Replaced front windshield but didnt move Virginia safety inspection sticker from old windshield, costing me a $40 parking ticket. Alexandria parking enforcement opined that Auto Glass Fitters should havemoved Virginia safety inspection sticker from old windshield to new one. I called company, Christine Pope, to complain but company refused to accept responsibility.

Great price and very professional service. It took him only 20m to replace the front windshield.

We called Auto glass Atlantic City, NJ Mobile Wind shield Repair and Replacement Specialists when just as I am leaving to go out of town tonight my wind shield cracks and so they had a guy out to fix my wind shield within an hour.  He took his time, did a professional job, and for a very reasonable price, they very gently assured me that if I was not 100% satisfied with the work they did, they would work on it, and they would work it out until I was satisfied.  Fairly obvious he knew what he was doing.  I would highly recommend these guys. Auto Glass Fitters did an amazing job on my windshiled replacemet. Their prices are the best in the area. My tech did fantastic work and arrived right when he said he would, he explained the entire process to me and completed everything withing 30 minutes. I would deff recommend Auto Glass Fitters to anyone.

Started out a 5, even though they brought the wrong glass the first time. Scott was WONDERFUL and was the reason for the original 5.The 2nd time they sent Tom, who showed up 7+hours late with the wrong glass once again.I called and received a huge attitude, but did receive a $30 discount. Yippee. Neither of which made up for 1.5 days blown. Youd think someone wouldve checked the 2nd day before the glass left the shop.Never did receive an apology the 2nd time around, just the attitude that I should be grateful the window was being fixed the 2nd day. It was after 430 by the time Tom picked up and installed the correct glass.I was going to have the windshield done, but Tom wanted to do it in the rain after I told him it was about to pour. If he has as many years of experience as he stated, he knows what a NIGHTMARE that wouldve been for me since the glass cant be placed, much less cure properly, in a downpour!Way to go from a 5 to 1!
