Purchased a new S66 and snow blower from Miguel. I have been researching Skid Steers for a while as I am wanting to upgrade my John Deere 250 and I concluded that Bobcat is the best value and these units are built in the US (of course some components are non-US) and it is good to keep as much of our hard earned $$ here stateside. I was targeting a machine with a cab and A/C and high flow to be able to deal with deep snow in the Northern NM mountains. Miguel recommended more of a machine than I was originally targeting but I later came to understand it was sound, accurate and very good advice. Due to supply shortages I was going to have to wait six months for delivery, Miguel was able to locate the exact machine he spec-ed out for me from another dealer outside of NM. Because he knew how to spec out a machine that is more common I was able to take delivery in just three weeks. When the machine showed up there was a minor computer issue and Miguel took the machine back to ABQ and got it back to me inside of a week! That is above and beyond service! I am a very happy customer and I will continue to work with them in the future.

Im very satisfied with my experiences at Bobcat of Albuquerque. The sales representative, Mr. Miguel Merino, did an excellent job describing the pros and cons of purchasing new vs. used equipment, assessed my needs and provided sound recommendations. I eventually opted for a new S550 Skid-steer to help me with my project. Mr. Merino, personally delivered my Skid-steer and walked me through operations and maintenance. His excellent customer service did not end there, and requested that I contact him for anything further. Within the first 100 hours of operation I experienced a flat tire and when I contacted him he quickly provided recommendations for repair. Additionally, when my bobcat needed service Mr. Merino promptly sent the service technician to assist, all within 5hrs! All in all I would definitely recommend anyone looking for new and/or used equipment to go to Bobcat of Albuquerque.Sincerely,A Very Satisfied Customer

Horrible customer service!!! Miguel - sales man was horrible acting like he owns the company! Didn’t offer to help because my question didn’t apply to his “sales” stating he was busy for me! Horrible man! Will report this upper Management!

This place has the worst customer service! Ordered two parts for a customers machine and they told me it would take a week to come in, 10 days later no call about the parts being in. Call them up and they are completely clueless as to when or if the parts ever got ordered. Needless to say the parts never came in! Very disorganized mess! Buy parts elsewhere and have them shipped.

Went in to buy thumb for mini excavator and no sales man was there so had to come back 1 hour later. Gave serice model and serial number before i left. When i got back i bought thumb from sales member Miguel. Installed thumb that night and hydraulic hoses were to short. Went back in the next day to get longer hoses. Miguel stated that he never got serial number from service and i needed long arm hoses due to my serial number. He said i could return the whole unit(after i already installed it) or go buy hoses from another place. The whole process was frustrating and annoying. Miguel was rude and didnt understand why i was frustrated. I will not be buying from this location anymore and would advise to stay away.Update: Miguel called and left voicemail(i am assuming because of this post). He stated he feels like he did nothing wrong and there isnt much he could do. But goes on and says he will talk to someone to see if i can get paid for hoses I had to buy. I will not be returning phone call i dont need the money i just want customer service. If he doesnt understand why i want my 3000 dollar attachment to come with right hoses then there is nothing to talk about.

This place is great. Staff is very knowledgeable and will do anything to assist.
