Many choices. Stylish & trendy. However, over priced for plastic shoes. I looked at several shoes for genuine leather or waterproof. But, all seem to be pleather!When 3 employees passed me searching for shoes, none offered assistance.

The man was following us around the store. When I asked him questions he seemed very uninterested on helping.

When purchasing shoes, asked if they could order specific sneakers in my size and was told no. Got a different pair, after wearing them once tried to return them for a smaller size. Was told that they could not be returned because they had left the carpet. I have returned sneakers to this location before without any problem.

Great name brands but seemingly of not made in the U S of A and charged high price range compensating buy one and second half price off deals with over spending $200+ club card get $15 more dollars off.

Nordstrom Raxk is my go to for casual kicks.

Great location, not super busy, clean and respectable employees. Great shoe selection both male and female adults. Kids section is expansive. Great deals going on right now. Got two name brands and socks for under 100$.

We there Sunday with my grandson and son on line said it open at 11am we had to wait until, 12 you did to fix you store hours

The man of brown skin who is working this day 9/19/2020 at 7:30pm he don’t respect the costumers. He don’t keep it the social distance(6 feet). He block my view went I was looking for sandals for my daughter. Is something not right, if he want to fix something he need to wait until the customer finished. That why I decided to left

The shoes are OK, but the shoe-buying process at Rack Room is how ALL shoe-buying should work. Go in, go to the section with the type of shoes you want, look at the available styles, pick up a box in your size off the shelf, and try them on (with a footie from a box nearby). WAY more efficient and less pressure than the usual process. The shoes Ive bought there are attractive and comfortable, but they arent very durable or supportive. The price is appropriate relative to quality.

This is the first place I have to PAY to return shoes that don’t fit. They make returning as hard as possible. This is my LAST time shopping here!

Caught a great sale on children shoes. Bought a nice pair of dress shoes for 11 years old great-nephew and fancy dress shoes for my 5 years old great-niece.

Customer service was awesome

I would give them a zero if I could. Spent about an hour there to leave empty handed because of inept staff. They had the nerve to accuse a customer (but not you guys) of switching the tags that had the exact shoe brand and type for a cheaper price. DO THEY THINK PEOPLE CARRY POCKET PRINTERS AND SCANNERS OF THEIR INVENTORY OR SOMETHING!?! Unprofessional and just down right outrage! Yes, go ahead, blame your customers for your false advertising and then refuse to honor the PRICE ORIGINALLY LISTED AND HAS BEEN LISTED SINCE WHO KNOWS WHEN! Also, it was only a $5 difference at that! It really goes to show how unprofessional and inconsiderate the manager was towards their customer and the service provided. Guess what, I will take my $100 plus and spend it somewhere else. Keep your $5! DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO POOR SERVICE BUSINESSES LIKE THIS.

This store is the absolute worst. Literally... I have never in my life seen such ignorance and disrespect from store personnel specifically a guy by the name Stephan. He was extremely rude and ignorant to me today. I will be contacting corporate to complain because no one deserves to be treated or spoken to like that. There was a $20 rewards added to my account and I asked him to call corporate so I can speak to them so we can resolve the issue and his response was Im not calling no one....you can call yourself. Like huh???? Since when do you talk to customers that way??? And the tag on his shirt said he is a manger in training. If this is how you are training your managers to talk to customers good luck. I will never return to that location. Ever.

It has great staff but not the best dress shoes in stock, though you can find yourself a good pair of running shoes in there.

I went in to make a purchase and discovered a boot that I had previously purchased in black was on clearance for $20.00; when I got to the checkout, the Associate said those arent $20.00 they are $59.00 someone must have miss tagged the box and offered me 15% off. As a consumer, its not my problem that the box is miss marked! You have to sell at the price marked! I will never shop here again! This is a very unprofessional established! Im also reporting you to the Better Business Bureau!
