied with my purchase, limited inventory.

Went to Costco today. I needed a queen size mattress but the manger did want to get it down for my husband till tomorrow. What poor customer service.

This store is always neat whenever we visit Albuquerque. Selection of items are indigenous to the area and only wish I could find some of them in the DMV. There are only 3 here in the area and if I could Id purchase items yo send back.Love shopping here.

I love that you added self checkout lanes. So much faster! Would like to have boxes placed near them to be able to load the smaller items into them right. Personnel is always courteous and helpful!!

Really crowded place. Long lines to checkout and a long line to get in. We went to the service desk to upgrade our membership card and had to navigate a labyrinth of baskets to get back in only to be accosted by a store associate claiming that we had to exit the building and wait in line to come back in. The man wouldn’t listen to reason. Poor service and a bad attitude.

Parking lot needed a good sweeping and debris was present. We signed up for a basic membership and the pressure to upgrade to executive felt like I was buying a new car. 3 times I was asked to upgrade and 3 times I clearly Explained that I did not want or need the expensive membership.Nobody thanked me for visiting the club today at the cashier station or at the membership desk. We had interactions with 5 different staff members today and none of them were pleasant. I blamed the stores general manager for his overall poor employee attitude. Costco corporate come audit this store; Its in desperate need of your attention. If I could award 0 Stars I would.

Usually have good experience here but the lady at the Dorr discriminated against me and checked my receipt closely THREE times to try and find something wrong with my cart. All I had was fruits and veggies but she scrutinized the whole cart before screaming Code 4!Code 4! Then she called over another employee and wrote him a slip for a box of Strawberries that the guy forgot to scan. A 7 dollar box of Strawberries. Are you kidding me? She didnt stop anyone else and had to really search for something wrong on my cart. Im happy to pay for all my items but I dont appreciate being discriminated against.

Tried to go grocery shopping. My fiances mom is a member, well they wouldnt let us in because he wasnt on her account. So we tried to sign up for our own and the website didnt work. But while we stood there for 30 minutes trying to sign up at least 5 different managers came up telling us we need a membership card or we have to leave but refused to help us trying to sign up for one. Horrible customer service

Great service and lots to like there. Ive purchased a 75 LG Nano Cell TV. and we love it. Wanted a QLED but too expensive still at anything over 60.Westside at Coors Bypass a great facility. I rarely shop weekends because if crowds. Late evening while everyone is eating seems to be my ticket or mid week!Very pleased with the service! The Montana location seemed even busier- especially for gas pumps. When your great- you have to wait!

Love Costco (especially when its not crowded).

I had an emergency and had to have 2 new tires put on my car. I got in the same day without an appointment and they fixed me right up. Thanks to Mike in the tire center.

Costco almost always has what you need as long as youre staying one season ahead. Luckily they still had garden soil, so I went and loaded up. Now I can fill the remaining courtyard planters and be finished with this project. They also have a good selection of plants right now in case your looking for some color. My biggest complaint is that theyve stopped carrying trees. Why?!?! Costco got me all hooked on their arboreal selection then quit supplying. Thats definitely dirty pool old boy.

I went to Costco in the NW shopping on May 6, 2021, around 10:30 AM. A cashier checked me out for my 13 items at 11:25 AM, and my items were packed by another staff.When I went to the exit with my shopping cart, there were two female staff checking receipts and merchandise at the time. I went to the line on my left where a middle-aged white woman was checking receipts, as there was no one in her line, but a long line to my right. After I gave her my receipt, she started to count my items one by one, which I have never experienced in my 20+ years with Costco. She said that there were 14 items in my shopping cart, but I only paid for 13 items. According to the receipt, I knew there were only 13 items in my shopping cart. She counted the items about three times and kept saying one item unpaid, but she could not tell me which item I did not pay.Meanwhile, I asked her why she counted my items one by one? She answered that was the rule, but I saw no one was counted one by one in the other line. This probably took too long, so a male staff finally came over and asked what happened. The lady told him that I had a problem with her counting items. The male staff just looked at my receipt and made a mark on it, and then gave it back to the lady, who gave the receipt back to me and let me go without saying anything.I am very upset and want to say the following:1) I was picked because I am an Asian woman,2) The lady had no sense of customer service, and3) She doesnt know how to count.I wish to bring this to the management of Costco attention and hope that this will not happen to me or any other loyal Costco members again!

Overall a very nice shopping experience. It may seem that some products are not always available but is the way some markets work Costco looks for the best overall deal and then stocks it. Be patient, it will be there eventually. Return policy is very easy to comply with. You bought it there, return there in a very reasonable time frame and you are taken care of. Check policy of store for more info. Even the parking spaces take into consideration loading of your vehicle and ease of entry and exit of your vehicle.

It was big, lots of people, good prices. But the bulk size buying is hard if you dont have large family or storage space.

I normally love shopping at Costco, but now I am unsure if it is worth coming back. 99% of out experience with the employees were great - they are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful when we ask for assistance. Apparently (and sadly), it seems to be changing and not in a good way.The employee we asked for assistance today treated us as if we were inconvenience and waste of her time. It got to the point that we left without purchase because we felt really uncomfortable with that employee. I dont know what her problem was with us since we literally just got there, asked for help with the product and she gave us attitude right away. Im not sure if its worth coming back if this is how we will be treated.

My biggest take away is finding items. I go very rarely and without signage it is a wilderness. Being single makes most food items impractical due to portions. A regular shopper would have a better time finding things than I did but I did sense an air of aimlessness.

I love costco!! Produce, meats, prices, return policy all is great! I only give it 4 stars because they dont offer the convenience of sams club with the app!!! I like that i can scan from my phone and save time in lines. I like that i can buy gas with my phone app!!! Total game changer!

I was denied entry today as she stated it was seniors hours only! I am disabled and was denied entry even though I saw younger people exit as I waited. The customer service rep said disabled are also allowed! Never got treated like this at sams!

Bought rock hard avacados two weeks ago thinking they would ripen but still rock hard two weeks later guess thatswhat we get for destroying California avacado industry for Mexican avacados so sad wake up America

I have both Costco and Sam’s membership. Before I used to like Costco but now they don’t have much variation/ selections on food items.

Always a good selection of the things we like. But no bags of peanuts this time. Bummer.

I am new to this area. This Costco was quite nice. They have covered parking on the tire center side to keep your vehicle cool. I had a return and it was an easy process. The store was laid out well, they had self checkout, a gas station, and all the things you expect at Costco.

It was smooth and efficient. Lines where short and they have really good fuel and the prices are lower then most.places in town.
