Excellent product and courteous service. Micheal the truck driver was outstanding

There was a little confusion regarding my product delivery but when i called, they jumped right on the problem and fixed it before their truck arrived. mistakes happen but every single person including the driver was as helpful as they could possibly be. we got good advice and our project turned out great.

I read some reviews with some disappointed customers so I asked about it when I called. The website they use for online ordering is not able to correctly calculate the delivery if you have more than one type of deliver (soil, mulch, pea gravel). I called and Sarah clearly explained the costs and sent me an email with a further breakdown of the quote. For my location, it was cheaper to source the pea gravel elsewhere but the soil and mulch were so much cheaper than other places. Give them a call.

Easy and affordable mulch delivery!

Topsoil order was full of giant balls of clay. Called and complained. They delivered more topsoil at no charge that contained even more clay. Additionally, they did not haul away thepile of clay from the first load. Turned a 1 day job into 4 and counting.

We have used this place for 3 years now and we order 10 yards of topsoil and or mulch and it’s always a better deal than most places. We have never had any issues with scheduling or customer service. I am very happy with this place.

Was a little disappointed with the truck/machinery continue to shut off and old. The amount of mulch received appeared incorrect. I much more coverage with bags of mulch and have no way to measure the amount we received.

Excellent service; had a problem with the delivery because of a mistake I made and they were amazing at resolving it.

What can I say about J.K. enterprise is good, sometimes the guys who work there in the loading area are nice but sometimes are very rude, same as the ladies who work in the office, actually both are the same because sometimes work one of them and other days the other lady, for me the prices are a little bit higher than other landscape supply company but I have to choose this one instead the Lorton one, this location is closer for me than the rest so the location is good, the thing here is that the mulch and other stuff are the better quality.

Customer service wasnt great. Access to JK wasnt easy, I had to drive around to find them. And then this lady in office wasnt friendly and wasnt supportive and try help at all.

Compost full of shredded plastic bags. I would never buy from these people again.

Absolute nightmare to work with. We ordered $700 of mulch and they could not seem to get it delivered- rescheduled 3 times but I had to call to get that information. Totally unresponsive, customer service was utterly lacking. If they don’t want to work with customers in DC, they shouldn’t say they service this area. Horrible experience. Zero stars!

They are extremely abusive super expensive they sold me just over a ton of gravel for $ 118.43 but they supposedly charged me 3 tons is incredible abuse

Company did not come as scheduled twice. Called multiple times prior to appointment to confirm but no one returned my calls. I lost days of work waiting for them. Attempts to contact the office managers were ignored. Not sure the owner/s care to know.
