My meeting started right on time and Jessica answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. I really appreciate that there are clothing samples to touch and look at. Im an independent dog trainer and while I want to have to some logo clothing and hats, I dont need that much. The ability to mix and match products gave me a lot of flexibility. Im looking forward to the finished product.

The virtual appointment was very easy!It would be extra helpful if there was an option on the registration platform to switch appointment types - I accidentally signed up for an in-person appointment this morning, and couldnt switch to virtual. I was still able to cancel the appointment and sign up virtually later in the day, but it would definitely be more efficient if I could have swapped the earlier appointment. (no fault of custom ink, all just user error).

Wow! Is all can say. Bought a T-shirt for my son’s birthday and it is the best quality and digitally designed. I ordered through other companies before and got poor quality Iron T shirt NOT so with custom ink. Delivery arrived earlier that expected. I ordered five shirts with individual text for my staff on a Sunday and I needed them by Wednesday. This was great! I literally walked in the door, ordered two t-shirts for in-house printing for Christmas gifts and had them in my hands in about an hour! Love the location - while youre waiting you can do other shopping or sight seeing in the area. Great customer service - I had no idea what to do when I walked in the door. They were friendly and very helpful. I will be using them again to make more t-shirts and company logo work jackets.

I work for a national QSR brand and live in the Washington, DC area. We had a franchisee event recently and wanted to ensure we were remaining safe while celebrating our brand. As things were constantly changing with requirements and we wanted to stay compliant with all laws we waited until a week out to place an order. I quickly learned that was a bad idea to wait so long as many companies were quoting WEEKS for lead times, not days. I did a hail mary and contacted CustomInk having used them in the past for something else.I was BEYOND impressed. Andrew at the Alexandria store responded to my initial request on the website within minutes and offered to get on a call with me to help me design my custom face covering. We needed several color switches and not just plain jane colors but specific pantones to match our visual identity. Andrew and CustomInk quoted a fair price to do the color switches and setups and was able to meet my five business day deadline. They checked in several times to assure me that the product was coming and called me the day of my event to see how the product went over and if we were happy with the quality. We will absolutely be using CustomInk again - if you need ANYTHING custom printed. Give Andrew at CustomInk a call. I know I will be back, as will several other departments at my brand.

I got to work one on one with Mr. Andrew! Right away I loved it he was very engaged noticed how passionate he was about helping me out from beginning to end! Another things I really enjoyed was his professionalism! He makes sure everything is done correctly he even was able to help me with copyright information and how to to manage with it. All in all the final product to me was breathtaking I cannot believe how fast the process was and how it ended up would highly recommend 10 out of 10 without thinking it twice!

Jessica and the staff at Customs Ink in Old Town Alexandria were a delight to work with when my granddaughters both wanted to make their own t-shirts. The staff worked with the girls to find the images they wanted and the words they wanted printed on their t-shirts. I have two very happy girls after our visit to Custom Ink.

Amazing same day service.After calling ahead to see if there was space, I visited the store and Andrew walked me through both the selection and design of around 18 T-Shirts. He was able to offer guidance on both image files types and sizes to ensure crisp printing.Additionally, he made great suggestions for color edits and was able to demonstrate how different choices would appear on the shirts before printing.Although I didnt need them, I had received a call by that evening that I could pick them up already.Clean and well presented store, all staff courteous and helpful, very quick but not hasty service!

I ordered shirts for my ping pong league team from Custom Ink and were so happy with our design and the quality of the shirts. First I started with using the design tool on the Custom Ink website to create a fun design. I was getting stuck on what font to use and needed some creative help. I easily set up an appointment on the website to go into the Old Town Custom Ink store and worked with Andrew. It was a great experience from start to finish. He easily pulled up my design, added some other elements and changed up the fonts and we really like what he came up with. He then made sure that we were able to get a womans cut shirt and mens shirt that were the same color so we could all match. The shirts arrived earlier then expected and we cant wait to wear them for our first match this evening! Thanks again to Custom Ink and especially Andrew for all their help!

I worked with Custom Ink in Old Town Alexandria to design a special T-shirt for my 5-year-old great-niece who is obsessed with dragons. The T-shirt pictures a cute dragon with This Girl Loves Dragons on it. Custom Ink staff were great! Id never custom-made anything before, but they walked me through each step, offered options when needed, and the result is wonderful. Ill use them again.

So good... everything went more then great... but I’m sitting with about 50 black shirts and non have sizes... The sizes melted off in the press. So I know how many but no sizes to tell the difference between them. That’s a problem when your ordering for other people, cuz I don’t want to try on every shirt... So close because I really enjoyed my experience!

This is my second time using this location to purchase same-day t-shirts. The first time I used it was for personal use, this second time around it was for my company.
