My 1st visit here and it was a very tasty experience at this The Honey Baked Ham Store in N.E. Albuquerque (NM). Super nice Staff! Easy to locate. Ample parking available. Trying to cross busy traffic to get to this business may be an issue. Variety of products is surprising for a store this small! All very enticing! Prices are affordable and quality is thumbs-up! (NM) State & local guidelines and mandates for customer-protective coronavirus precautions are taken seriously, here. Felt like I was about to tour The White House!😳 Expect a WAIT during lunch hours! Check the info on your receipt to (possibly) get a buy-one get-one (BOGO) offer when you complete a Customer Survey!

I love their ham so was excited to try their sandwiches. Ordered through doordash & I was extremely disappointed by the sandwiches I received. Paid $9 for hardly any ham...definitely not how shown in their pictures. The macaroni salad side I paid $2 for was about 2 bites in a tiny little cup. And the $5 soup was barely a few spponfulsPlus ordered a frozen side which was missing.

Great staff and awesome experience throughout the last 18 months.We stop by occasionally and the food is always top notch. But it is the staff that is the star - Heather (and a male that I have forgotten the name of) have always been on top of things. They know exactly what they have and the food is such good quality. This place is a long time Albuquerque favorite and they still maintain such a high standard. Really I think it is the people - they are consistently friendly, efficient and professional.I think it has a lot to do with the management. Never had a bad nor average experience. 10 stars if I could.

There was a long line but I only spent 34 minutes total in the line and in store. I will find out Christmas day if their honey baked ham and side dishes are really amazing! Cant wait!!!

Unfortunately this is not a good review for this holiday. I had pre-ordered a turkey for the Sunday following thanksgiving. I received a confirmation email and felt set for our family celebration. I went in on the Friday before per the instructions only to find they did not have any turkeys and would not be getting any. Now I understand things happen and if I would have been notified this was happening, I could have made other arrangements. My gripe is that I was not notified and at the very least, told it may not happen. I was asking this exact question when I went in, but one of the workers, not sure if manager or not, got real short and rude with me. They wanted to basically sweep it under the rug and offer a gift card. I did not accept. Anyway, I’ll think twice going these based on the lack of communication and rudeness.

We ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving on November 10th to pick up on November 24th. We waited in line for thirty minutes. When we told them we were there to pickup the turkey we ordered, we were told they didnt have turkeys. What?! We ordered the turkey two weeks prior and they said corporate should have called to let us know. Then asked if there was anything else they could help with? I will not recommend this company but if you do I would call them repeatedly to make sure they have your order.

Try the smoked turkey by the slice. Very tasty.

Pre-ordered a ham and had to wait an hour in a crowd outside with people breathing down my neck. Really? You couldnt figure out a line or pick-up system so everyone doesnt get Covid for Christmas? Unbelievable. You people are sick...not as sick as your customers are about to be, but still pretty sick.

Believe it or not when I went to buy a ham with a gift card, they were cash only and wouldnt even take their own gift card. Bad Business!BAD!😡

We preordered our ham for Christmas 3 weeks in advance, and it states to pick up at anytime during business hours. When we arrived at the store we had to wait an hour outside, we are 10 months into a pandemic and they don’t have a better system for their customers. Save yourself an hour and money and go to Costco!

Horrible service, I placed a catering order online to be delivered for a meeting the following day. When the order didnt show up, I called to inquire, they had no record of the order even though I have order number, confirmation etc. Very rude and the manager Heather wouldnt or couldnt speak to me. Not even the smallest attempt to try and figure out what happened. Was even told it is our busy season at one point, and we dont do deliveries, well yeah its a holiday week its offered on your website so how can you not do catering deliveries? The ham may be good but the customer service makes it taste terrible. We had to order pizza as our Thanks for all you do lunch. Good times.

Amazing sandwiches at very reasonable prices. Superior quality to fast food and much healthier. Went in for a sandwich.... Left with 1 more sandwich for my sister, 3 leg. Meatty ham bones for 10$ and split pea soup mix... Ready for fall/winter.Amazing service staff was also not expected. Highly recommended!!Prices about $6-7 for sandwich/ $8-9 for drink+side dish+ full sandwich. Very nice!!

When I visited this site I was looking for a specific item. An I never did find this item.I was told by a family member that other types of meat could b ordered from this site, but when I went to see the menu I couldnt even view the menu. But it was a PDF, an honestly I didnt want to waste my time with a PDF then having to go back an forth to the site. I think the site needs to be made a little more user friendly.

Very nice, quick service. Extremely tasty ham! Reasonable prices. Great location as it is centrally located in Albuquerque near lots of other shopping centers and unique boutiques.

The hams are great, and the new side dishes were delicious too. Theyre really efficient at getting you in and out quickly at the holidays, which I greatly appreciate. Even if the line is long the wait is not.

Delicious honey baked ham. But so very expensive! I wish it was more reasonable so I could buy it more often. Right now I just buy it at the holiday season.

OMG...I ordered a quarter ham and was presented with a turkey breast. I was charged for both. A return was processed but I still was charged for both. What a nightmare!!!!!
