Ideal Glass installed a 36 wide shower door and glass above the shower pony wall. It is beautiful! The measurements are exact. The door swings both in and out of the shower noiseless. Super high quality product and workmen!

Outstanding customer service. We took in a rattan table and glass top that has never fitted properly to see what they could do and in two days, for a VERY reasonable price, fixed what we have been living with for 30 years! It is beautifully done and fits perfectly.

I called the company to come install walk in shower doors I made a deal with them on specific doors but the height was wrong when they installed it and it took them 2 weeks to get it done and when they came they did have the right color of the material that I wanted I talk to the manager didn’t even try to see what he can do to make it better the worst companie to use for that kinda stuff I was really disappointed and I payed full price for somthing I didn’t wanted

We had a piece of glass made for our restaurant by another company and it was not done very well. We called Ideal and they were able to get us a new piece of glass that was cut correctly and looked great. They always called me back promptly and were able to get ya a piece the same day. 10/10 highly recommend ideal for any glass or mirror needs!

We needed a very large bathroom mirror replaced on short notice as our house was going up for sale two days after the incident. Always a good experience. So far, we have ordered two large glass table tops from Ideal. The first was delivered (always a good idea for a large piece of glass); the second was smaller, but a tricky shape. We had them do tops for new nightstands and a chest of drawers to protect the wood from cat claws. All times, Ideal came through quickly, at a good price, and delivered a quality product. Ideal provided extra-tall glass shower doors for a house we recently sold, and they were gorgeous. They did two mirrors plus stainless button wall hangers for another bathroom; beautiful and economical.

Ideal did a great job for a great price! Its so hard to know who to trust when you are trying to find professionals. Ideal treated me very well. We got bids from a handful of local glass companies to remove some large mirrors and re-hang them. Other companies wanted literally 1000s of dollars and said they probably wouldnt be able to rehang them all (which would be an extra fee). Ideal glass bid at like 10-20% of the other bids and did both tasks with no fuss. These folks impressed the heck out of me.

What a crew. From the receptionist to the installer. Friendly, very helpful and the pricing is more then competitive. They were on time, very efficient and got the job done on time and on budget. Highly recommended for price and service.

Ideal Mirror and Glass were recommended by my builder to fix our shower door. They did great job fixing the problem and were great in communicating.

After initial resistance, Ideal G&M performed a site visit to further investigate the problem mirror. The situation was resolved to satisfaction, and very professional.

Im honestly surprised this company got any good reviews at all. I called this place with a custom glass request and the owners wife was so incredibly rude and condescending, I decided to use ABQ Custom Glass and so happy I did. They have amazing service, professional staff and the whole experience with ABQ Custom Glass was stellar and my shower doors that she (owners wife) said were impossible to install look great from ABQ Custom Glass. If you are thinking of using this company, realize they CHARGE for estimates and want you to pay for their gas. No thank you. This place didnt get my business nor will they ever!The response from the owner is a bold face lie. They never came over to my house and they never evaluated my backing. When I was told that I would have to pay for the estimate plus pay for the gas to get here, I chose to go elsewhere. It seems that the business owners wife does not do well with criticism. Save your time and go to Abq Custom Glass - I just called them back to assist me with another project. That is what happens when you have an amazing product and great customer service - you get repeat business. Perhaps this lady from Ideal Mirror and Glass should take a training course from Abq Custom Glass - might assist with the poor customer service!
