Unfortunately work on my vehicle was done in the $2k+ range without my permission when I left my car for a diagnosis & estimateI negotiated down to get my car back and the receipt was very uninformative (making it harder to go elsewhere for the same problem in the future). I got an iffy word of mouth warranty.I was dumb enough to come back for a follow up diagnosis based on my warranty and a similarly shady transaction happened again.

Im updating this review, as its worse than I previously stated.This mechanic is not only dishonest, but is genuinely inept. I brought them the car to fix a slight electrical issue which they claimed to have solved through a sloppy, lengthy, and expensive process. As is always the case with screwy mechanics, the job was half-done, with new problems arising just weeks after the job was completed. In fact, wires were removed and not replaced, wires were cut unnecessarily, and parts were re-installed incorrectly, causing a myriad of other, NEW electrical problems.In other words, if youre looking for dishonest transactions and inflated prices, youve come to the right place. From being charged astronomical rates for labor, to being told I needed to fix or replace things (brakes, tires, the entire ABS system!) which didnt need fixing - this place has it all. Thankfully, my better judgement saved me from spending a lot more than what I was being told I needed to in order for the car to pass inspection.When it came time to pay, I was charged a $60 processing fee on top of the agreed amount, which was casually slipped in after I ran my card as it appeared on the receipt. When confronting the owner on the expense he quiffed oh yeah, I forgot to mention, thats what we charge to run your card. Annoyed at the whole situation, I asked for a cash refund, to which he rebutted saying that at most, he could offer me a free oil change. I reported the transaction to my bank, and received intimidatory calls and messages suggesting I revoke the claim.No actual mechanical skill here, and very questionable business practices to top it off, so steer clear.

Ive been here a few times for different reasons. The staff has always been polite and helpful. They have pointed out whats been wrong with my vehicle. They fix it for a fair price and its actually fixed. My car drives better now than when I got it. Theyve also been help to me when compensation wasnt involved. Like giving me a jump or helping me solve an issue on my own. Great group of people.

Let me start off by saying this shop Really helped us out by saving a lot of money on our Transmission. They did great work and gave us a great deal on the repair, when we went some were else they tried charging us double the price. When i get my moneys worth i let it be heard. I highly recommend them keep up the good work thanks ADVANCE AUTO GROUP.....

Our catering truck broke down near these guys and within no time we were back up and running. They even let us borrow a truck while fixing ours to deliver the food to our customers! Exceptional customer service and great team of friendly and cheerful people. They turned our bad day into a great day with the positivity and fast turn around for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My 2012 Ford Focus was having brake issues as well as a squealing coming from the Engine, and I brought it to them. The prices seemed steep at first, but I called around and asked other shops and the Dealership, and Advance Auto Group had the cheapest price by far. Highly Recommend and will definitely be coming back for any repairs that need to be done!

I had an exhaust leak on my Infiniti G35X. Had a day off and stopped at Advance Auto Group, fully expecting they would say they could not do it that day and make an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could take care of it right away.They showed me where the connection between the exhaust pipe and catalytic converter was heavily rusted and corroded. They were able to save the catalytic converter and repair the connection with 3 hours of labor and $50 in parts. I was very pleased.If you have an automotive problem, I highly recommend you give Advance Auto Group a try.

We had our exhaust replaced around a year ago and they welded everything together all the way up to the converter and now trying to get our converter replaced a year later and it’s costing us a fortune to fix because now they have to replace everything to be able to replace the one thing we need replaced because of it all being welded together from this place.

My car died on me on my way to a big event in DC for my business was not from the area and tj and his staff had me back on the road in a hr and didnt even charge me for the tow to the shop thanks again will be recommending you all to everyone I know
