Jason is amazing. Very honest!! From what I can tell so far :) this store is so much better than the one in Huntley. They told my mom to put her phone in the oven! Like they were so stupid!! Lol. This store is the one you gotta go to if you want good customer service. Oh and they helped us immediately after we walked in; only like a one minute wait after they helped another customer!! If you see this Jason thanks again for your help!

As someone who works in the customer service industry, I feel it is super important for positive experiences to be recognized.Jason and Billy were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I am not a super techy person and had a lot of questions. I felt very comfortable asking the questions I needed answered, and they both helped me. It is good to know there are still employees who demonstrate great customer service!

The associate tried numerous times to sell me on an accessory not needed or compatible with my new iphone 13. Also limited and poor selection of cases for new phone.
We had the best experience with Aron at the Algonquin location on Randall Road! He was very knowledgeable and made a very overwhelming problem for us disappear! Yesterday I spent over 3 hours on the phone with AT&T technical support and had NO resolution to our problem. So glad we got an appointment today and worked with Aron. Very patient and the took the time to explain what the problem was and how he solved our issues.
Of all the different phone companies that I have been with and employees I have worked with, I would have to say Justin M at the Algonquin AT&T store was the best. Found me discounts that no one else ever offered and when I was having trouble transferring info to new phones he figured out my problem while I was at home and fixed it on his end and was able to complete phone data information.Beyond expectations! I have been to several different AT&T stores but I have to say working with the one in Algonquin has been the best experience I have had. I worked with Zabdi (Z) Garcia and Justin M and these two were incredibly helpful, honest, and patient as I was making a decision on a new phone. I felt like they were always working in my best interest and never once felt like I was asking too many questions :). I would highly recommend this location/team to anyone. thank you for making this experience easy!

My grandmother was having troubles operating her device and it was an issue I could not fix, I had heard great things about this store in the past so I took my grandmother in. The staff could not have been more welcoming and attentive, they took the time to make sure my grandmother was on the best plan for the value, and explained everything in simple terms for her. Justin took great care of us and made the experience very enjoyable. I will absolutely be back when I need accessories or to upgrade my device. Kudos to the whole team at this store!
Doesn’t pay to set up an appointment at the Algonquin store. Had a 2:00 appointment and after waiting 15 minutes, was told by manager to wait in the car & would text to come in. Finally got frustrated waiting and watching other customers go in the store, so left. After an hour and a half with still no contact, called the store. Billy Barber, supposedly said he was a manager and when questioned, he tried to indicate they saw we leave. When asked what color car I was in, he guessed “blue” which was way off, so lie #1. He then said he wasn’t the manager who checked us in and I asked name of that manager. He said Jason but couldn’t come up with last name as he claimed this Jason was “new”. He had to go look up last name and said the manager’s name was Jason Brandlin who checked us in. I asked what happened to the other two customers who walked in while we were waiting and who didn’t come back out of the store to their vehicles. He said they probably waited on the couches for service, so why were we told to go back out to the car to wait. I spoke some time ago to a service rep on the ATT 800 number to clear up an error a person at this store had done to our account and was told to call them when we need anything, the store employees don’t know what their doing. I’ve read some other reviews on this store and to say the least neither the store or this managerget good reviews.
Today we dealt with an extremely rude employee, David. My mom has congestive heart failure and pulled her mask down to breath for a second, in a corner by herself WITH NO ONE AROUND. We were the only people in the store. He immediately jumped down her throat, saying “well I have to wear it all day”. Well you also don’t have congestive heart failure. He proceeded to be extremely rude. Staring at my mom and watching her walk throughout the store like a hawk, just waiting to yell at her again. I suggest asking to work with someone else if going to this location, someone not so rude.Luckily we were not working directly with him, we worked with another employee that helped us out wonderfully.

I made an appointment online for 4 pm. Arrived at 3:50 and was told I needed to wait in the car and they would let me know when I could go in. At 4:15 pm still wasn’t taken in so talked to the rep that was monitoring the door and he said it would be probably another 10-15 min. At 4:45 pm I still was waiting in my car. Checked again how much longer and was told that it would be another 10 min as he had a person coming back from lunch. I asked him why he couldn’t help me and he stated he was the manager of Operations. Shouldn’t that mean you take care of the customers? I then asked why an appointment was available to book if there was no one to assist and he had no answer!. Worst customer service from ATT!!

Bad customer service with David Beis, I walked in around 7PM only one customer in the store and I told him im here to check up on my cancel order, why its been cancelled?, he directly gave me customer service number to call them and check whats going on, Man really i drove 15 min to get some clarity on my order and he didnt even ask single detail of my order .he was in rush to send me out by keep on saying if i was in your shoes I will call cc otherwise it will take whole lot of time, I know how much time it will take to access an account see whats going on anyway I went back home and call cc he said you have to go to AT&T store and replace the order that would be much easy, Jesus!
Dont purchase any accessories from this AT&T store especially if its a gift for someone that might wish to return it. My wife made an accessory purchase for me for Xmas. The salesman told her the device would charge my iPhone 8, Airpods and Apple watch all at the same time. After opening the gift, I realized that the charger would only charge the phone and the watch. I decided that I would search for a different device and tried to return the charger with the receipt. I was told that I would incur a $10.50 restocking charge. The salesman never mentioned the return policy at purchase and was told to look on the back of the receipt. Really, you dont get a receipt until after the purchase.... Even though my wife was mislead by the salesman who sold it to her, they wouldnt make an exception. So much for being an exceptional customer of AT&T with 5 phones lines, internet and DirecTV service for several years. Will never purchase an accessory from AT&T ever again and warn everyone else to do the same. Just go to Best Buy or Amazon to purchase.
I cannot say enough good things about Justin Mower and the OUTSTANDING SERVICE he provided in the Algonquin store! He was patient, honest, friendly, and I would recommend him without reservation! My first bill was exactly what he quoted; if you dont want surprises on your bill and service, SEE JUSTIN MOWER!

The people at the store are friendly, but there is a major disconnect in regards to account management. Better off calling AT&T over phone. They provided wrong IMEI number on a trade-in phone promo offer causing major issues and long phone conversations. Poor training, bad management.

Dont even bother to schedule an appt. First time I waited in a car for over an hour after appt time. Today I came at 10 am for appt and system was down so I came back at 12:30 and it is 2:00 still seating in the car . What is wrong with this place???

I had a very good experience. I walked in just inquiring about a phone with no intention on purchasing anything. I walked out with a smile on my face and a new cell phone. I just want to start by saying every time I come into this store the employees are always friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We came in tonight and Robbie assisted in upgrading our ancient tablet to a new one. He was extremely patient with my talkative 9 year old, stating he has 3 little brothers of his own. I was extremely grateful for him because my son is quite the talker. While I was getting the set up finalized on my sons tablet he answered any question I had as well as any question my son had. Whether it was about video games or the actual tablet. Thank you AT&T for hiring steller employees & thank you Robbie for providing excellent customer service!

Princess not only helped me save money and help my family save money, I left the store with a new phone that she patiently helped me set up. And she did that without judging how non tech savvy I am! My kids don’t do that! I highly recommend working with her! I never felt rushed or like I was asking dumb questions. Great experience!!
So Sam helped me last week with a purchase of two new phones. One for me and one for my daughter. He was AMAZING!Came in today to see Sam to get the phones set up and he was not in today. I was bummed because he was sooooo awesome to work with!However, to my surprise I got to work with another AMAZING employee at AT&T named Robbie!Both of these guys are very knowledgeable on all of my questions! Both were VERY personable and both helped me make decisions and could answer every single question I had! I highly recommend working with either one of these guys at this store location! You cannot go wrong!

David made upgrading a 4-5 year old phone an enjoyable experience. He found the one that fit my needs and listened to how I used my phone to make sure I wasn’t just “sold” the next, hottest model. The time at the store can always run long when there are many questions on new devices and getting everything transferred and set up and he could not have been more patient and engaging. There are many options when buying a new device and as the family replaces Apple devices and ATT services, this will be my only stop. (He also shared some new bands that I’m looking forward to listening to!!). Thanks ATT and David!

Numerous problems with at&t supplied phone. Had to have it replaced 3 times. Manager of store and Drew were of no help except to blame me for picking a cheap phone. (You know its all my fault). I suggested upgrading to a better phone and pay the difference but they would not help me with that either. Drew did not even want to make a phone call to at&t for us to help us resolve the problem. He was disconnected also as we are all the time. Just a little help by the manager or drew would of been really nice but as usual NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROBLEM. Both Drew and the manager let us walk out of the store with a broken phone and no help. Nice way to treat your long time customers. They told us to drive to Schaumburg and get a replacement phone for the third time. REALLY!!!!Thanks for nothing AT&T. REALLY NICE.

Save your time. You receive better service by phone. Im currently an at&t uverse and internet customer. I stopped in to know the options to bundle mobile also.. wow lets lets just say the service was horrible.Made me feel as if i was a bother. customer service skills are non existent. They need to retrain these people.

I switched to at&t and was given details and specifics about my service and was told one thing but once I began getting billed it was a whole different story. I kept getting charged more than I was told and I went in multiple times and was polite just trying to get what I was told and was lied to by Albert and Dameion. They said they were being honest but I kept getting lied to and did not get the service I expected and also kept getting overcharged. Im disappointed at&t did not work and I ended up switching to t mobile which has been a great experience so far. I do not recommend this store or at&t. I even cancelled my wifi service because they refused to help me. Its a shame they scam customers

My initial interaction with AT&T was horrible, then I was directed to phone loyalty AT&T and after 3 hours no resolution and was lied to. However as a last ditch effort I came into neighborhood store and met Luis Medina and Robbie Andersen, they saved the day and a AT&T customer.

Ive always been treated well and received great service here. Ive had some pretty terrible experiences at other AT&T stores and this has become my go-to store so I dont end up frustrated or waste my time. Im not sure why all these people are complaining and usually I wont comment on these things but this is entirely a wrong portrayal of this store.

Rep didnt want to help us after install and sell of our device and service didnt explain to us how to set up my free hbo to find out I had to update to a higher plan to get it hbo at home then when I came back I had to go to another att to get the help I needed and deserved.
We have business account and we pay 16K a month. One of our employee lost his/her phone. I needed a replacement sim card so visited this store. I visited multiple store around the area and they always void the charges. This location the Sales Manager want to charge me for a sim card. I recommend going to Dundee, IL store. Ive visited this store multiple times and they always give you a great service.

We had some issues with no lines installed where we moved to. CJ in the store was very prompt and thorough keeping us up to date when we would be able to get cable/internet service. He was very friendly and professional.
