This is a great neighborhood Williams-Sonoma. Twice I have been running late and called and asked if they could hold something for me. The last time they stayed 10 mins late just to sell me coffee filters . Great knowledgeable staff and great products!

Decent store and easy enough street parking. I had to explain what I wanted to the staff -which was odd but understandable if they were short-term holiday hires

I love going in there, smelling the foods on offer, reading the labels, seeing the china and linens. Especially @the holidays.

The ONLY reason I dropped this rating to 4 is.....PARKING on or around Washington Street STINKS to the highest level of stink-tivity!!I love this particular WS because the staff is super friendly, its quaint and smaller than most WS. The selection is still great (dont let the smaller size fool you) and the staff is knowledgable on most of the items they sell.The place can get crazy around holidays, but most of the time, the staff has time to explain things to you and talk to you about items for sale.I like this location because of the people that work there and its not a crowded/crazy as some of the other locations in the area.
