The team from Landmark locksmith installed smart locks in our new house and also upgraded a few old locks. Overall, we are happy with the quality of work. As promised, they completed the project on time during an emergency without charging extra for that. I’m about to call them again for commercial locksmith work.

Called them to open a car door with the keys locked inside. When I called, they said the service fee would be $29 and that the technician would tell me about additional fees. When the technician came, he said the standard fee for opening the door was $150 plus the service fee. I received much lower quotes from one other locksmith ($135)service but went with these guys because of the implied lower cost.Technician was very competent and polite. Good guy.I thought whoever set the rules for discussing fees with clients is misleading and sleazy. Would not recommend. Please dont reward this type of behavior with your business.

I found their locksmith services to be cost-effective yet reliable!! The technician they sent was certified and proficient in examining outdated locks to replace or repair them, whichever feels suitable. Plus, he arrived at my place within 30 minutes as promised.

I’d give this place no star if I were able to and still write a comment. This place is so unprofessional. I called them because I was locked out of my car, gave them my information and was told I would be called from the tech in 6mins. I waited 10-15mins and reached out again in order to get an ETA. Again I was told that I would get a call by the tech in 4-6mins. Again no call. By the time the tech called it was 25-30mins. Asks me the same questions regarding address and such as if this was a new call. Turned out the tech never left the garage. Then triple the price. From $35 to $180 to jimmy a car and open it. When I call to speak with a manager I express my frustration, and basically stated that I’m wasting my frustration and hangs up. That’s crazy. The inky person affect was the customer, but employee nothing. There should be a way that if a business wrongs a customer they’d at least be fined in order to make the business accountable for the business they claim to provide. The only thing I leave whomever read this is, don’t call this company. Try another one which hopefully would be more reliable

Finest service and price. Got two of my keys made for a very affordable price. Didnt have any spares but was proficient to make them still and it didnt take them long. Will do business with them again if I misplace my keys again.

Was locked out of my place and was told it would be about an hour before they could help and pricing starts at $30. Over an hour later the tech showed up and was able to unlock my door in seconds. The issue is that they additional charge brought the total to $224. Had I known it would have taken so long and cost so much I would have gone to anyone else.

Called to get a quote on a bolt down for a safe at my store. Introduced myself and told him where I am located, and before I could finish my sentence to ask for a quote the customer service rep had already hung up the phone.

Although the locksmith came promptly, the charge for literally a 10 minute job was outrageous ($250). The lock that was replaced cost no more than $15.

He was expert and kind. He installed and rekeyed numerous locks promptly and with keen attention to detail. Id call Landmark Locksmith again if I needed a lock expert.

Rekeyed two main doors and was out immediately. He was very rapid and considerate and we will definitely call these guys back for any residence or business lock work.

Charges $220 to drill a bike lock. They take advantage of people in desperate situations.I went back to the bike later and it took me five minutes to drill out the bit.
