Affordable, family run service, iPhone 7 plus screen fixed in 25 minutes as promised! Before selecting a shop to fix my iPhone, I called 4-5 local places to get a price estimate and general time estimate. The first placed wanted $109 for me to drop my phone off at 10am and pick it up at 2. After doing more research, I called myPhoneFiX and they gave me a ~$65 estimate with only a 25 minute wait. They have an office inside of the laundry mat on S Vandorn and I spoke with Rachel who was incredibly helpful and told me that I had a 30 day warranty on the screen (assuming I did not re-break it myself). Very thankful to have found this place and felt that my money went to a family owned/run business, all over good feeling for a stressful situation. Thanks again myPhoneFix!

Overcharge and use cheap screens

Recommended by SquareTrade as a repairer of Motorola/Lenovo cell phone.T hey dont bother to answer their telephone when you call to make an appointment, at least at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon in mid-July. Maybe theyre on vacation?

This guy is open inside the laundry place; he is great- he fixed my iPhone 6 in less than thirty minutes and charged me the least in the area. I called many places in Washington DC and Virginia they charge $80 and $70.. he charges $55. He is great, I highly recommend his service.

I gaurentee they have the best prices around(I checked) and the Best customer service Ive ever been offered. They walked me through step by step with what went wrong and how they were going to fix it. Id recommend this place to anyone who needs there device fixed good as new.

This place is such a gem! Its located inside of a laundromat, but dont let that throw you for a loop! Great prices, and excellent service. I dropped my iPhone 8 along with my IDs & debit/credit cards down a storm drain the same night I was going on a road trip. I needed a temporary phone and Vic was able to unlock an old Samsung Galaxy for me - the phone was a couple of years old and I couldnt remember the lock code or email address associated with the device. Vic was my lifesaver, and hell have my business in the future. Thank you!

I had a really bad experience with this service. I dropped off a Galaxy S7 a couple weeks ago for an LED screen repair. They convinced me to repair the back cover and charging port b/c they had really good prices. So I went ahead and had the headphone jack fixed as well. They said it would be ready by tomorrow the following evening. It took 4 days. I wish that was the worse part but when I finally got my phone, my service kept dropping. When I went back, they were closed. I really needed my phone, so i went to a kiosk phone repair in springfield mall. The technician eventually figured out that they replaced my charging port with a part that wasnt tmobile, thats why I was having problems with my network. I told him to fix my phone there bc I didnt want to bring my phone back to van dorn Plaza bc I didnt trust them or their wait time. But the tech said he had to take my phone apart again and might break the screen, so reluctantly I went back to van dorn. When I returned the following day, the guy didnt show up to work. I called later and it was a different guy but told me to drop off the phone and theyll fix it for me. He didnt want to work on my phone bc he wasnt the original tech and that theyll wait for the original guy to come. That hell be in tomorrow. I called the next day expecting my phone to be fixed but he told me they havent started bc the tech didnt show up to work again. I called the following day after that, the tech didnt show up AGAIN. It was another 3 days from when i dropped it off that I finally got my phone with the network issue repaired. And then what happened the next day? I pulled my phone out of my pocket and the LED was bleeding behind my glass screen again. I was livid. I went back to the technician in springfield and told them to please just fix my phone. I dont mind paying another $150, I just really need my phone. They fixed it and told me that the techs in van dorn put glue behind the LED screen and that youre not supposed to do that. When pressure was applied from behind the phone it forced that glue to spread. These techs at van dorn are amateurs and dont know what theyre doing. They cost me $150 and 8 days without my phone when I could have gone to Springfield, spent $130 and have my phone back in an hour. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place.
