We had Tony, Aurora, Austin, and Angeles moved our family locally and they did an amazing job. They were on time and worked hard the whole day (from 9 am until 7 pm)! They wrapped everything securely and were super careful moving everything. I highly recommend 👍

We hired these people to pack some of our more delicate items such as crystal, china, and our furniture. We explained how some items needed to be packed, including a flow blue set of dishes that we inherited (we asked it all be packed together with nothing else - we found pieces in 3 different boxes with other items). You can see from the photos that many items were destroyed due to their packing. Many boxes did not have paper bunched up on the bottom of the box nor in-between items/layers. Heavy items including cast iron, were packed on top of delicate crystal. A heavy skillet was shoved into our toaster, denting it. Crystal stems were not wrapped as we were told they would be. Just for the records, all items I packed arrived without breakage and I am not a professional packer as they claimed they were. The bottom piece on our china cabinet was not only broken off but the packers neglected to tell us about it and did not include the broken piece so we cant repair the item. They used light colored cushions from our furniture (esp the outdoor set) to pad the other items. This would have been okay except they neglected to wrap these cushions and they are not stained (it appears a soda was spilled on one). They told us they couldnt pack our TVs (we ended up packing them without a problem They packed our artwork wrong refusing to cover paintings with cardboard. We had to have them come back as we were unable to find our american indian pottery collection (they had it packed with all kinds of other items). They had metal furniture rubbing against wood pieces. They left without packing our lamps, our stereo system, and the TVs. They said they couldnt pack the glass top to our dining room table (took it with them). When talking with their boss, he said they would return it to us but we discover they didnt when our items were delivered. So lots of broken items, stained fabrics, and one small empty box that held my great aunts crystal salt cellars and sterling spoons was empty and the lid to the box is missing (the bottom part of the box was packed but nothing was in it.

Eric and his team were absolutely the best movers I have ever had. They were very professional and diligent in what they did. The move my wife and I had was a tough one for them but these gentlemen took care as if our belongings were their own. I cant say enough positive things about them.There were musical instruments that they protected in their expertise as well as lifting a piano up two floors without complaining. His two associates with him were hard working as well. They were friendly, caring, and hard working to a fault. I would recommend the company and Erics Crew to do your move. Im 100% sure they would do a fine job. Kudos to All my Sons Moving.

I had an emergency situation and I called All My Son’s in a pinch. They came less than an hour later and did an amazing job moving me. Marco, Jacob, and Cooper were a great team. Totally respectful, polite, efficient, and funny. I plan to use this company for all of my future moves. Everyone with whom I spoke, from the initial phone call onwards, was friendly and most importantly honest. If you are like me and have had very shady and deceptive movers in the past you understand and appreciate how far honesty in customer service goes. I give these guys and the whole company five stars. Oh yeah- the estimate they provided was 2 hours over the actual time and they reimbursed the unused portion. That kind of integrity is rare and highly appreciated.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have moved many times being 70 years old. I had a 850 square-foot house to move and everything was about 95% packed in boxes. There were three men end it took them nearly 8 hours to wrap the furniture and put it in a truck. One of the workers had his face in his iPhone all the time. Even our neighbors commented on their slowness.I told Alan that we had many pieces of art on the walls and that we would need special boxes and he said no problem, did they had special boxes for these items. Jesse and the other movers made their own boxes which took a lot of time. I guess they forgot the boxes and had to create boxes which we were charged for their error.I have never seen such slowWorkers, these are not professional movers.At 9:30 at night when the truck was only half unpacked they wanted to be the paid and so I spoke to the manager and got absolutely no relief. As a consequence I had to pay $2500 in full as Jessie told us they would drive away with our unloaded belongings.and then they did not not finish the job (even though they were paid in full)they threw everything in the garage they would not put the bed together or anything else.I am in a wheelchair and when they threw our furniture and boxes into the driveway and garage they blocked my wheelchair ramp. My husband pleated with Jessie to at least bring my special chair (for disabled) into the house, he would not. And as my husband pleated with them, on man stood in the truck and gave me husband middle finger gestures on both hands. See photo below. Professional, courteous, I think notThey have positive ratings from some others and poor ratings with padding the bill as a primary concern. It’s hit or miss BE WARE10 days laterWe received a call from the owner of our house in Santa Fe. The movers had left 7 boxes in the garage and never told us. We had to travel 3+ hrs to retrieve them. What an outrageous experience.They’re not to be trusted.Also, we’re missing numerous items which tells me they didn’t unload all boxes, even though Jessie told us that they had.Broken items and not functioning items alsoThe real kicker is that the operations manager, Alan; who was so kind ( I thought) and apologetic every time I spoke with him turned on us telling my bank (where I disputed the charges) that Everything was done according to the original planned. This is an outrageous lie. Be particularly wary of Alan as he is not a good person and is worse than the others.

The worst moving company I’ve ever worked with. From the beginning it started off bad. They messed up the date they were suppose to come do my move because of a “system issue” but later corrected it and came when I had originally booked.The move took over 6 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment.The company started charging me 40 minutes before the movers even got started even though during the quote I was told the clock didn’t start until they got started.When I spoke to Allen at the office to dispute the amount of time and quality of service I was told “He had better things to do then go back and forth on this.”Called corporate and was told to send in an email with my complaint and someone would get back to me within 72 hours. 5 days later still no response.Called back and spoke to Ace. I was told they didn’t think they could do anything but would call the home office even though they are corporate. Told me it would be best to dispute with my bank.Overall it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. The move took a very long time and they did not assess the job properly for the movers they sent which in turn cost me more. Customer service was not at all helpful, understanding, or what customer service should be for a company.

Tony [the team leader] made a good impression first thing, greeting me cheerfully & professionally. The team of 4 were friendly and polite: Tony, Adrian, Beau and Tyler. They worked diligently all day, and each one was physically strong & active. They worked hard & fast, and took very few breaks, even though it was 97 degrees.The wrapping was very thorough & the furniture was well-protected. They always let me know what was happening and were glad to ask/answer all questions. My only disappointment was that they werent able to get all my odd-shaped unboxed items on the truck --my fault, not theirs!--and my new place had a fair amount of reno supplies & tools taking up space so unloading was harder than it should have been, so we have to finish tomorrow. I was really happy to get a next-day reservation so it can be finished up. Moving is chaotic & stressful, but these 4 great guys made it an enjoyable day. Thank-you, All My Sons!

This company is beyond the worst! Dont use them nightmare! Guys smoking on the job the whole time complaining the whole time taking breaks the whole time. I was referred by a trusted friend of mine who gave All My Sons a rave personal review. I never looked at any digital reviews...and was 100% satisfied. No reason to look beyond this team. Thankfully I connected to Rusty who took the time to understand my (not typical) move. Alan the manager then became my contact and was thorough in every way, fair and provided great service both before and after the move. I had shopped a bit before the move and found that not only was the All My Sons price a good value, the experience couldnt have been better. The driver Tony called prior to their on-time arrival and movers Laramie and Tony were good guys, personable and packed using due care. 5 Stars...because I cant leave 6. I cannot overly emphasize how terrible my experience with this company was. Three days before our move with them was scheduled, they called and canceled despite the fact we had booked weeks earlier and put down our deposit. Then when I tried to at least get our deposit back, each employee I spoke to pointed fingers at a different department and transferred me to someone else (then at least 3 times I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes and ultimately hung up on). The whole process took hours to finally get our deposit back. It all felt very unethical & shady.I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case. I dont want anyone else to go through what we did with this company. I would avoid using them at all costs.

Khimani Lackey & Ramon Rios transported our household furniture from our old residence to our new home yesterday. They were extremely punctual by arriving at the scheduled time. They were receptive to our requests for special care and did so in a cheerful and highly professional manner!! They made sure that every item was secured in a moving blanket & shrink wrapped before loading it on the truck!!! More than 80% of the items were on the second floor and needed to be brought down through a narrow stairwell. These 2 young men worked for 6 straight hours without taking a break. They were very customer focused and made our move an extremely pleasant experience!!!!! Khimani & Ramon’s work ethic was unequivocally outstanding and both are truly valuable assets to your organization!! For any future moves, we would definitely recommend their services.

The team was motivated and unloaded our trailer pretty quick. We had 9600lbs stacked tightly in a 28ft trailer and they completed the job in 2.5 hours. They were a bit late but it can be difficult for companies to get access to the military base so we are not holding that against them.

Ricky Yarborough made the arrangements to send this crew to me. They are expert packers of furniture - they wrap furniture and appliances with cardboard and plastic perfectly to protect the items. They pack the truck and secure items very well, and they can handle the truck in tight spaces too. They were pleasant and uplifting to be around. Great job. Best moving experience ever.

I called a month ago to make sure that we could get a morning movingTime.I fit my entire schedule around what would work for them. I paid my deposit and they call today to confirm someone had changed it to afternoon. Nothing they could do about it Even though it was confirmed twice By Chris. Tony P and crew were really great and happy they did my move and were friendly and very respectful.For the move it was about $250 more than I expected since you are charged gas fee, all packing fee (tape, pads and shrink wrap) and a travel charge of $130 to and from my place.Besides that I was satisfied with the move.

Marco and Julian delivered some heavy furniture and 40 boxes from a second floor office. They handled everything with care, worked diligently, and came back with a bag of screws they forgot to leave. Thanks, guys!
