Great place for ice cream! Parking is very tight and the atmosphere is good for families. The price is affordable and not expensive for great ice cream. The flavor in the ice cream is very rich and tasty. The drink i got was melon and it was very good. Its not so sugary you can taste the melon and the horchata i got was perfect. The season in it was the right ratio the cinnamon wasnt overwhelming and the sugar was the right amount. They made the drinks perfect that day! I also got cheese fries and the fries was crispy the nacho cheese is from the can. I would definitely recommend this place for some great ice cream and fresh drinks.

Very cool mix of a Mexican ice cream shop that also serves what I can only refer to as Mexican themed carnival snacks. Some amazing-looking nachos, savory snacks and ice cream treats that Ive never even heard of before! I highly recommend stopping in after you have dinner across the street at the Western View Steakhouse.

This was a great little find. It was open on Christmas Eve so their selection was a bit limited. The food we got was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Typically don’t frequent this paleteria . Unfortunately our usual choice in local paleteria was already closed so we went to this place. Ordered some basic menu items... nachos without jalapeños and dorinachos. Amongst some drinks. Got home and the order was wrong. Called to let them know so I could return to get my correct order (simply becuase the nachos were for my young daughter) and they were making excuses as to why it was my fault that the order was wrong, instead of just being accountable and accepting the fact that they messed up and offer to correct it. Truly unsure how ordering nachos without jalapeños turns into nachos delux with all the extras(jalapeños, frijoles, maíz,).Also twice we clarified to the young lady that I did not want chamoy in the coctel de fruta but they still added it. Manager told the employee that we could have our items corrected if we bring back the food and show up before they close(which was in 15 min). We weren’t going to make it so, oh welll my daughter doesn’t get her nachos but it gets worse. I eat one of the nachos and the chips are stale . I mean extremely stale.! Not returning. Lack of accountability and poor customer service when there are plenty of other paleterias with better service!

Chamoy mix had a hair in the cup. Elote seemed soggy, overcooked. Licuado served with huge ice cubes, could not drink through straw.

I decided to give this place a second chance becouse their products were good the first time,even tough I was treated rudly by the cashier i thought maybe she was just having a bad day,so i came back to spend my hard earned money one more time,only to be again treated rudly by the same cashier girl from last time,I hope the owner reads the reviews,you need a manager in place to quality check the product you are selling and to make sure your staff treats costumers in a professional and courteous manner.

Classic Michoacana fare - the aguas frescas are no longer made fresh though, not from natural ingredients anyway. My horchata was definitely a Klass horchata and not one made from rice. Everything else is bomb though so they only lose one star :)

Best Mexican icecream shop not in Mexico. Great place too get snacks, icecream, fruit and so much more. Will be taking my family there for great little treats more often. Wow! This place is amazing! The paletas are some of the best that I have ever had, but they have so much more! The ice cream is very unique, the chocolate covered bananas are huge, and the prices cant be beat!

I enjoyed thier drinks. I had a coupon and it was not honored. I also was told that it was not honored effective that day. The coupon did not have an expiration date and came from a local company. My question was why did they allow these coupons to circulate and then not honor them? I just got that it was not valid effective today.

They never get my order right, gave them a second chance third chance and still didn’t get it right. Will not be going back.

The aqua frescas and strawberries were mediocre at best but the elotes were horrible hard and one that I ordered was legit rotten and I wouldnt even feed it to my dogs

Worst place to buy tostilocos.Tostilocos only had a little bit of clamato in them, they were too dry.They hardly put anything else on it.Just a little bit of cucumberLife 4 cueritos cut in tiny pieces and like 10 peanuts.Nothing else.Service sucked.

I went in last night about 20 minutes before they closed and ordered fresas con crema. They were out in the front so the guy that was helping me went to the kitchen to cut up strawberries. I ordered some other things and he gave me a drink tray. When I got home I realized that my cup had 90% milk and a couple of strawberries floating around. I would have Ben happy if I had been told that they were out of strawberries, I would have picked a different fruit. What a waste of my money!

Loved it, it was my first time there and it was very good.

Very good. Great variety of ice cream, flavored waters, and popsicles. They also have extravagant nachos, fruit with chile options, corn dog options, and of course Elote. The parking is awful, and sometimes so busy that you have to wait to park.

Its good but not the best. Sometimes the aguas are not made fresh and tasty either to sweet or to bitter. The paletas are good but get the cream ones not the water ones. Other than that, customer service is not that good.

I have been a customer since their previous location. The fresh fruit and corn (elote) have absolutely no flavor. I always order the melon drink but the recipie has definitely changed. Its watered down more than usual to the point you cant even taste the melon. When I asked to have the juice mixed and my drinks remade I was told NO. I used to crave this place but now its time to part ways.

I went to your restraunt on 7/08/2017 and you guys ran the transaction 2 times because you guys failed to turn in the payment before 3 day period my bank says you have to process transaction. On the the 10th it finally showed pending in my account but did not process till the 17th which caused a problem with my account. I just want you to know I highly looked at your restraunt I recommended this place to so many people only for this to happen. The bank will not fix the overdrafts because when you guys finally put the transaction through bills that were automatic were 40 dollers short because you guys did an 11 day late transaction!! My visit to your restraunt on 7/08/17 with a 40 bucks and change tab has costed me Your bill and 105 in overdraft charges your orchards and elote are good but not $145.00 dollers good!!

Mexican ice cream shop and snak bar. My favorite ice cream bar is the piñón flavor.

So there were about 8 tables or so. And ALL OF THEM WERE DIRTY. It is not that hard to get someone from the back to clean a table instead of walking around looking lost.
