The shoe repair person was not at the location. I spoke to him on the phone prior to me arriving but I did know that he picks up the products. I drove 30 mins and did not know hes not in office. Im not going to drop off something to be repaired without knowing the cost. The people inside didnt know anything regarding cost of repairs.

The inside of my shoe was peeling they fixed it by cleaning out the shoe and applied suede which was perfect, and the price was good. I had to get a shoe stretcher because it made the shoe tight but now its perfect. I will go back again and again.

Terrible customer service. My shoes had random spots and stains upon receipt, the person working insisted they were there already. The cost was almost $100 and now I need to care and shine on my own/bring to another shop to fix this mistakes made here.Ill never bring anything to this shop again and would caution others. Absolutely awful.

Took a pair of shoes that needed a lip at the front to be glued back on. The job was done in a couple of days for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They did a great job resoling a pair that still had nice uppers. You have weigh whether its worth resoling ($85) or just buying a new pair, but the service and workmanship were excellent.

This is a great little shop with quality work and very reasonable prices. I have had them do everything from a small repair (fixing a strap on sandals) to a total refurbishment of a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes that afterwards looked like new. I got on a mending kick and also had them repair a suitcase. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I have used these folks before. But not the same quality now. I went for a purse repair of stitching. They have two branches. I went to the first one and the assistant didnt know how to use the machine. I went to the second location and it was already closed, half an hour early.

Terrible Service, I brought a purse to be cleaned on Tuesday and I was told will be done following Monday Guess what was Not Done I had to comeback following day asked about my purse and he said with bad attitude Im in Break I say Sorry the door was open . (Was not note saying close Break time)My purse was not clean plus terrible costumer service.

They use some type of spray coloring and they changed they color of my shoes. Basically ruined newer shoes that were supposed to be getting their first polish.
