This is a great company that I’ve been using for quite a number of years. They are the only ones that has the authentic dragon blood or Sangre de drago Which I learned about in discovered the use of it when I lived in Ecuador.I applaud the ethics Of this company. Even during Covid they hung on and have come back full speed ahead. I highly recommend them

I would give this company negative stars if I could honestly. On 5/12/21 is the day Im writing this review and Im very much disappointed in this company, well is it a company and are you guys even legit? I ordered in march hyssop oil and after a month gone by no sign or update on order. I called the website number, emailed the vendor and even called the mail carrier. USPS had the shipping label ready to go but the item was yet to be presented. Each time I was insured someone would hear my complaint and here we are today on May 12 2021 with no response. Back to the story at hand though, so after a month later I finally got the hyssop oil but the vendor didnt even give me a courtesy email or anything acknowledging anything. It was as if I didnt wait a whole month for my item when your policy says business days 2-14 days for shipping.I decided in April I would give them another chance and maybe the first time was a fluke and we all know anything can happen in life. Well I ordered Neroli and ylang ylang oil 3 weeks ago and now we are heading into another month waiting with no item after you already collected my money. I ordered from many places regarding ess. oils and butters and it never took this long EVER!!!! This company is very unethical and anyone who decides to order from here just know your money will be taken and you will be waiting weeks for what you pay for with no update, no courtesy calls, no customer acknowledgment and the communication is below standard. My complaints doesnt seem any different from anybody in this reviews.

I am a great Fan of Au Natural organics Essential Oils. I have been using their varieties of product for more than 3 yrs. And i am proud to say all are great!! I need no other cosmetics as i have aunatrual organics.

So incredibly disappointed with this vendor. I have placed orders with this vendor on multiple occasions and had wonderful previous experiences. However my recent transaction has been one of the WORST I have ever had with any online vendor in recent history. My order was placed back in late June of 2020. Due to COVID19 there was a disclaimer on their website indicating that there would be a delay (which I understood completely). However, after 1 month passed I knew something was going on. I emailed the vendor via her website, emailed the vendor and was lucky enough to find a phone number for the vendor. However, despite all my attempts to reach out I was only able to speak to the vendor one time. I was assured that my merchandise was in route and she even promised me a free oil of my choice ( I requested Batana oil for my hair routine/twist outs). However, after yet another month of nothing, I have come to the conclusion my merchandise that I have come to love- is not coming. I truly understand hardships, I truly to. Hurricane season, I get it. But Ms. Armand never made mention of it, never said anything to indicate that there would be an issue or problem. It is now October and I am still empty-handed. My hard earned money is gone and in return I got an empty, shallow promise. Ms. Armand you wont even issue a refund to my account. It has been three months, Ms. Armand. Four months of empty promises. To say this is beyond the pale- is an understatement. I have been more than flexible and understanding and I am getting the shaft. I basically threw my money(159 dollars)away. Let me forewarn you fellow consumers now: Let my experience be a cautionary tale. I may have lost my money and my order but you dont have to.UPDATE AS OF 10/21/2020I was able to get a partial refund on my order on items that were no longer available. Got the remaining items I was promised. I am still weary of placing another order just yet. Rather- I may use one of their affiliates like Amazon next time. I need a bit of time and distance from the Covid fiasco. The merchandise I got was top notch and what I expected it to be. Darn shame it took this long to get resolution.

I ordered a product months ago (Soursop) and it never arrived. I tried to email multiple times to ask where this delivery is and no response. Is this a legit company because they wasted $40 AUD of my dollars. Not happy.

I used to like this company until they took my money and sent me 1 out of 5 bottles. Ive been trying to reach out since January. Initially someone replied and said theyd send the other 4. When those didnt arrive, I asked for a tracking number. Thats when the silence started. I left MULTIPLE voicemails, texts, emails, contact us forms..... nothing. I just want my products or my refund. It was a $56 order, so $44 or 4 bottles of oil would be nice.Update to owner, please check your inbox, I forwarded our previous conversation. 4 bottles of manketti.

I have used the barbary fig seed oil for several months and I love it. It only takes a few drops for your face and neck. It seems to make my pores look smaller and reduces fine lines. I love au natural organics because the price is fair and I had a small problem that was immediately taken care of. It is hard to find such great customer care service anymore and will be ordering from them again.

Do not order from this company. They take your money, and dont send your items . They even ignore your emails . This website is a scam ! I wish I can give 0 stars beware !!! I haven’t receive my items !

Beware, her essential oils are NOT Organic.This company is a fraud claiming to sell Organic oils. Although they claim to sell 100% organic essential oils, they cannot supply any MSDS for any oils and more importantly they cannot supply any certifications to prove the oils are organic. The owner talks a lot, but at the endow the day, she produces nothing to bak up her claims. Her oils may be good, but they are NOT organic.
