The customer service in this store is great! I came in looking for a phone and was offered so many promotions I didn’t know which one to pick! The young lady name Nayely really knows how to speak to clients I was really satisfied with my visit, would recommend 10/10.

Made to feel VERY unwelcome by the condescending latina (manager?). There seems to be some prejudiced behavior here. I guess if I were latino or white, I would get better service.

Nayely puts a capital C in customer service. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous. She is definitely a keeper!

The representatives either didnt want to work or had no knowledge of the job, phones, and services. Came to switch and he moved as if he was clueless on setup or startup.

I went into this store today, the lady who helped me her name was Nicole was really helpful. I went in there looking for a samsung A20 and she bundled it up and even threw a small speaker in there which by the way sounds amazing. She answered all my questions and was very polite. I will definitely be back againI would highly recommend this place the young ladies there are very professional.

It is Friday evening at the end of the month when people are getting paid. There is ONE person working here. She is nice... Too nice and needs to pick her speed up. Come on owners. Get another person working in here.

False hours advertised. Tried coming in 35 minutes before closing and these guys had already shut down the store. Lights were left on, and hours were posted as closing at 8pm. Absolutely no indication that they were closing early. Happened 4/24/19.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I came with my family to purchase a family plan and 2 phones. The two phones were for me and my mother. My two kids had phones (our old phones) already and I decided to switch from Sprint to Metro PCS. I came in and spoke to the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered. Her name was Erica. A hispanic lady. The first thing that happened when we walked in was we had to walk to the lady to REQUEST for help. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged. She was busy on her phone texting and watching videos like she was on her day off. While at work! She paid no attention to me and my family. Secondly when I walked to her to request help she smelled awful. Like marijuana. She had blood shot red eyes and looked dazed. She smelled and looked like she had just smoked. The third thing that happened was that she didn’t seem interested in what I had to say. I explained to her what we were there to do. Switch from Sprint and get a family plan for four and purchase two iPhones 7 or 8. She rolled her eyes took a deep breathe, as if she had just been awoken and disturbed, and said “alright take a look around let me know when you’re ready to buy something.” I should’ve walked out the door then and there but I thought maybe it’s just been a long day for her and kept my patience. The last and final issue was when I tried to ask her about the prices and features of the iPhones she cut me off and said “the prices and stuff are on the paper” and pointed towards what I think was the info sheet under the phones. I had already read it what I really wanted was customer service. That was when I looked at my family and told them we were leaving. We left utterly disappointed. I don’t know how someone like that could be employed. That was shocking. Well this happened last week it is now Tuesday 5/14. I spent about 2 hours calling the store number and there was no answer and at one point someone answered I heard voices in the background laughing and then someone hung up. I called again and there was again no answer. I never take the time to make bad reviews about a place but this was necessary. I want everyone to know just how awful this place is. I DEFINITELY will be contacting corporate and the Better Business Bureau to have that lady fired and hopefully have this place shut down immediately. No one should have to go through what I went through.

I recently came in to pay my bill and left shaking so bad I couldnt hardly dial the customer service number. I never leave these reviews, but he was so atrocious I had to make an account just so I could warn others in my neighborhood (I live next to the place).Employee ID: AFERNANDEZ0618 is what was on my receipt, but the guy didnt have a name tag on so I dont want to get the wrong employee in trouble. He was threatening (literally), and intimidating, and very combative. Said he owned the place, but as an always-struggling-but-afloat business owner I can tell he doesnt have what it takes to actually own the place. I didnt want to get beat up though so when he wouldnt give me his name or any info to complain I didnt push.Whats even more troublesome were his threats about how bad hes gonna make my life because he can just look on his computer and get my info id assume? Anyways, beware lol.

Only one person working. I stated that I just wanted to make a payment for my daughter. The spanish young girl / woman, kept talking in spanush to a man. I waited 14 minute and I said to her ag3 about making a payment. She said nothing. The sp2 man customer said in broken English that she could help me that he was gonna be in thete for a while. She never apologized or said nothing. My time with her was 3 minute. Very bad customer service for NON SPANISH customers.

This company is TRASH. I wouldn’t recommend my cat to get a phone from this store. My moms phone was stolen and the password was changed, so we had to get a new phone. THEY told me they was going to cancel. A month go by and I noticed that they still had continued to charge her for the phone they told me they was gonna cancel. They refused to give my mom her money back, and basically told us there was noting they could do because we didn’t know the new password, which was changed because the phone was stolen.Stay away from this business they will take your money. And the staff are a bunch of young kids, who really never know anything.

Every time I come here its just unprofessional teenagers working the desk they be leavingand leaving the door locked when theyre supposed to be open perfect place to waste your time nice new building to waste no making no money
