Im adding to the, Mrs. G Taught Me review. In addition to not servicing NE or SE DC, they also dont service anywhere in PG County. Ironically, they dont even service in Accokeek, MD and thats in their name. But they do manage to find a way to service Montgomery county which is further away from their office than PG county. So its not that they dont do business in Maryland.Im just pointing this out to save certain groups of people some time.

I am a residential landscape designer who has worked with a number of fencing companies in the last 18 years. My clients and I are very happy with the three fences that Accokeek has constructed for us so far this year, all different styes. There are many details that go into making a fence look great, and Accokeeks sales rep Robert is terrific at explaining options. If its a complicated fencing project like both of those pictured, you or your landscape designer need to be present at the beginning of the installation to ensure that the crew who comes to install is clear about those many details, because the rep isnt on site during installation. But Accokeek has skilled installers, good materials, and a fair price. Highly recommend.

Bogus contractor with questionable practices. They don’t service NE or SE Washington according to them because of parking difficulties. They should be fined. Don’t support this. Unfortunate, because the fencing looks like quality work.

We are very pleased with our new back privacy fence. Everyone at Accokeek was pleasant and they did not try to oversell us. The installation team was amazing. Hardworking and cleaned up like they had never been there. The fence looks great and we are very pleased!

I hired Accokeek to build a fence for our home 10 years ago. It cost us around $11,000. It was a great fence. We had it repaired during storms twice with great service and price. This year (2017) when we contacted them for fence repair we were extremely disappointed. They raised the price for routine repairs 30% and would not return my calls when I contacted them to ask about the high price and to negotiate a lower one. I did speak to customer service several times and still did not get a call back. The company now has poor customer service and is unprofessional. I feel like because I was no longer paying a high price for the work I was being ignored. I recommend avoiding this company.

We had a great experience with Accokeek Fence from the first phone call the completion of the job. Ed is the owner and he was accessible whenever I had a question. They came out and asked us what we wanted and then gave us several options with quotes. The wood fence was built on site. The fence was beautiful I know it will increase the value of our house and will last forever. They came out with a crew of seven men, 2 trucks and equipment, they removed two tree stumps that were in the way of the fence installation for no extra charge. A very professional experience. They left me several extra fence slats. I highly recommend them.

A large Oak Tree fell on my fence and destroyed a large portion of it...The fence was 25 years old and in need of repair anyway. I had several fence people stop by to give me a quote. I then noticed an Accokeek Fence Sign on my neighbors fence so I called them. What professionals. The fence was installed by the builder and was of poor quality anyway....Accokeek quoted me a price to replace the entire fence with cedar wood and the price was just a little higher than the quotes I got to repair the fence. Call them today for a great selection of fencing and even better customer service.

I am a prior customer who had my front and rear fence line replaced and they did an ok job. A year later I reached out to them multiple times to get a quote for the left and right side fence. I left multiple messages and even sent an email to no avail. At this point I don’t believe they are interest in my business. I will go elsewhere. I do not recommend them.
