My experience with Auto Chlor was very good. My business has national accounts with other dishwasher companies, but I wanted to do business with a local company that I knew I could get a fast response from if a problem came up. Auto Chlor was that company. The whole process was quick and easy from the site survey, to install, to my monthly service. I would highly recommend Auto Chlor to anyone in the restaurant business.

Top notch service. Whenever I have a problem with a dishwasher they are out same day to solve the problem. My service associate Travis is personable and actively interested in solving any issues we have by suggesting a product offered by Autochlor. I recommend using them for services.

Weve had Auto-chor here at my restaurant for years! Always great service and fast acting techs . Had our first issue with the machine a week ago, and not more than an hour passed before Kenneth showed up to fix the machine. Micheal and Kenneth are great techs and weve always received professional and friendly service from them.

Unreliable people I do not understand how they could have five stars unless they have everyone from the company putting in reviews. Lack of communication, always late, so many promises of getting to it done but nothing. Really I would avoid this company with a ten foot pole. If someone offers you the same price or even a little more so would go with some other company, cause genuinely these guys just want to screw you and take your money. Please be warned. Its not the regular workers they have messing everything up its the peopeo in charge and how much they truly dont care about the customers and there hard workers.

We have been working with Auto-Chlor for more than 20 years. We have had nothing but fast, friendly and efficient service. Each tech has been attentive to our needs and we have built long time relationships with many of them. In emergency situations, they have been quick to send a technician to fix the problem day or night. The cleaning products are very high quality. When we moved to a new locations the planning team was instrumental in improving our dish washing systems and in designing our dish station. We will continue to do business with Auto-Chlor not only because of the equipment and the products but because of the excellent service we receive.

Auto-chlor has been my go to company for 12 years. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable above and beyond standards. Their technitians have always been prompt with any issue and on point with all their chemicals. These guys are pros.

Been a loyal customer of Auto Chlor since 2011. Service has been ok. Products have become ridiculously pricey. We recently looked into a different company and ended up buying out of the contract. We’ve paid over $31,000 for service and products in the past 8 years with Auto Chlor. We were not aware of any contract renewal and decided to cancel Auto Chlor. The transition was a complete nightmare . The manager was rude and forced us to pay the lump sum of over $8500 and insisted once we leave, we will be back because he proudly stutters that Auto Chlor is the best company out there. Well, I’m sure they are a big company who uses filthy tactics to force their customers into long term contracts. We don’t even recall signing a 5 year contract last year and never even received a copy of the contract. They snuck a signature in during a service run and calls that a contract. We plan on opening more businesses and will never ever consider Auto Chlor in the future. Such a deceiving company.
