TIMLEY DELIVERY AND GOOD EQUIPMENT

I was called every 3 days asking if i was done with the unit yet. You were told when I picked the unit up it would be around a month. I told this to the first 3 people that called me. I returned the unit and got one from another provider.

Calls made by Delivery Person when the equipment was dropped off. Pickup was set up automatically. Kept us in the loop, equipment was ready when job started.

United rentals has repeatedly provided me with the equipment I need when I have needed it. Staff have always been professional and helpful.

All of the staff members of United Rentals in Alexandria were incredibly courteous, helpful, and professional. They went above the call of duty to help us troubleshoot some specific issues with the equipment and our job site. We had a tough job to take care of and United Rentals helped us each step of the way to get the right tools for the job. Thank you!

I Rented a mini excavator from United Rentals for a week which cost around $1,000. I just happened to pick a week where on Monday, we got >10 inches of rain in about 4 hours. Everything is totally flooded including the hole I started digging. I called United Rentals to see if they would be flexible and let me keep the machine through the following weekend. The machine is due back on Friday at 4:00 PM, they close at 5:00 and are closed all weekend, so there is no chance they would be able to rent the machine back out for the weekend. The manager called me back and told me that while we do not normally do this for rain days, we will extend your rental and let you keep the machine through the weekend - since we do not have it rented back out.Thank you United Rentals for a great customer experience! Being flexible and using common sense has earned you my future business. I was worried that I would end up paying $1,000 for basically 1 day of use - 7 hours, but thanks to the Alexandria team, I will get full use out of my rental.

Professional service, very safety conscious, good equipment. Prices are a little higher than other local rental businesses, but they have a great selection.

They are pretty good, just lots of equipment and not enough employees. They should hire more guys if they need more help

The equipment is cheap and they work with you

Wouldnt even give them 1 star but 0 isnt an option. People were rude and didnt know details on their equipment. Belligerent when asking questions or trying to get information. I would go anywhere else before coming back.
