Oh my gosh, they did a fantastic job, and the doors are beautiful, very high end and solid.. Jiovanni was very meticulous and it showed in the end result. Adam knew what he was doing and did it to perfection. Lever was helping them and he was very nice and polite. I can’t say enough about that team, they were great. Great experience with this company and would highly recommend! We had 15 doors replaced from cheap faux wood-grain to the Manhattan style door. The new doors are much sleeker and look high end.The owner came out to do initial measurements/inventory and we then came to the office for an appointment to look at door styles and get the official quote. Paint/doors/etc are priced separately but cost is very reasonable, considering everything gets taken care of: door disposal, new hinges, patching the frame. Doors come pre-painted with one of 4 paint color choices.The crew on install day were perfectionists and spent time making sure the doors aligned well in our older house. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously and were very friendly as well. We ordered doorknobs separately from Emtek. Yes shipping lead times are long, but this was disclosed upfront and is expected in any kind of contracting/construction work after COVID. Great service and communication throughout the entire process!

Pricing is surprisingly competitive with big box stores (like the Home Depot) while offering an option tailored to your specific taste and home. The process from design to implementation was seamless. Id recommend this business to anyone in the market for interior doors.

We had twenty doors replaced recently, and the process was very smooth. There was a waiting time for the doors but so was for everything else we had on our house remodeling project. The installation was quick and the doors are beautiful. Everything was straightforward without any surprises or extra cost. We are very picky with our contractors and Simply Doors did a great job.

I ordered doors in March. They have a $2500.00 deposit from me and I still do not have my doors. It seems they forgot to order them. When I followed up in June I was told that my doors would be here in 3 weeks. The day before delivery they told me that I did not buy door handles. The said that I was to use the old ones. They removed my doors and disposed of them, for a fee, in April. They also took my handles. In June I had to give them more money for door handles. On the day of installation they came to my home and then left with my doors due to the cicada killers in front of my house. I had them treated and called the company. They wanted a receipt for the exterminator. When I told them the Homeowner Assoc paid they told me that I could have my doors on August 3, 2021 and if there were any flying insects they would reschedule and add $500.00 to my bill. Seems the installers are allergic to bees. I suggested that they use the back door. I was told it was too far to walk.I see that other reviews are positive. Frankly I believe that my order was lost in the COVID crisis. I understood and waited til June to follow up, and then this back and forth happened. An apology would have been appreciated. The owner of the company will not return my call, or take responsibility.If you hire them make sure that you continuously follow up.

We absolutely love our new closet organization system and doors! We previously had problematic sliding doors from the 70s that would stick and made it impossible to access most of the closet; Veronica and her team quickly addressed our situation, and we love the results! We have more storage space due to her brilliant suggestions regarding the organization system, and the “dead space” at the top of our closets was reimagined with accessible storage solutions. What sets Veronica and her team apart is their phenomenal communication and transparency; they are wonderful, and we look forward to doing future projects with them!

I can’t recommend Veronica enough! She is truly professional, knowledgeable and creative. Her staff is friendly & thorough. I ordered custom doors for my 2 br 2 ba condo and just scheduled a consultation for my walk-in closet. Understandably, shipping from vendors can be delayed they are honest and clear about that, can’t always control vendors however, its worth it because I know I’m in good hands. Great service, talent and execution.

Follow up!The company came at the appointed time and the installers did a good job. While the installers were here the salesman called and asked that I change my Google review. I said no. As the installers were about to leave they informed me that one door had been damaged in transit and that they would have to reorder and return to install it! They never bothered to tell me beforehand. Wish me luck! The cherry on top is that their contract says payment is due as work gets completed. I had to pay that day for the closet doors that they installed that day. I suggest that you call Fred or Case Remodeling instead!

I requested a quote for some interior doors and closets. I read the reviews stating they were pushy on upselling closet organizers, so I was prepared. The lady was very nice and polite. She immediately started asking about closet organizers. When I declined, she asked a few questions, and said orders are taking 13-16 weeks, which is too long for me. When I asked why its taking so long for a company that brands itself as faster than its competitors when I could pick up some slabs at a local hardware store, she said her company is faster and then quickly left. Maybe they work more with you if you buy the upsell. Would not recommend.

They just installed 11 interior doors in my condo yesterday, and they did a great job. Very organized and professional installers and they cleaned up when they were finished.

Had 19 doors replaced in my home ; Victoria and her team were outstanding. The process was incredibly simple and streamlined. Victoria is a true professional and the process from start to finish was low pressure, easy and pleasant. Our doors turned out beautifully and installed in only a half day. The doors were solw in getting produced and installed due to COVID-19; however.....Victoris team kept us well informed. The product is excellent and the entire team extremely professional. I highly recommend these doors and the team.

I wish I could have used their services for a barn door project but based on a very helpful consultation with Veronica (owner), I came away more informed and educated on the practicalities of my project. Even though I wasnt able to engage Simply Doors in my project, I was impressed with the customer service I received from Veronica, who spent time to walk me through the types of issues that I should be aware for my project.

They did an outstanding job from planning our custom closet to installing it. Very professional and accommodating and reasonably priced.

Veronica at Simply Doors & Closets is wonderful. She is typically booked & busy with clients so appointments are best. My doors and closets look amazing!!!! They are definitely an upgrade from the original 70s look we had in our typical northern VA colonial home. I highly recommend this business.

My experience with Simply Doors & Closets was exceptional! Veronica, the owner, met me at her showroom in Alexandria and provided me with a detailed explanation about how their doors and closets are custom-made to order using laser-precision technology so that each door and closet fits perfectly. This turned out to be SO VALUABLE at our home b/c our house is older and has had so much shifting over the years. It would have been impossible for us to get such exact fits had we taken on this project as a DIY. Veronica has many, many years of experience in home-building and construction. She knows her stuff and she loves her work! My doors are beautiful and I am very happy with the outcome!!

I drove 45 minutes to buy doors. The number I called for this business did not pick up and when I came the store it was closed (despite it supposed to be open) a worker opened the door and said he will call his boss. Turns out she is out of the office. Amazing customer service.
