I have a home in Old Town Alexandria with old windows that would not open or were hard to open. Moses did an excellent job of getting them to work and adding spring balances while keeping the character of an old house. I have one more window to do and have no problem calling him back. He does a great job and I would highly recommend him

Worst service i have ever received from a company. Hired them to repair a skylight. They left it in horrible condition worse than the original condition.When i called to ask them about the repairs I had a very negative interaction. I had to hire another company to fix their repairs.They left a horribly bent frame and tried to fill the gaps with silicone. They also did not clean up and left shards of glass on the roof, in the gutters and on the ground. See the pictures attached to this review for yourself.Note: They also do business as Alexandria Window and Glass RepairYour comments three years later are even worse and show the true character of the company. You took me to court even though I paid you. You didn’t win anything, you wasted the courts time as I held up the customer side and paid you.I didn’t take you to court as I possibly should have because the work was done so poorly.The pictures in the review speak for themselves. The second contractor repaired your work in an even quicker time. Pictures speak a thousand words, the pictures here show the poor work, nothing to dispute there.

I cant recommend Titans highly enough. They replaced 3 foggy windows at my condo, and they did it quickly because I was selling and buyers wanted this done. Other companies I contacted couldnt offer fast enough service. Moses was professional and reliable. New glass looks great, and settlement will happen on time.

This company is the best to use for residential window repair, I lately used them to replace foggy glass on my patio door, and multiple windows.They performed the work with ease and with much expertise. Also they installed new shower enclosure in my master bathroom.What I liked the best is that they use a very modern platform to process credit cards online which they link with their invoices.It was a neat way to pay😍

Didnt want to replace two windows. Moses was able to replace the glass saving is a couple thousand dollars. He was timely, professional and very easy to work with. I would defiantly recommend him and use him again.

Used them back in March to replace the balances in 12 windows in my daughter’s condo, windows were falling apart and wouldn’t stay up which was frustrating until the day Moses made the windows functional again and with his extravagant warranties, things were back to normal in the condo. I used Moses again in June for a shower door replacement, and a skylight that was shattered by a bird, Moses still was an amazing professional who can do glass work at ease, called the company again in November for three aluminum windows that my office needed installed, it was amazing how Moses dealt with this commercial job, measured slowly, installed safely.No wonder this guy has the best reviews. I can’t thank him enough, he is the ultimate pro.

This company has different locations and I used it their services in three locations, they are a brand name for good customer service, professionalism, and craftsmanship. I used Moses the owner and he never failed to amaze me, he does it with so much of ease, he makes shower doors look easy to install, he installs windows in an imaginable way. In my property in DC, he replaced a very nasty looking and foggy skylight and transformed it into a very good looking and clear skylight window with a tempered glass unit components.Thumbs up

Last night at 7:30 PM and he agreed to fix my broken window at 8 AM the next morning. He was on time, fixed it fast and perfect.  His work was excellent and his craftsmanship is excellent. These guys were great. Showed up on time, worked fast and my windows look amazing and the price was great too.

Horrible experience with Moses/company. Took months to have him respond about the poor job he did in replacing the glass in a window that was cracked. Cold air coming in, looks horrible, fogging up, etc. He crow-barred our frame to get the glass out, left it broken in pieces and caulked it (horribly) back together...and now we have to pay to have another business come out and not just replace glass but entire window frame. Avoid.

I called them to look at my windows which were foggy, had sixteen total with some issues with the balances holding the windows in place.Moses quoted me very fairly, I didn’t have to be st the house, left him the key .He replaced my foggy glass with brand new glass, replaced the balances, caulked around the frame inside and outside, I paid easily with my credit card.Nice way of doing business, I would recommend them and definitely use them in the future.They have multiple locations, I still left them a good review on the other location.I say thanks to every one contributing to this local business.Keep up the good work

Our windows were all falling down, other windows were foggy.We called Moses and he diagnosed the problem fast and fixed all the problems.We were thinking about replacing all of them for a big amount of money. 3 companies tried to make us pay over 10k to replace 12 windows, but Moses didn’t favor this idea and charged us a lot less.Very knowledgeable and honest.Thumbs up all the way.Thx

Mejdi did a fantastic job fixing up a large dilapidated shed in my yard. After another contractor said that it could probably only be demolished, Mejdi spent over an hour just to give us an estimate, carefully measuring everything and surveying all the damage. For a very reasonable price, he completely replaced the floor which was totally collapsed and sinking into the ground, reinforced all the walls, and replaced all of the smashed windows. He even made several recommendations that saved me quite a bit of money. He transformed a dangerous eyesore into a safe, functional and very attractive building. Mejdi is a very talented, hard worker and I will definitely use him for all of my future contracting needs.
