Outstanding service! I just received my order of 500 Canadian night crawlers and they are in absolutely perfect shape. This is only the second opportunity Ive had to order from Speedy Worm, but I can guarantee that they have a loyal customer in me. The ordering is fast and easy and the packaging Speedy Worm uses is excellent-they shipped my order in a sturdy styrofoam cooler with ice packs wrapped in paper. The bottles of ice were still partially frozen when it arrived.

Worms are great [european nightcrawlers ] but would have been great if info was sent to let us know that these worms are escape artists. After a call we found out that if you keep a light on the bed they will stay put as I had about 100 worms dead on my garage floor the next morning. Since I used the light at night I havent lost a worm .

Ordered some worms along with two crush proof bait pucks, the worms all arrived alive and healthy but my order was missing the pucks! Called when I seen (after hours) and left a voicemail stating my missing items and order number. The following week the pucks arrived!!! 10/10 will always order from here.

I ordered 500 Canadian night crawlers, and was notified they shipped on 6/12, we had an adult at the house waiting for the delivery because it was hot outside, but they never arrived at our house. We received a call from our local post office on 6/15 telling us the worms were at their facility and they were concerned they were dying or already dead. I went and picked them up before noon on 6/16 and the worms and container were smelling terribly rotten. The post office commented that they figured they were already dead when they arrived at their facility because they were already stinking. I did not ask for them to be left at the post office nor expect them to be left there, apparently speedy worm took it upon themselves to have it changed to that method after they shipped them. Despite that I picked them up within 4 days of them being shipped and every single one of them were dead and already rotting. They were shipped in a small square box approximately 11x7x5 with two water bottles in the bottom and plastic liner in the box, the worms were mixed with a couple of handfulls of dirt and were actually in a plastic burlap type bag that was tied shut, the worms had drained or dedicated in the bottom of the container about an inch deep and most had probably drowned in it. Its obvious the method of packing was not sufficient to keep them alive for even two days much less four days, even in the inside conditions, they were never left outside at all until I picked them up at the post office. I emailed them twice asking for my money back or refund in product they sell other than worms and no response at all. They say they guarantee live arrival but apparently they dont or wont!! Since they wont even respond I have no idea why they wont reimburse me, but take it from me their odds suck since they shipped 500 to me and all were dead at least two days before they arrived. I have not received a refund or even a response from them as of today July 26, 10 days after I received the package. Would not recommend them at all!!!

Great worms, its been hard finding a great supplier, Ive just found them.

I started worm composting around the beginning of the year. My main goals - to have nutritious worm castings for my fruits/vegetables & to have fishing bait whenever I feel the urge to wet a line. This was my first time purchasing worms online & was unsure of what to expect - will the worms die during shipping?, will the worms be uber-small? etc. I ordered 250 European nightcrawlers during the weekend. Euros are bigger (around twice the size) than the more common composting worm, the Red Wiggler, which makes them more ideal for bait. Red Wigglers do have the advantage of living longer & reproducing faster. I was notified the shipment was mailed Monday afternoon w/ tracking number and I received them today, Wednesday. I am well pleased. All the worms were lively & large.I recommend Speedy Worm for people interested in starting their own worm composting bin. Its very simple to start & requires little attention.
