Small but they have a nice clean store.

My experience was Wonderful. The Staff is Very Pleasant and I found some great pieces to add to my wardrobe. Fitting rooms arent open yet but I wore biking shorts and a Tootoo so I was able to try on my clothes by a mirror.

Clean and well organized. Good selection and pricing. Would shop again upon return visit to this area.

Shopping here is great outside of the managers. They always have an attitude and kick you out the store in such a rude way… I thought it would be cool to work here… no. Working here and the managers are just as awful. The staff environment is terrible. Rude disgusting people especially the two GM’s. Overall just needs better management and kinder folks

The attitude of employees are very weak, Today one of the employees upset to my kids. If this is the case, Goodwill will lose all customers. I, who comes for shopping almost two days a week, after this action I decide to do not come here anymore.

They have come a long way since opening. Items are more organized, color coordinated, more designer options, and prices are not as expensive. Some items are overpriced, so choose wisely.There is handicapped access and free parking. The donation center is in the back.

Ive been to several thrift stores, but this goodwill has the most fair prices in the area, you have to go with enough time since not everything its in great condition, but if you look carefully and be patient you can find some diamonds in the rough, theyve been following the safety protocols since the reopening and have sanitizer at the door, the staff does a great job.

Way overpriced for a resale establishment that exists from donations. Some items were priced higher than their regular price counterparts, e.g. Dollar Store Seconhand items for $1.99.What are they thinking?Yarn more expensive than new skeins at Michaels.Will not be going back anytime soon

The donations department is very rude and disrespectful. I have dropped off donations at this location for a long time with no problems or issues but after my most recent visit I will never donate here nor will I recommend this location ever again. I highly recommend using a different location if at all possible.ABSOLUTELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!!

This Goodwill has better prices than most in this district. However, I would still stop donating to the Greater Washington region Goodwills.It appears the entire district has been taken over by greedy executives. Each store has taken out all of their jewelry and all of the nicest items from each department to sell exclusively online. Goodwills are supposed to be an asset to communities.Your dobnations will make more of an impact at local independent thrift stores or salvation army. Goodwill h to the ⁶as lost their way.

Compared to other Goodwill stores in my hometown, this Goodwill was very nice, very clean, and had a good variety of products. I just moved into the area so I needed a variety of different things. I now have all the kitchen appliances that I needed. Thanks Goodwill.They also have a Rewards program that can save you 25 to 75% from time to time. It looks to be worthwhile and its free to sign up.

I love this place!! I have bought good quality clothes, furniture, electronics and miscellaneous household things. I like that everything changes so often making it a new shopping experience every time. Definitely worth checking out.

Not the best Goodwill in the area, not the worst. Offers a good selection of mens work casual clothing; the selection of womens clothing is fairly large, but a little harder to find the brands you may want than in the mens section. I would pick the Goodwill in Annandale if I wanted decent chances of finding housewares.

I use to come here allot because of the amazing items they had.I feel it has changed allot. There are so many stained and ripped clothes.Sometimes you will find a little skill and new items in between. However, they go fast.

Ive found so many great things at this Goodwill. Besides finding good clothes, furniture, and even shoes, I found some of the most wonderful people working there helping us! One of the nicest Goodwills I’ve ever been to. It’s small so not a huge selection but what they had was nice and I found some really good business causal piece. It’s also the cleanest Goodwill I’ve ever been in and everything is displayed nicely.

You can find deals but you have to leave yourself a lot of time time to sort through the WAY over priced stuff. They have used items selling for more then buying new in the store. It makes for a good laugh though. To give an example: I saw a shoe rack at goodwill that was used and checked the price online... Target was selling it for $5 cheaper then goodwill was. I guess now that its cool to thrift they think they can raise the prices way up.

The rating is more for the customer service and general appearance of the store. Its very organized and the associates were professional. However, I didnt find much selection for just a basic t shirt I was looking for.

This is a newer Good Will which is nice. Its near my home, so I go once in a while. Staff seem friendly enough. It gets a bit cluttered in there, but its a Good Will, you kinda expect that.

Great prices. 3 blazers, belts, cooking pans and serving dishes all for $30. Youll become a repeat customer like me.

Nice store, However for Donated items the Prices are ridiculously over priced might as well buy them Retail on select items....The Goodwill on Carry St in Richmond very small but you would think you are shopping in Beverly Hills with the Prices they charge in that location.A good over all company however Heavily over priced on most items and I thought Salvation Army was high, Goodwill beats them on that....

The store is constantly upkept and being arranged for the best appearance of the products. The staff, each and every one of them is absolutely lovely. Tons of good finds! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a fun thrifting experience!

Clean, well organized with a helpful staff. I got lucky and found a bunch of LPs in NM condition for half off $1.59 each and a bright green polo shirt for $2!

A strange selection and NONE of their clothes are organized. Not even by size or anything. I looked through dress shirts for an hour to find any that were medium/small. Not very efficient!

Pretty good Goodwill store with a constant turnover of items.

Went to donate and no one was outside about 15 min after they were supposed to open. I have donated other times and it went smoothly.

Worst service I’ve ever encountered at any Goodwill. The staff was not even pretending to be helpful, moving as slowly as possible until we gave up on our question. Both managers were extremely rude and entitled, and somehow even less helpful than the staff (if that’s even possible). Will be donating/shopping elsewhere from now on.

Ridiculously overpriced. Many of the Vinyl Albums were $6.99 and up! For USED old vinyl. ALL other goodwills are $.99 doesnt matter the artist. Everything else was more also.
