If the installation is as good as the sales rep Benjamin was we are going to be super pleased w/our new bedroom carpet!bought laminate from them 8 years ago so we came back and were not disappointed.

In a day and age when customer service is a lost art, Ben went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable and polite, he will get my return business whenever possible.

We had recently written a one star review but since reading the review Vigan has been extremely kind and responsive in making sure we were happy with the installation of our carpet. He even came out to our home in Woodbridge and sent the installer again who was very cooperative in fixing all the issues we had. We wanted to give them credit for their professionalism and attention to the matter and for making sure we were satisfied with the carpet in our new home. Mistakes can be made by anyone but the fact they fixed the issue immediately is what sets them apart from the rest.

Revising my previous post to highlight Carpetlands five-star customer service. When Management heard that we were unhappy with our area rug purchase (due to a misunderstanding about the return/exchange policy) all three locations pitched in to quickly find us the right rug at a price we could manage. We even ended up purchasing a small second rug for another room. Its nice to do business locally and work face to face with people who care about the outcome.

I only gave Magni Flooring a 5 star rating because six wasn’t available. The entire team, from demo through installation, were incredibly professional and delivered results well beyond my expectations. I’d recommend these guys over anyone else I’ve ever seen. Their pricing is competitive yet their work is unsurpassed. I will certainly be using them again and will recommend Magni Flooring to anyone seeking the best service and quality within the DC area.

Carpetland was great from start to finish. John the salesman explained everything to us and gave us a quote taht was literally half as much as a competitor for a similar carpet. Francisco did an awesome job installing the carpet. His team came on time, installed the carpet profesisonally, even matched the carpet metal straps to the door handles. He also answered all of our questions and was able to cut up a piece of our old carpet to use in a different room.

Horrible experience. The friendly family owned vibe is there but the professionalism is not. Every step of the way there was a problem and not one problem was handled well. This honestly was the worst experience I have had dealing with any company. Strongly advise to go elsewhere.
