Not bad place if youre looking for something for temporarily people are nice

I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years.i have went through 5-6 managers.always been a friendly nice operation.not now!! Have 1 employee who seems to try and talk down to you.like hes someone of great importance.i plan on paying them my finale payment next week.i will never do buisness with them again.im not saying its not a good place to get home furnishings at a reasonable price.im not saying all the employees are bad people.everyone knows how one bad apple will spoil a cart.there you go!!

Customer service was horrible .There was a roach on the counter and the lady swatted it away as if we didnt see(super red flag).My wife and I were looking to sign a contract and purchase some furniture.The manager was complaining because he didnt get to take a lunch break yet.Had nothing to do with us because we called in advance. The merchandise is severely overpriced for its quality. Lastly the worker created her own prices.

They have a woman sales person by the name of Vera. Vera cares about her people.

Had very good service with this business. They had exactly what i needed. My sales person John Stanford was very friendly and helpful. Thank you John.

Looks kind of...not sure the right word, I guess old or low quality. The store itself, I mean - their entire setup inside. Probably not a place Id buy any furniture unless I found an incredible deal or something

Affordable store in Alexandria the White Lady that work front counter is very Rude she the Manager iI been giving them business they dont like to work with you I read some other review they all are true they ring your phone off hook I advice any one reading this to go to Another store They have no Respect for you every review I read iIwent through it

Worst Place to Shop ever! They charge 75% interest rates. & tell you they dont even suppose to have interest. They set your monthly pay without your consent and does not stand by their prices. Beware before shopping for anything here. Super Cons.

Reasonable price

Horrible horrible, they lie in this location. Everyone has different stories. From management down they add fees every time you go in there. Kathy and Danelle are HORRIBLE they yell at you when you are seeking clarification.

I will never buy from them again we were late on a payment they wont work with you and they show up banging on your windows and doors total harassment. Dont buy from them at all.

The woman that works the front desk is rude and unprofessional and the salesman have no tact let along know how to talk to the customers and smell like nasty cigarettes and want to be in your face!!!!!#!! I dont recommend them to anyone until they get rid of the front counter and get some down to earth decent people up front.
