I called to check if they had something in stock, the place I regularly shop at was out of what I needed. The woman who answer the phone was unhelpful and rude. She did not have the part I needed in stock and told me that I should just hire a plumber. Thank you for that recommendation I will take my business someplace else. I get better service at Home Depot and Lowes, which is saying something.
