Called at 2 pm on a Saturday to see how late they were open to come get a Trump piñata for my 40th. The man on the phone said they were open til 7 that night. I had a friend driving in from Española to get me a piñata for my party that night. She went at 5:20 and they were closed. It says open til 6 on the wall. Nope! No sale for them, no $$ spent for me! Good idea we had for some party fun, but they should put a note if they are going to close early when they tell you they are open late. Nope.

Custom made pinata in 24 hours.

Ordered a pumpkin pinata for a birthday party. Son of owners took my order and was very helpful. Reasonable price. It was one well built product. There were 8 children hitting it nine times each before any damage was done. And these were solid hits.I gave the business 4 stars because pick-up and phone contact was a little difficult. Was told it would be ready by 10 am on a Friday. My husband went to pick it up about 11:30 and the shop was closed. Called the number on the internet and the number on the building and wasnt able to get a hold of anyone. My husband finally was able to talk to someone about 1:30 in the afternoon.

They did not have Kai from Ninjago in stock but offered to make one. Had ready just as promised. Kai is amazing, its huge and looked great. This is a great place. My daughter loved it!

You be the judge on the resemblance. I understand it was a customized job but if you cant do it or dont want to then dont agree to do the job and worst of all take the money upfront to deliver crap. This sadly looks like a last minute job performed by a kindergarten kid. There was plenty of time given for the order. Then when called about the issue, my mother was not even given an apology just told it was a custom job, no refunds, & hung up on. That is poor customer service. What happened to making sure your customers are satisfied? Especially when its for a childs birthday. So now we have to essentially make one in less than 24 hours for my nephews party and out the money it cost for this fire starter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE WHO OBVIOUSLY HAS NO QUALITY CONTROL!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Pinata was incomplete. They had PLENTY of time to make it. It was a SPIDER MAN pinata and did not have the black spider on chest or red one on back. So really, it wasnt a SPIDER MAN pinata. Owner did not want to help. Asked for a bag of candy for my inconvenience, he wanted me to give the pinata back and he would return my money. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN. 0 STARS

Uh, excuse you, sir.I spoke to ask if they had piñata of a specific style, and the man replied with What do you want ?! Im busy !! Well, sir, sorry for the trouble of wanting to spend my money on your shop.If you dont want customers to be dialed for you, dont put your phone number on Google. Learn to serve.
