From the guard shack at the beginning, forklift operator, and finally to the tarp crew, all great attitudes. I left in a very good mood after getting loaded.

As a truck Driver who has worked with this company for many years I am always impressed by their professionalism. The manager has always helped me out and my fellow truck drivers. Everything is always taken care of in a timely manner. Excellent service 👍🏼

This plant has greatly improved in the past three weeks going from 4 to 5 hour wait to get out loaded. to 1 to 2hours not bad for a three week turnaround. Whatever changes they did are working.

I have load out of Amerycan gypsum for the past 7 years never had a problem

The absolute worst drywall plant to load out of. Minimum 4 hour wait. Never has enough employees, slow slow slow.......

If you like to waste time this is the place for you, they will make sure you run out of hours all the time,wating time is always bad and have done nothing to improve, so if you come and load out of here come prepared for a long waiting time on a good day 3 hrs in and out on a bad day anywhere from 7 to 8 hr before they even start loading you.

In Bernalillo 1 to 2 hrs to load, here in Paseo del Norte 4 to 8 hrs, I think something is wrong

Weights are accurate, but better be in by 8 am.

This is the most rude people I have ever seen. I don’t care if you are a “forklift” driver, you are no better than anyone else. We cannot speak to anyone here. I call Dallas headquarters and I asked nicely to speak to someone because I had a question. She got an attitude wanting to know my name, put me on hold and then hung up on me. They will be hearing from us and WE WILL NEVER HAUL FOR THIS COMPANY again.

Had a flatbed load pickup here. Employees are very polite, especially a guy at the entrance. Wait time is insane, spent 4 hours before getting on a yard

Great place to work! After 2 and half years I can honestly say that American gypsum is making my dreams come true. I had no idea an employer could be this good to their employees. Its hard work but the reward is significant! 5 stars, would recommend to a friend!

Pack your lunch. The wait time can be very long. However they do out your tarps on for you.

Booked a load with Idaho Truck Service, neither company the shipper or broker does not pay detention. Shipper hold our for 6 hours and does not cover drivers detention. They Do not appreciate drivers job!!

I was run off the road by one of their drivers. The Driver started moving into me with a wall on my left side so I had no where to go. I honked at the guy and he made eye contact with me in his mirror. He moved back into his own lane. Not even two seconds latter he cut back into my lane quickly forcing me to slam on my brakes to not be squished between his truck and the wall. I have left a message about this with his company and they have not responded.

Over 7 hours to load. They are a joke.

Very slow and rude operators....just throw the product in your trailer and wont fix it....will not allow you to secure your load down ...have a druggy crew tie your load down....cant get out of your truck to fix it...there company policy is you cant tie down....so that means if you have a load fall off and kill families it is on them..Very bad place to load.

This place is a warehouse where they ship out sheetrock. This is not a place where you go shopping for sheetrock. It is also not a place that has public bathrooms. This place you must have an account to buy from. I hauled sheetrock from this place. It is a very professional place and you must have an appointment here.

The way they treat employees is unprofessional. They ask employees to work 12+ hrs 7 days a week and don’t take care of them. Management only worries about themselves first and not about customer product or support.

Nice staff but the load is going to be very heavy I was overweight on drive axle they won’t let you out of the truck while being loaded
