Professional and good place to work with for long term businesses. We have been working with them for over 3 years constantly and never had issues with the orders. I highly don’t recommend this business to any contractors. Luis who works at the Alexandria location never got back to me about placing an order for cabinets. After calling him many times over the week and never answering the phone, I decided to try and place my order with John who works at the Chantilly location who wouldn’t place my order because of business verification issues. Very poor communication skills with John and it seems like they don’t want your business at all unless you have an account with them which takes a long time to creat. I do not RECOMMEND this business at all.

Ordered cabinets over a month ago and still waiting on them. Every time I ask for an update they say one more week with another excuse. They should change their name to Next Month Cabinets

I like that I can get hardwood & plywood (no particle board) cabinets at a low price and quickly made.** Original ReviewUsed this company once for their low-tier cabinets, which worked great. Their low tier cabinets are in-stock and ship within days, usually arriving to the job-site within a week. This review is for anything above and beyond that. I tried to order a custom vanity and a top through them after the good experience with the low end cabinets. They told me it would be a few weeks until delivery. That time came and went. I asked what was going on, they said another week, reluctantly, I waited. That time came and went. I asked again, and again they say, one more week. That time came and went. Over a month later, they deliver the wrong vanity. I ask whats going on, again, just wait another week. Two weeks later they deliver the vanity, but with no top. Then I cannot get them to confirm when they will deliver the top. I tell them this is unacceptable and I want a refund, they are holding up a construction project. Their in-showroom personnel string me along for weeks. Then their district manager contacts me, then goes absent for over a week. Deplorable customer service, and no real concern for doing the right thing for a customer. They say you can tell who a person really is when you see them at their worst, and this company and the people who work there dont give a hoot about their customers as evidenced by their actions in this case.

Good store with alot of variety of cabinets and styles. Customer services is alittle bit weak but they materials are good!

I walked in with my contractor and got a price for my cabinets in just a few hours

Every order has either pieces missing, back order, they cant find the order, pieces of my order were stolen for another job for another company. They call you to tell you that your order is ready for pick up and you go there and it was on back order the whole time. Or they tell you its ready and you get there and ooops it wasnt assembled can you come back in two hours because I know you have absolutely nothing to do. So I stopped buying from them for a while. Decided to try it again after almost a year and they just purchases a new ordering system and they are even worse if that is even possible. Cheap ok product with a horrible company. If the were in charge of wet dreams there would be millions of dissapointed teenagers through out the world. How else can you say sucks!!!

Do NOT shop here if you are a homeowner. Impatient staff, understaffed store, horrible customer service, that caters primarily to contractors. Staff does not seem capable of handling the stress of “next day” business (note these are not next day cabinets). My contractor sent me there to pick out what I wanted. I’ll take my money somewhere else. You should too.

When I called they said, they only sell to contractors/stores who sell cabinets, not to homeowners who want to purchase cabinets on their own
