Great service the technician fixed my samsung phone really quick!

Tech Doc replaced the ear speaker of my samsung S8 cell phone in less than an hour. It was an affordable alternative to buying a new phone.

My experience with the staff here is very shady and they were very unprepared in the way that the guy helping me the second time i came there was asking me for the password to my phone in order to fix the front and back sides of my galaxy s8+. I proceeded to ask why and he said to make sure the camera is still working and the touch is responsive, so i pointed out how on the lower right corner there is a camera button on the screen to open the camera without needing the password as well as how he can swipe down from the top to look at notifications without needing to input the password. So then he proceeded to tell me this story about how my phone will ack differently after you turn it on and back one and he would need the password to access the features that i just showed him that be could access without it and kept asking for my password to start the work Eventhough the guy named Manor that i saw the first time i was there didnt ask me for my password to start work so thats what i told the second guy and he didnt want to call Manor back to verify as he was doing many times during our transaction. So i no longer had time to play games and i needed my phone fixed same day after already being a 2 day process with them to just get them to look at the phone before we could make sure the front camera worked witch was a hassle because they dont have wifi to cast to a tv but that wouldnt matter because they have no working tvs or even a working monitor with hdmi hookup to test phones with blank out screens. Over all terrible experience and i ended up having to go to MobileZone Phone & Laptop Repair in Potomac mills va where i got super fast service and great prices and THEY DID NOT NEED MY PASSWORD TO DO THE JOB. Great service, except... Their credit card machine was down and I had to pay cash and when I paid cash, I was told that I would get a e-mailed receipt with the 30 day limited warranty. I have yet to receive the e-mail. I have nothing to show that I was there or proof of services rendered. I will return within a few days if I dont receive a e-mail of the $130 I spent there. I will give 5 stars when I receive my receipt and limited warranty. All and all... Great service.

Does not stand by their work. Replaced screen for my wife that went completely dark. Came in on 32 day after initial replacement, did not want to honor the warranty and offered full price (10 percent off though). Does not match with 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.

First time using this shop and would definitely use again if needed. Very professional and short turnaround time -reasonable pricing.

Superior service - they know their stuff, have the parts, and the pricing is very fair. My daughter was visiting and needed a screen and camera replaced on her iPhone. We were blown away on how quick and thorough they were. They even fixed things we would never have known with no extra charge. I rarely give 5 stars and these guys deserve every one of them. Great experience with Tech Doc. My Niece who traveled from FL, dropped her phone and needed fast repairs. We took it to Tech Doc in Old Town and were told our phone was not broken. In fact, it had been tampered with by the previous repair person who worked on it in Florida. He had disconnected the battery and camera. Yon at Tech Doc repaired our phone at no cost, stating the phone was not broken. I cannot recall the last time I have come across such honesty and professionalism. If you need your iPhone repaired, this place is a must for outstanding service.

I cracked my screen while in town. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and for a totally reasonable price. They deserve their rating!

Pleasant experience all around. The price seems fair and competitive with the area at $90. It only took about 5 minutes to replace my iPhone 6 screen, and I was able to switch colors to black. It was a pleasure talking with the manager, Yonatan, and he seems to genuinely care about making sure your replacement screen works properly.EDIT: a few days after the replacement there was a string of dead pixels on the bottom of my screen, and he re-replaced the screen free of charge!

Absolutely outstanding service and affordable pricing. I took my Iphone 10 to Best Buy for them to repair the front LCD screen and I was it was nonrepairable because the back glass was broken. They basically said my phone was trash. Tech Doc fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes.

Great shop! Replaced our iPad pro screen for nearly half of what apple wanted to charge. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Shop was closed and he drove to open so we could get our iPad. Highly recommend before getting a factory repair for much more money.

My daughter broke her iPhone and they were able to fix it in 20 minutes for less than other places AND they offer a warranty on their work. Highly recommended... and its a great place to chill while the work is being done. Comfy couch, tv, video games, and even a chess set. Just go.

I had two other places try to help fix my phone camera to no avail. This tech figured out that the problem was some dirt/gunk on the motherboard, cleaned it and the dirty camera lens, all last minute and in less than 15 minutes, and charged a reasonable price. I had a Nexus 5 with a broken power button and was stuck in a boot loop. I tried to fix it on my own from YouTube videos, but the soldering is pretty technical. He picked it up from my house and dropped it back off fixed in 6 hours. Price ($70) was fair given the soldering skills and equipment needed to do the fix.

A few days ago, I was on my break from work and taking a walk down to the waterfront. In the process I tripped and broke my fall with my hands. Unfortunately I was holding my cell phone at the time. The screen was terribly cracked. Ive experienced that before. However, the screen was totally blank except for a few ominous looking lines. I was so sure Id wrecked my phone and was lowkey panicking about having to get a new one.I googled cell phone repair near my place of work and found Tech Doc that way. It had great reviews and mostly I wanted to see if I was able to salvage this phone or not. I called ahead, and then walked over. Yonatan took one look at my phone and, to my surprise, said he could fix it in 15 minutes. I almost couldnt believe that (my phone looked really, really bad) but when I stopped by later my phone was basically good as new. Perfect screen, working perfectly, all my data still there. The price was very reasonable, too.I know I kept babbling about how amazing it was that Yonatan was able to fix it. But really... Im amazed at the knowledge it would take to look at the lifeless husk my phone was at the time and restore it so completely! So the short version of this review is: yes, I highly recommend Tech Doc and am happy I found such a great company close to where I work!
