Great location! Booked truck and supplies online in advance. The guy who works here is great! Helped me to check the items and even helped to move some boxes! We even returned some new unused boxes here as well. Everything was smooth and the guy at the counter was very helpful! Thank you!

I just picked up a U Haul 5 x 9 trailer from this site and couldnt be more pleased! I have the app and I had checked in and paid in advance, so my check out was super easy. I showed my drivers licence, signed and got my contract. The manager Ariel helped me and was so helpful! When we saw that my trailer lights connector was damaged, she had me drive over to their shop and wired a new connector in for me. No labor charge, and wouldnt take a tip. Just good service. Ive had always good experiences with Uhaul over the years, and this was excellent! By the way, the trailer is very sturdy, heavy duty and rides well. All in all a great rental!

These guys were great at this location! Steve and his crew work traffic and helping me with my hitch issue. Kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge about the terminology of hitches and trailers. Some places can make you feel like you’re dumb. And these guys didn’t do that.

I’m a little frustrated.We had reserved a trailer a few days to our trip. The day of us leaving work, and going to UHAL we were notified the trailer wouldn’t be available. We had an option of their “specialty” trailer and was told it should fit what we were towing ( a razor). We got all the way down to Texas 10 hour drive!! Saturday morning went to the dealer where it DID NOT FIT!!!We called and was told their would be. Drop fee since it is a specialty trailer but wasn’t told how much. We then we to the big UHAL dealer out in Denton Texas and was notified it would be $1,700 to drop it. Texas said “well you can take it back and then come and rent one” I definitely told them it’s a 10 hour drive so that wouldn’t be an option. We went back to the dealer and let them know we could not take the razor that day. Thankful everyone there was helpful because I was already frustrated. We pretty much rented a trailer to take to a different state and STILL came back empty handed. Not really happy about the situation.

The girl in the desk is very informative and wil call you if you missed/need/or feels you need advice on your load type of vehicle and more. You have to go to see her suggestions the boy is very harf working both of them outside in the heat making sure the uhuals clean and safe for our family members x thank you so much for also holding my cash calling verefying and going beyond your limits to make sure I got my deposit back. AWESOME SERVICE!

On our trip starting from Mesa, AZ, we noticed that the lights and turning signals werent working on the box trailer behind our U-Haul. We stopped here to have them check it out. The customer service was impeccable and they found the short and fixed it within 30 min. Not only did the fix the problem, but they checked the oil, fluids and air pressure. Thank you for getting us back on the road again.

I called, and made a reservation. Zach asked when I wanted to pick up the truck, I told them I would be there in 15 minutes. Zach said they would have the truck ready for me. I drove to the location, arriving 10 minutes after getting off the phone with Zach. Abdul had just rented the only truck to the woman who was walking into the store as I pulled up and parked. Great job uhaul.

We were at the location to rent a 5x8 trailer and Christina and her son were working to take our payment and it took awhile, but ultimately she ended up comping us for the rental for 4 days. The best part of the experience was she gave my daughter 2 slices of pizza. Customer service was above and beyond. Thank you for kindness.

I loved the service at this specific location. I called and it took no longer than 3 phone rings for someone to answer my questions and set up a rental. The rental process went great and quick. BEST U-Haul ever!

I came here to have a trailer hitch and wiring installed. The owner was super nice and had it all finished in about two hours. I even got a refund for some unused parts. The hitch has a lifetime U-Haul warranty. I will definitely recommend this locations n for other services.

Update the owner refunded almost my entire rental because of the mistake. She admitted that looking into the surveillance I did return. The only reason she did not get all stars because she eluded to me lying about the Tim which I was certain of. This leads me to believe that she did not really look at the video.The owner was to “busy” holding up a vehicle to take off a hitch she forgot to check in my trailer and double charged me!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER! If I could give them zero stars I would. I made my reservation on 9/15/18 for a storage unit and a 26ft moving truck. When I arrived on my move day of 9/26/18 at 7:00am, neither one were available! Are you kidding me??? The lack of customer service and business operational knowledge was incredibly poor.

Go some where else. I had an appointment, prepaid to have a hitch installed and drove 120 miles to find out their staff is untrained. Could not do the job. Clueless on using their own computer system. He didnt know I prepaid. Didnt have the courtesy to call me to cancel when he couldnt handle the job. Really poor customer service!!!!

I had a pretty good experience with Joshua this last Sunday. His coworker was a no-call/no-show and Josh rose to the challenge even when it was a line to the door. Give that dude a raise.

I drove a half hour to get here after the UHaul customer service rep told me this address has propane.Got here, yes they have propane, but the employee isn’t cert to fill it.Wasted $30 in fuel and ovee an hour of my time to get here, now other vendors are closed so I can’t get propane and it will be 20f tonight.Thanks Uhaul. You suck.

The manager, Christina is possibly the most conscientious and helpful person I have ever dealt with, anywhere. She had an answer for the thousand or more questions I must have had, offered many different solutions to my problems, and made me feel like soooo much more than just a customer, almost like I was family. She never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time, though I know I was an intensive care customer-and that is of my own admission. I found some slightly cheaper options for what I needed, but used Uhaul, and specifically THIS Uhaul, because of the outstanding service I received here. Thank you again to Christina!

After a stressful day dealing with cross-state moving problems it was amazing to be treated so well by Jade at this U-Haul location. She was patient, friendly, and so helpful. Installing my trailer harness wiring was above and beyond.

If I could give zero stars i would....made a reservation for a hitch, more than a week in advance. Got there and the lady(her badge said owner) said the parts werent there, said when i make the reservation on the phone, i spoke with someone at corporate. I asked at the time if i was speaking to the location when i made the reservation and the lady(who sounded alot like the lady i was now talking to in person) told me yes, i was speaking to someone at the location. I never got a call to tell me the parts werent in....then she tells me the hitch is in but not the wiring harness. But that if i sign a waiver they can splice the lights...no problem...been doing that since i was kid on the ranch. 10 hours later, i get a call from them stating that as they tried to splice my tail lights, they started shorting out...ok.....i hooked them up in 10 minutes when i got it home, no problem, no shorts. The Owner lady stated that she was going to give me a discount and warranty for my trouble...when i picked the car up and paid...no discount no warranty with a young kid working. Called her the next day, she stated she gave me a 50.00 discount the day BEFORE on my card and it would show up in 24-48 hours. I saw her at 0700 when i dropped my car off and never gave her my card, and she wasnt there when we picked the car up at closing and actually used our card...so i as i thought...the refund/discount was a lie. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

It is extremely difficult to reach anyone at this location. Calls are automatically transferred to the call center. When you leave a message requesting a callback no one returns the call. When you ask for a ubox to be pulled and ask for a callback confirmation that its been done it is not returned. Will not do business with them again.
