I havent had a good nights sleep since I got my first bed here. Deceiving! Once you buy from them you are stuck! You cannot get your money back you can only trade in for another bed. However, there were several ones on displayed I like but was told they were not in stock. This left me picking a bed that they had..I feel if they do not have the one you want you should get your money back.. I bought another one which costed me an extra 100 dollars..1700 dollars later and still waking up with the worst nights sleep ever! I wish I would have went somewhere else to begin with who had more quality beds to choose from..that were actually in stock!

Casey was amazing with her knowledge and friendly customer service. We were able to get the mattress we wanted within a week of ordering it. Delivery guys were polite and on time. Will be back soon to get a mattress for our daughter. Local owners that are definitely worth supporting!

This is the best place to shop at, we bought the first mattress here for our daughter and it’s the softest, most comfortable mattress. Then we bought our mattress, the same model, made by the same people. The mattress is locally made. Each time we had great deals on them. I have never been treated or spoken to like I was by the owner of Mattress Direct. David Burstrom raised his voice at me and said that I was confused because I don’t know the meaning of a return. I strongly recommend buying from Mattress Firm where they have a return policy and not exchange only. I was made to think that returning my mattress was an option with a $150. I was told that I was mistaken. I am very disappointed in you and your company. Please do better.

I went in today just to look for a new mattress and box spring for my sons room. I was not expecting this to be a good experience after having a very mediocre experience at the more well known Matress Firm store a few weeks ago where nothing was in stock and I would have to wait up to 2 weeks for delivery. However I walked out very happy and commenting to my son what a nice experience we had. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for, for an even better price than expected. We also ended up each getting new pillows suited for our needs. The pillows were on a great sale and the matress we purchased was way more comfortable and better priced than the lowest prices one at the other store. They even got us same day delivery/set up in less than 2 hours after we left the store. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Loved shopping at a local family run business!! Definitely not best prices! Yes, people are friendly. Dont fall for the slick sales talk that an adjustable platform gives zero gravity. Thats only found in outer space. Yes, good customers service, but you do pay for it.
