I drove to three different tobacco/vape shops simply looking for lighter fluid and flints for some of my old Zippo lighters. Even the ones that sold Zippo lighters didnt have lighter fluid or flints. One silly store I visited tried to sell me some butane. This was the 4th store I visited. They had the two classic brands of lighter fluid, Zippo flints and wicks as well. Yes, they sell Zippo lighters. The store owner was very kind and I was super happy. I would recommend people visit this store.

There arent too many smoke shops in the immediate area, but Im glad this is the one that is here cause its dope. The staff is super friendly.

It’s absurd how little responsibility and integrity the owner of this establishment takes over the products that he sells. I came to him on 3 different occasions where the vapes I purchased from his shop were bad. He suggested I buy another one and dump more money into his shop than correct the issue. He’s cheap, he has zero integrity to returning customers, and has no sense of customer service. I will never be coming back here again and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase vapes look elsewhere for them because nearly every other vape I purchased here went bad within the first few days.

This place was so amazing I had to write a review the moment I left. I went in searching for a Fathers Day cigar with no knowledge. Kate was so helpful and patient while explaining the different varieties of cigars. That woman deserves a raise or something. I will definitely be coming back

I came clueless about cigars wanting to buy a box for my friend. The sales representative, Patrick, was so kind and sweet explaining the different types of cigars and answering my questions. He has great customer service skills, you can tell when someone really loves their job! I was really happy with his advice and my friend loved the quality of cigars! I will for sure be coming back soon.

Had a problem with my E-Cig pen and decided to walk in and see what they had to offer. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly worker who showed me different brands. I am very satisfying with the visit and the purchase, I will continue to come in.

I bought a box of cigars for a friend. The guy didn’t try and sell me the most expensive cigars. He gave me an honest opinion and the same price as buying the cigars on the internet. I don’t smoke cigars or anything for that matter but after looking up his recommendation the cigars are very highly rated and enjoyed by cigar people.

Usually I don write reviews, I had to make an exception for this place. I needed to buy a gift for a cigar connoisseur, I dont know much about the cigar world. I met Patrick who works at this place and asked for his help. He was knowledgeable about different brands, he didnt rush, he took the time to explain and to show me the quality ratings in the magazine he had. It was such a great experience, I cant wait to be back.

This is the only cigar shop in the area that I will actually go out of my way to go to (though its not always out of the way as I pass it going to and from work) The guys there are great and very helpful. If they dont usually carry something but you ask them to, they will have it there the next time I stop by, which is at least twice a week.I recently bought the $40, double e.GO T (electronic Hookah) from them and he took the time to show me how to and how not to use the Hookah as well as let me try a couple sample flavors (very sterile, one-time use mouth piece gets used by you and only you then goes in the trash)After a couple days I had my man re-fill my Hookah with a new flavor then got to work and saw it was leaking due to the rubber gasket on the inside had come loose and gotten stretched beyond re-using. I stopped by a couple days later to get some real cigs and a new flavor of e-liquid and after making my purchase mentioned casually that one was broken, he happily handled me a new one to take home.Great shop! Always listens to what their customers needs are.

About 3 weeks ago, I purchased a Tube Cut Cigarete machine from this store for $70. Over the last week, the machine started to jam and so I went back to the store to speak with the guy who sold it to me; he is a young kid, with glasses who claims he is the owner. I told him about the problem I was having with the machine and his response was that he needed tobacco to replicate the issue. Now, I dont know about you, but I dont happen to have loose tobacco lying around wherever I go. I asked him if he could provide the tobacco to which he claimed that he didnt have any. So this kid claims he is the owner of the shop but yet, he doesnt have a small amount of tobacco available to help a customer out who is having a problem with a very expensive item that he sells.You can take a risk of buying from this shop but just remember that you wont have any customer service when you have a problem.

#1 place to buy counterfeit Kangertech products for inflated prices!Other than that, they try to be helpful. Too bad most of their ecigarette products are clones of the real-deal. This place should stick to being a tobacco and hookah store.

I dont know why a lot of people are giving this store bad reviews, they have always been very helpful, very knowledgeable, and their prices are lower than many of the shops in the area. Also all of their Kanger products are authentic, this store is one of the few stores in the area, that dont try to rip you off, with expensive off the wall prices

This place is local, the two guys that always work here are friendly and really helpful with hookah and shisha products. Their prices are fair, either exactly what you would pay online, or slightly less. They offer basically every major shisha brand besides Tangiers and carry all of the popular equipment and coals from places like hookahjohn, D-Hose, etc. Best part, not shipping.
