I have worked with Phil Vigil and Southwest Copy Systems for over 20 years. Phil has provided excellent advice regarding many different machines I have leased and they have maintained. The service department has always been extremely helpful and timely. Phils expertise before,during and at the end of leases has been valuable and has saved me time and money. The thing I hate most about buying new equipment is researching whats out there, figuring out what I want, how much to pay for it, where and when to get it... its tedious. Phil Vigil asked me a few questions about what I need from a printer, and then called me when a fantastic refurbished model came available. The price was better than reasonable, and even for a not-too-fancy simple printer, delivery and set up support were available.Definitely would do business again, but I know I wont need a new printer for a long time!
