Staff is wonderful and the Dr takes his time, explains everything and answers all questions.

The staff here is AWESOME!!! From the lady up front, Alyssa to the lady doing the hearing tests, Jannelle, you feel like you are the only person they care about and you are made to feel at home. Jannelle is the sweetest person you could EVER meet!! She explains your results in a way that you feel like you’re talking to your best friend. I would recommend this clinic to ANYONE that needs help!!!

First time hearing aid user. My entire experience was great. Dr Roberts was great in his testing and explaining my issues. Jenelle was great in making me comfortable with my new aids and explaining all the features and nuances of using them. The receptionist Alyssa was extremely pleasant to deal with. Could not have asked for a better experience.
