Came here to wait on filibertos lady to count their money.so I could eat.People here are nice. Sat on a love seat and was asked not to move but if I needed help with anything..

I have not been to a Big Lots in years but found myself needing cleaning supplies and needing them at a cheaper cost. So I ended up here and I will say that I was pleasantly surprised by the cheaper costs and the great, friendly service I received!

Had a horrible experience with one of cashiers who was extremely rude & crude. Have been trying to report this incident to the Regional Manager via on line and have not heard in a week. This cashier was very disrespectful and needs to be disciplined or terminated. This store has gone down hill since the recent remodel. NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY STORE ANYMORE.

Convenience is good but they have no more frozen food selections and that was my go to food pick up.

This store reminds me of Kmart before it died. It’s not unclean, just unpolished with rough floors, merchandise shoved into shelves, etc. It’s not high quality items by any means. The furniture was absolutely cheap, the beds loose and wobbly. I can’t imagine the couches would hold up for very long. This might be an ok store to run in and grab a quick smaller item, but it’s nowhere as nice as Walmart or Target.

I used to love Big Lots, they had a great selection n for great prices but now theyre just overpriced and have little to no selections..... the cashier was very nice:-)

It was our first time to visit since many years ago. We were approached by store worker by saying we were going to buy the whole store and that we were taking our sweet time, and yes, my mom agreed to what she said, what else we suppose to shop for different things and it was very uncomfortable, it was Victoria who asked and she didnt careless of how were shopping?!!, The only person took us seriously was the cashier lady and Id like to text that we Dont recommend to NEVER SHOP AT BIG LOTS!!!!!

I like to go to Big Lots when I have a few things that Big Lots might have just see if theres anything on sale that is discounted, keep in mind theres a lot of so called sales that arent priced less than any other store. So I most often visit after I know many of the seasonal items are probably knocked down. Theres often a 10-30% or more discount on those things or closeout items . *Tip * Carefully check products you buy for any defects, damage. There are lots of items that I have seen that are almost what I have considered buying somewhere else that were missing things like basic accessories most often included in other retail markets, and if you dont notice the way things are worded in a specific way so you misled about the size or composition or features you wanted. I have gone home and discovered that a vacuum cleaner I bought didnt have the attachments like the same item. Lots of things look almost the same as other things sold in another store, on the flip side of that you might find something a little better because theres more in the box or its made from better ingredients. Like the Dried fruit ex; Mangos and the good German or Polish imported sauerkraut and Italian or Spanish olives I like to buy. Seasonal items are trickier since theres no return for a lot of the discounted things or its return value might drop in price as the days go by.

I went there for the mattress sale. Manuel from the furniture section is super awesome 👌! He was friendly, polite and professional. He helped me find exactly the mattress I was looking for. He made check out simple and he helped me load my mattress set.Manuel is the definition of EXCELLENT customer service!!! He deserves 5 stars 🌟

Expensive, dollar tree Nextdoor has much better prices.

Ok place, putting out Christmas stuff before Thanksgiving, thats just annoying

They opened a second register as I got in line and the clerk was very helpful and friendly.

Freddie, Manuel, & Joyce where so helpful getting me a mattress I wanted. Very kind & nice folks.

I went in to look at furniture, and the employees were very nice and pleasant, however the displays had no real appeal it just sat there without any other decor to enhance the look. Also most of the items that were displayed were not even available or in stock

I dont visit often, because I always buy quite a bit here! The employee turnover is fast, but they are generally nice and helpful! This is a fun place for special snacks, gift packs, trendy 18 dolls and home decor. They also have cleaning products, hygiene/ beauty, and some clothing. They also have holiday and seasonal items! Prices are reasonable.

Big lots is for months that you want to buy stuff and stock up. I love it! Its my go to store when I dont want to go to Walmart.

I usually get great service, however on this trip I was very disappointed with the customer service. Went to buy a chair I had wanted and could not get any help. The girl that worked in the furniture section was too busy chit chatting with someone else and I waited for 20 minutes and walked out. The gentleman at the register apologized.

Great service very nice employees. Learned the hard way not to buy furniture from other companies. The stuff that big lots sells is overstock good furniture at fair price. That stuff that the big furniture stores sells you at low price is junk. Buy at Big Lots and save money and get great products at fair prices.

I paid 1400 for the java sectional. I was fine waiting the 6-8weeks but then today my wife went in to see whats going on and guess what its in..they said if it was in earlier they would call and nothing..so i been sitting on the floor for who knows when the couch got there..and then to top it off the Ottoman was broken and they tryed to say u can wait for it like i want to wait another god who knows how long..so i just got a refund on the Ottoman..i wont shop here again.if i didnt need a couch i would definitely have returned it

Not used to having a Big Lots around the corner. Being from south Louisiana I had to drive 35 mile to get to one. I have found some great prices on items that I use a lot. Always friendly at this one.

Not enough things on the shelf

Came in to buy patio furniture was rudely waited on by Big Lots associate Victoria. Went to Lowes and made my purchase. If I treated customers like Victoria treated me, Id be Fired! Sad at best..

Their stores are comparative to stores like Wallmart. Good prices all the way around. They do not take good selling items and sell them online to bleed more money out of already strapped customers.

This store is absolutely awesome. When you are living on a tight budget this is definitely the place to go. They have so many things in there, and it is always changing up. It seems like the shopping experience is changing every few months. I would definitely check this place out even if you just want to look around at what they have.

I always like Big Lots. I got a nice little doormat to go near the insurance of my apartment. This place has plenty of parking and the people that worked there were friendly and helpful. I would go back here any day. They also had some great deals on packaged food.

Needs to be completely stocked

Ive always loved big lots and always will...this location has ashley furnitire as well as all the other basic departments youd expect...the only things i dont like are that theres only one register (there are phhysically three registers but they only run one) and the line gets long. The workers are nice though and the home goods collection is awesome...

I absolutely love this store! They have everything you possibly need! They have good prices and good selection! The sales associates are very nice and helpful! The store is very clean and organized! I could browse there all day as they have quite a selection! They also have very nice furniture for very good prices! The lines are never too long, theres always good parking so if you need to get something real quick I recommend stopping by the store!

I have never seen such bad customer service until I came to pick some merchandise that I had purchased. Manager was very rude. Here we are suppose to be homebound and still have to deal with rudeness..

The store had a lot more in it than the neiboring two stores, but we didnt find any water toys for kids other than a very small overpriced kids pool and water guns. The furniture is a decent value, but I do not recommend this location.

Fun place to shop for inexpensive decorating items, housewares, furniture, etc. We buy our couches and easy chairs here during black Friday sales (they have other great sales during the year as well). Christmas decorations are another thing that bring me in at least annually.Theyre a step up in price from a dollar tree or family dollar, but i feel quality is way better, and prices are still significantly better than even a Wal-Mart.

Great location for furniture, somewhat picked over and low inventory for many other smaller items, however.

I have come to like big lots. You really never know what youll find, but often youll find neat bargains.

This is a good big lots given its location I do like this big list better than the location here on the westside, they have a good selection of items a frozen food section and a good sized furniture section. The big lots rewards is good if you do alot of shopping at any big lots and for the furniture they do a down payment of 50 dollars and you can have the piece of fur delivered.

Always a friendly greeting when you walk in the door! Sometimes its a little warm in the store but the entire shopping center is old and all the stores are warm in the summer. Great place to shop!

Enjoyed shopping here because there werent very many people at this location which made up for some of the associates who seemed to be shopping themselves. One woman employee was walking around listening to headphones and I never would have known she was working until she started conversing with another employee, and when they noticed me they just glanced my way and walked away rudely...

Didnt have anything I needed or wanted prices I guess would be okay for furniture but everything else is a little steep when there is a dollar store right next door
