This place is the worst. It takes them 3 days to get a tank refill to you and they act like its no big deal. That means I cant go anywhere even the yard. If you dont have enough people to serve your clients, hire more!! Their equipment is pretty bad too. The gauge barely makes it into the red and the tank is empty. I should have a couple days left, at that point. I only use it for Dr. appointments and grocery runs. On the portable, the wheels wobble and its all rusted. It keeps falling over. If you push it, it goes where it wants, if you drag it, it falls over. The worst!
This is the only company I know of in the area that will work with me to get the U-Step walker for my clients. I think other companies do not want to do the necessary paperwork to make things happen. I have had good experience with those I have talked with over the phone. Some of the delivery personnel are knowledgeable and professional as well.
When this company learns to call ahead instead of knocking on my door on random days and times, I might be willing to open my door. If they would, sounds silly I know, call ahead when they forgot to get paperwork signed last month and bring it to my house and NOT my neighbor who has no idea what shes signing, again I might be more compliant. My next appointment with my pulmonologist will involve finding a new provider immediately.
My experience with this company is not good. I got a Cpap machine back in October and have not received my replacement tubing yet. Called in January again and still havent received it. my insurance said that i dont have to get pre authorization so i dont understand why i have not received it
