The owner of this business Dennis Pyle is a shady character. He did not finish the job I paid him for & would not return phone calls. Communication was not existent. Stay clear from any type of business with Dennis Pyle & Earth Tech!

Exceptional customer service! I would recommend to all my friends and family. Ordered milling delivery on short notice explained my situation and EarthTech was able to accommodate. The driver who delivered went above and beyond as my son and I were spreading the millings on our own. The driver took the time to spread it out over 50 feet so we didn’t have to haul. He could of dumped it in a pile but instead helped us out. Thank you EarthTech!!!

Dont waste your time. We had someone come out to our property about a month ago for a quote and were told theyd get back to us. We never received any contact since then and they did not answer the phone or return our calls, despite us calling them several times a week.When we finally got ahold of someone, she was rude and acted as if we were bothering her by asking for someone to call us back with a quote. She was very defensive about not returning our calls as well... and of course, nobody returned our call.Obviously this is not a company that cares about their business or customers.

Worked a project of demolition, hauling and site prep for 12,500 sq ft of (pumice/frame) buildings on .700 acres in Northern New Mexico with Earth tech. I am very disappointed in the completion follow up from Earth Tech and Dennis Pyle. He failed to follow up to repair fencing panels around the property. His equipment operators did not care about my property. Phone calls and e-mails were not returned. Very dissatisfied with the way I was ignored and treated. This information was passed on to the City of Espanola where earth tech has potential to do work.

Horrible customer service! Took a day off work and Scheduled a delivery for some asphalt millings was told it would arrive between 9-11 am no call, no show! Contacted them they said they were locating the driver, then ignored me. Wasted my whole day waiting for these people. Dont waste your time! Your business is not important to them....
