Itβs a shame when you drop off an item for warranty purposes and the individual is super nice helping us but yet 2 weeks later when I call to check on the item the lady that answered the phone was so rude and could care less about checking where the item was. Poor customer service on her part.

Went in to Kay today to buy my fiancΓ© his wedding ring and the older lady named Tammy, helped us. She was very rude, completely ignored me the entire time and when we tried to show her a picture of a ring he had liked she wasnt perceptive to helping us. She was really rude about mentioning she didnt have any rings similar to the one he liked and basically kicked us out of the door when we didnt purchase from her.

I purchased a watch from there and when I went to return it the staff (Sophie) did great. She looked over the item. She made sure it was not used or scratched, and she continued with the return. She was very helpful and also very good with communicating all information for me.Sophie then helped me to get another watch purchased. she is a great asset to Kay Jewelers. Thank you Sophie!The manager Marcus is also awesome. There was a question and Marcus assisted and was able to treat staff and customers in a timely manner and also with professionalism. Recently had to utilize our warranty for my wifes wedding ring and the customer service was unbelievable here. The manager Marcus took care of the ring even though we had missed our last inspection. We lost a diamond in the setting and normally since we missed that inspection we should have had to pay to repair the ring. But Marcus took care of it for us. Excellent service 14 years ago when i purchased that ring and excellent service now!
Store manager, Marcus helped us today and he was so helpful and attentive. We were looking for a wedding gift for my mom and he took extra time and care to help us pick out the perfect ring that I know shell love. I had an amazing experience at Kay Jewelers in Cottonwood Mall !!! β€β€β€ π I wanted a ring that was a little bit out of my budget and Tammy and Marcus helped me get the ring that I wanted so bad!!! It was on sale for 20% off and they give you credit on a trade in ring if it was purchased through Kay Jewelers or Zales and that credit goes towards the purchase price of the ring that you want at Kay Jewelers. I never knew that Kay Jewelers does that!! I also got approved for the Kay Jewelers credit card with the special 3 year, no interest financing and charged the remainder of the cost of my new ring on it, so now I can make payments and I got the ring I actually wanted, instead of settling for something that I didnt want. Also, if you are on a tight budget, purchase a ring you can afford and trade it in later to get the big sparkler that you have been wanting. They give you a pretty big credit for your trade in ring and it lowers the price of your NEW ring drastically. Go talk to Tammy and Marcus at Kay Jewelers in Cottonwood Mall. I have never walked into this store and saw or had a good experience! I have been working with this store since July 2013 and I walked in tonight as well. Also I have worked with different associates, assistant managers, and store manager and one was never better than the other. They all lack knowledge of their job, rude behavior, and horrible at paperwork and time management. Tonight I was treated like trash and waited 20+ minutes for any answers on my account and apparently was not in the system (funny how I was in and out of the store for 3 months and was found in the system previously). Then was told I needed my original paperwork to get any work on my rings (which is not true. You just need the correct info). Then witnessed another associate throw another customers wedding set on the table. The customer was extremely upset and called the associate out on her actions and she gave her attitude and turned away. I would not recommend taking their word on anything that comes out of their mouths and always make sure you get what they say they will do clearly in writing! Like I said this is an AWEFUL store and honestly after hearing numerous horror stories I would NEVER buy anything from this company again! They may have good prices but its definitely not worth the hassle.

First off i want to note that I did not buy anything from this location yet, I am still looking but i do intend to go back and buy once i save enough money for my purchase. I went around looking all over town for Engagement rings and this was the best customer service I recieved. It is rare to find this type of customer service these days and that is why I will be back soon! They did offer special financing but I like to pay cash. See you soon Kay Jewelers
I was looking at the same item at both Kay Jewelers and Zales. The price was within 20 dollars of each other. I bought from Marcus because he took his time with me and my family. He treated us right, answered all our questions, did not pressure us to buy, and treated us like we were the only customers in the store even though they were very busy. Best customer service in town hands down!
I now have an anniversary gift that reminds me of getting fleeced by Kay Jewelers, not of my wife. I have been a customer for over 10 years but will shop elsewhere going forward. Well keep going back since my wife still has jewelry insured there, but my last purchase experience (mens Movado smartwatch) has been a very frustrating experience. I purchased the watch and thought I also purchased their insurance for it, which we do for most of our jewelry. The salesperson even gave me the warranty documentation with my receipt. A year later i needed service and found out I didnt actually have coverage- that the original salesperson made a mistake. So I submitted it to get checked out to get pricing on repairs. Weeks later i got an email saying I was charged 260 for repair service rendered. I called the store because i didnt authorize repairs but was waiting for the quote. That person told me it wasnt able to be repaired, and i could pick it up whenever. Then i got a voicemail from a manager saying she wprked some magic and got it swapped out for a new watch and i could pick it up whenever. Sounded great, but when i got there they charged my 280+ for the repairs anyways. They ended up taking 50 off for my troubles. Nobody ever seemed to know what the other was doing, so i ended up just paying it just to have the whole thing done with. Thatll be my last purchase at Kay- it was that frustrating of an experience. They get +1 stars for acting like they were trying, but the net result was me paying for repairs that i actually would not have given the choice. I planned on buying a nice ruggedized smart watch for half the price. Talking through this, Im actually going back down to 1 star since they pulled a bait-and-switch.

The customer service at this store is unmatched by any other jewelry store I shopped at for my husbandβs wedding ring. They were curteous and very helpful when I had any questions, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I will dhefinitely be shopping there again!
Everytime I visit the store I am completely ignored. I went to the store yesterday with the intention to buy a new watch. I have bought several in the past before. I understand I do look young, maybe that is it. There were 3 employees in the store, I was the only customer in at that time. One of the employees was 3 feet in front of me just messing around on her phone. The other 2 employees were behind the cashier counter. I was there about 5pm 07/26/18. I have a kay card as well with a $5,000 limit. I dont normally write negative reviews but its a consistent issue when I go to the store.
The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable in products they offered and was also honest in making recomendations. He didnt try and just sell me the most expensive item, he helped me make the selection my wife would like the most after i explained what her style was.
I go here all the time to get my ring and necklace inspected. Ive never had any problems. Theyre always super nice.

Buy my daughter a ring went fantastic. Taking the ring back to be sized was not so good. Waited 30 minutes to be helped. Store was busy, b ut one of the men went to take his lunch. Finally got help from a young man who seem up set that he was not selling us anything. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get the ring back. No one ever called I spoke to Marcus on day 10. I told him I was just checking to see if it was ready. I was s afraid I may have missed a call. He sternly told me.WE DONT CALL, WE EMAIL. I told him I never got an email, could he ser if it was ready. Sgain rather rudely. YOU DROPPED IT OFF 10 DAYS AGO, is it their. ITS HERE. WE SENT AN EMAIL TO .......... oh . Thank you. HANG UP. Wow. He was not friendly and again I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience.
If there was a way to give Kay Jewelers no stars I would. One month after receiving my engagement ring one of the stones had already fallen out, thats just the beginning...we also purchased the set and the extended warranty which almost seems to be a crock of shot as far as Im concerned. We also purchased my husbands wedding band and a watch for his birthday here and lastly just purchased another band for my ring, these will be the only and last purchases I will EVER make at Kay or any of there affiliates!!! Weve had nothing but problems since that stone went missing, they sold us the wrong wedding band for my ring so we had to exchange that, thank goodness they caught it before trying to weld them together, then they offer this warranty thats completely b.s. and are now trying to charge us for the maintenance of redipping, polishing and resizing my ring (all supposedly covered by the extended warranty plan). Ive reviewed all my documents and its clear that we were charged for the extended warranty according to the amount of both rings and the watch program they offer. And to top it off they dont have a customer service representative to talk to about any issues on their main website, I wonder why, too many complaints maybe? Please go elsewhere for all of your jewelry needs, try to find a reputable private shop would be my suggestion!!

They had to send my ring off to get fixed because one of the diamonds fell out and I didnt get my ring back until 3 weeks after they said it would be done. Also, as I told them that also was during the time I went on my big wedding trip to book the venue, so I did not even have my ring for the occasion.
This store is a COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT to Kay Jewelers. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and I have never been treated so horribly. Needless to say I will never come back to Kays. I would give less stars if I could. Dale the manger is more than just rude, Tammy is no better and she claimed to not be able to look anything up in the system. Girl what are you there for then?? So disgusted with this place. If you have an option pick a different Kays if you have to go to a Kays. As for me, I will take my money else where. If I can thank this store for anything, it would be a great big thanks to them in losing a doing such a wonderful job in losing customers.
Tammy is awful. A complete embarrassment. I asked her if she could help me over the phone. She said she could do nothing unless I came in. I explained exactly what I needed over the phone-- I have a picture of exactly what I need to match my wifes ring. Dont want to drive all Over town. She said she couldnt take the picture, and could only help me in person. Was extremely rude-- nonchalant attitude, could care less. I asked to speak to her manager-- she said he was out. Darren or Daryl. Typical laziness. Doesnt t want to do any work over the phone-- This place is a joke and a dump no wonder its where it is. Happy to add this to the rest of the one star reviews. Just one more store to cross off the list as Im shopping . Im sitting here in a parking lot trying to figure out where Im spending my 2 grande today for Mothers Day. Wont be at Kays thanks to Tammy.

My fiancΓ© purchased diamond stud earrings from Kays as an anniversary gift. They got damaged and I had purchased the warranty. I had the posts repaired and got them back with no problems. I recently fell onto hard times and had to pawn my earrings. At the pawn shop they tested the gold and even tho I had the certificate and receipt of the earrings from Kays. The setting tested 10K gold and not 18K as I had purchased. I am not very Happy with how Kay has handled anything toward this and I honestly feel I got ripped off. Ive been a valued customer of Kays and after this ordeal I will not be purchasing anything else.
This particular location was very easy to deal with. The prices were fair and the staff was kind and helpful with few exceptions.
